Could this finally be the nail in the coffin for the Clintons?

Apologies in advance, I'm doing this from my phone because I just saw a new story on The Hill about a confidential informant being released from a CA in order to testify about the Uranium deal with Russia.

To be honest I thought this would get buried and fall through the cracks like every other Clinton Criminal coalition's misdeeds but now?

Maybe not...

The Justice Department on Wednesday night released a former FBI informant from a confidentiality agreement, allowing him to testify before Congress about what he witnessed undercover about the Russian nuclear industry’s efforts to win favorable decisions during the Obama administration.

I have read a few articles that stated congress is going to investigate this, but I'm not holding my breath. Not one bank CEO was charged for their fraudulent actions that crashed the global economy thanks to Obama selling us out.

Wells Fargo's CEO was called to testify before congress recently about how his bank created millions of false accounts and other criminal actions, but again, he wasn't charged with a crime and now that republicans have let banks use arbitration instead of people being able to sue them through a class action lawsuit, this will let banks continue to commit fraud knowing that they are going to be able to get away with it.
This was passed through reconciliation and even though Graham and one other republican voted against it, Pence came and broke the tie. It 51-50.
This was able to be done because democrats refused to change the rules on this type of voting.

The Clintons and their foundation would make any criminal that went to prison for money laundering jealous at the way that they are using their foundation to launder money for their friends, governments and corporations.

@snoopydawg We still may get something out of it: the entire world finally seeing, with their own eyes, exactly who and what the Clinton machine is. No more, "La-la-la, I can't hear you!"

for the increase of power that terrorists groups have because they destroyed Libya. Oh false pretenses.

Quit your crying, Cameron – you boosted Boko Haram

First the Obamas and now David Cameron have been photographed holding up that ceaselessly tweeted placard saying ‘#BringBackOurGirls’. Now all we need is for Nicolas Sarkozy to come out of retirement and do likewise and then all of the key invaders of Libya in 2011 will have registered their watery-eyed angst with Boko Haram, the Nigeria-based Islamist group that kidnapped 276 girls from a school in Chibok in north-east Nigeria, the ‘our girls’ referred to in that ubiquitous hashtag. Which would be profoundly ironic given that nothing boosted Boko Haram’s fortunes so much as the West’s assault on Libya in 2011. It was that vain bombing war, that Western-led dismantling of a regime that cohered Libya and its border regions for 40-plus years, which created new spaces in West Africa in which Boko Haram could train, get hold of weaponry and, in the words of one Nigerian observer, become more ‘audacious’ than ever. The Western politicians and hacks now expressing heartbreak over Boko Haram’s barbarism are the same ones whose urge to intervene in Libya provided Boko Haram with new forums in which to hone that barbarism.

The CIA also took advantage of this by running weapons out of the embassy in Benghazi. This was what Hillary should have been testifying in front of congress for, not the stupid game of who was to be blamed for the attack on the embassy. Both parties were complicit in the reasons for it.
The amount of deaths and misery that the sociopathic leaders inflicted on innocent civilians is beyond numbers. In a just world, they would be sitting in prison at The Hague waiting for their hearings. Instead, Obama is off playing golf and getting his rewards for doing his master's bidding. Hillary is touring the country smiling at the dupes that won't admit that she lost because of who she is and what she has done.

I found this article from the link you posted in a previous reply to me.

on the release of more of the $hill's emails.

Judicial Watch announced that the State Department revealed in a federal court hearing that it has yet to process 40,000 of 72,000 pages of Hillary Clinton records that the FBI recovered last year. The revelation came during a federal court hearing in Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails that were sent or received during her tenure from February 2009 to January 31, 2013. “Secretary Tillerson should be asked why his State Department is still sitting on a motherlode of Clinton emails,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “It is disheartening that an administration elected to ‘drain the swamp’ is stalling the release of documents to protect Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration.”

is, if nothing else, not a phony. He is what he is. He's another example of the transparency of the Trump administration: Big Oil running the government. I find this a real benefit of the loss of the Clinton shit show. With Trump and Tillerson, we know what we are dealing with, and they are openly honest about it.

REX TILLERSON’S EXXON MOBIL FREQUENTLY SOUGHT STATE DEPARTMENT ASSISTANCE, NEW DOCUMENTS SHOW
Lee Fang, Steve Horn
January 17 2017

… Exxon Mobil sent State Department officials a request to help overcome local opposition to fracking in Germany; in Indonesia, the State Department acted as a advocate for Exxon Mobil during contentious negotiations between the firm and the Indonesian government over a major gas field in the South China Sea; and in Russia, Exxon Mobil asked the U.S. ambassador to press the Russians to approve a major drilling program, noting that a “warming of U.S.-Russian relations” overall would also help the company.

Under the leadership of Hillary Clinton, the State Department started its own in-house energy promotion department, the Bureau of Energy Resources. The team works on a variety of energy projects, but its most high-profile programs have been focused on spurring the worldwide spread of hydraulic fracturing (“fracking”) technology, with the hope that doing so would blunt the influence of certain foreign powers. The Bureau’s Unconventional Gas Technical Engagement Program (formerly the Global Shale Gas Initiative) has in the past engaged with Exxon Mobil for projects in Poland and eastern Europe.

… Tillerson’s ties to Russia — which center around the joint venture he signed in 2011 as the CEO of Exxon Mobil with Russian state-owned company Rosneft to drill for oil on the Arctic shelf — have been a source of controversy. After the signing, Tillerson was presented with an “Order of Friendship” award from Russian President Vladimir Putin.

@Linda Wood @
Secretary of State's actions during her tenure. Actually, I think she ties with Kissinger with all others tying as second place.
But what makes her worse, IMO, is that she charged for her services. Not only did her foundation get hundreds of millions in donations, Bill was also able to profit from her appointment. During the time periods that Hillary was doing her wheeling and dealing, he was right beside her to get paid for his speeches. This was a family affair. Chelsea had access to Hillary's email server so that she knew where to send Bill.

I wonder how long before Michelle, Sasha and Malia get involved with the Obama foundation?

Hillary Clinton’s Energy Initiative Pressed Countries to Embrace Fracking, New Emails Reveal
Lee Fang, Steve Horn
The Intercept
May 23 2016

… emails obtained by The Intercept show that State Department officials worked closely with private sector oil and gas companies, pressed other agencies within the Obama administration to commit federal government resources including technical assistance for locating shale reserves, and distributed agreements with partner nations pledging to help secure investments for new fracking projects… The campaign included plans to spread the drilling technique to China, South Africa, Romania, Morocco, Bulgaria, Chile, India, Pakistan, Argentina, Indonesia, and Ukraine… A number of energy companies that worked closely with the State Department now employ lobbyists that are fundraising furiously for Clinton’s campaign. ExxonMobil’s top lobbyist, as well as lobbyists for liquefied natural gas terminals designed to connect the U.S. to the global gas market, are among the most prolific fundraisers.

… The Global Shale Gas Initiative, Clinton’s program for promoting fracking, was announced on April 7, 2010, by David Goldwyn, the State Department’s special envoy for energy affairs, at the United States Energy Association (USEA), whose members include Chevron, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, and Shell.

@Linda Wood @Linda Wood er, I mean she "established" it. Clinton in GU Speech: Energy Diplomacy Crucial for America

...
“We have an interest in helping the 1.3 billion people worldwide who don’t have access to energy,” Clinton told an audience of more than 700 in the university’s historic Gaston Hall. “We believe the more they can access power, the better their chances of starting businesses, educating their children, increasing their incomes, and joining the global economy – all of which is good for them and for us. ”

There’s great power in energy, she said.
...
Clinton’s speech comes a year after the State Department established the Bureau of Energy Resources, which leads the State Department’s diplomatic efforts on energy.

Republicans shot back on the dossier defenses, arguing that the Clinton campaign had successfully paid a foreign national for opposition research that was published by the media, while Donald Trump Jr. has been relentlessly attacked for trying and failing to obtain campaign dirt on Clinton from a Russian attorney.

But Democrats insisted that Clinton’s involvement doesn’t absolve the Trump campaign of allegations of collusion, which are still being investigated by Mueller and several congressional panels.

Don Jr. was crucified in the media for doing what campaigns have done since they were started.
Mueller is investigating Manafort because of his lobbying ties to Russian businessmen, but no body mentions that the Podesta group which includes his brother were also in contact with Russian businessmen during the election. But this is somehow different from what Trump's campaign members were doing, right? Because... at least according to people over at ToP. My brain gets dizzy trying to follow their logic.
