Clinton's Voter Suppression Tactic Worked In California
For all the posturing and projecting about how hopeless the California campaign was for Sanders, the Clintonistas betrayed their insecurity and fear by how far they were willing to go to win California.
As poll after poll showed a neck-and-neck race, the Clinton team got desperate and seems to have coordinated with AP to call the race a day early.

So even after all the criticism of MSNBC declaring its intention to crown Hillary while California polls were still open, the media decides to double-down, taking no chances on a Bernie win, and declare the race over the day BEFORE the primary.
Their argument? That superdelegates had responded to a 'survey' in favor of Clinton, even though supers don't vote until July. In fact, the DNC itself said this.

The dem party has been dead for me for a number of years and this did nothing to revive any interest I might have had in rejoining (although I had to register dem to vote for Bernard Sanders yesterday). Although I'd love to change my registration TODAY, I'll wait until the mass exodus if Bernie is not nominated. I think we need to make that statement.
On another note, I think it's going to be an interesting six weeks between DC next week and the convention. There will be great pressure - more pressure than we've seen - for him to give it up. We've got to have his back all the way.

I re-registered online as a Democrat to my current address two weeks ago only to learn that they did not have my name on the list at my designated polling place. Here's hoping my vote and the countless others with me at that polling place weren't cast aside (however temporarily) because of political gamesmanship.
#IMO I must not be friends with many Clinton supporters on Facebook because the results from yesterday's primary are surprisingly lopsided, but then again, the total number of ballots accounted for was not so surprisingly underwhelming either."

Election Justice USA notes on Twitter that in the exit polling of early voting in California, the numbers deviate by 16% for the Democratic race between Bernie and Hillary, but the GOP race was nearly 100% accurate, off by only 0.07%.
This has been a recurring pattern in multiple Democratically-controlled states, especially in closed and semi-closed primaries, and is likely accounted for by provisional ballots, registration switching, mass de-registration, and blatant voter suppression.

In 2008, I was on my way to a wedding
with a friend. I told her I was for Obama and asked her who she was supporting. She said no one because the game is rigged and the establishment would put the person in office that they wanted - not who the people wanted. I couldn't believe my ears. This young woman is the age of my children (was in her 30's at the time) and I couldn't believe she knew this. When Obama won, I thought she was incorrect. Now I realize that if Obama had not succumbed to their demands, hrc would have been the nominee.
I watched this play out with Bernie. My friend is correct - electing a POTUS has nothing to do with who we, the people want, but who they decide will do their bidding - willingly. It opened my eyes and was a good lesson for me.

they are delusional. There is no pivot to the GE for us, we are done. I am hoping that Bernie endorses the Green Party or runs as an independent.
