So this morning I had to go see the psychologist in order to see the psychiatrist because I haven't been able to refill my meds. And so for the last month I've been irritable and have had to deal with symptoms of Vertigo (Dizziness and ringing in the ears). This happens any time I go off my meds cold turkey because of the way scripts work when you aren't insured.

The psychologist talked about volunteering to feel better about myself, but I've been there, done that. She then went on to tell me that people aren't defined by their jobs. That's total bullshit, of course.

Here in Crapitalist 'Murica, we're all defined by our jobs, our income, our connections, ANYTHING that gives us status. And anyone who has disabilities, hell, anyone considered 'the other' is denied ALL of these.

So there's no telling how much longer I'll have to wait for my meds. If only I could get some legal marijuana and put it in some brownies.
