C99 Political News (published monthly)
Then twice monthly (eventually). By the end of this month our Membership here will have nearly doubled and from the membership we'll have enough good writers (not me) to fill a four page (FP, 2, 3, BP) Newsletter we can distribute pretty much anywhere (via Stop-N-Robs aka convenience stores) as well as other outlets. We can print these newsletters on our home printers, then distribute to convenience stores. Or maybe use Storify or one of those. Sure, we cover the election cycle thru Nov., but then turn attention to what's happening in the "Movement" from sea to shining sea, remind people that there is one, it's growing, and we need You (them)!
As for growing the movement, C99 is a damn good start! The platform is outstanding! Just drag people here and plug them in. The Newsletter will help with that, but so would local yokel Monthly Meetups championing the movement. These local meetups could be announced in the Newsletters. In addition to local monthlys we need Quarterlys in the bigger cities in your state and Region, as well as an NN-style national Yearly. We get our #Berniecrat candidates from this sort of organization where they have a vehicle to be noticed, get networking. So, hopefully by next month we can start working on the July edition of C99 Politics Newsletter! Needs a better name, but we can work on that. And, certainly by Nov. get our first Quarterlys organized for 2017. viva le movement!

Distribution
I live in a rural part of western MA, and bulletin boards are a very usual way of posting information. Local stores all have them, post offices, libraries, community banks.
Still laughing at the description of "Stop-N-Robs" - hope the Dunkin' Donuts at our local gas station doesn't qualify
OT, but still thinking of this Bill Curry interview ( posted link in another essay here too) -not putting up direct video, think it takes up more "band width" - but then, I'm a luditte, so maybe not?

I am more amazed everyday at all of the good and creative contributors coming our way. Thanks for adding yours.
