Considering that Cuomo actually resigns or is impeached and the fact that his immediate replacement was only a token gesture for the previous election.
Who do you think that the corrupt democratic machine will get behind in the next election to prevent any progressive candidate's success?

but I doubt it matters much. My choice is unlikely to be The Choice.
Of those who have made it past many barriers, Jumaane Williams is the best choice. He has tremendous energy and all the correct policies. Also, Jumaane is well known around the State. I cannot see Jay Jacobs and the Clinton Cabal going with Jumaane, however. Those DINOS would prefer a Republican governor.
de Blasio has an innate laziness that even New Yorkers who love him (ME, for example) find difficult. Sleeps late. late to appointments. wastes his day by traveling from the Upper East Side to Brooklyn to go to his favorite gym.
None of this works for a Governor of a spread out large state.
Policies are the most important thing for me, but de Blasio has not demonstrated that he can go beyond the 5 boroughs

"Achenar" is what I've decided to call the Party-Formerly-Known-As-Democratic, because he's a homicidal maniac with personality-disorders out the wazoo, bound in a blue book.

...I think it must've been in Stupid White Men (Downsize This! would've been too early for a deep look at Dubya) that Michael Moore came across a weird line from him saying he had "not committed a felony in the past ## years", or something like that, when "I've never been convicted of a felony" would've normally done - "are you a convicted felon?" Moore rhetorically probed from the pages of a book Bush probably never read (or maybe he DID, just to laugh at it while lounging in his [i]+5 Unholy Teflon Full Plate[/i]).
I have no trouble seeing Bush as a serial rapist in college, how about you? He and Biden are the TRUE faces of privilege and entitlement; it just has nothing to do with the color of their skin or the contents of their underwear, and everything to do with being Made members of The Family.
