Album of the Week 8-6-22

Afternoon folks!
I've got some great blues for you. There's a live album from Buddy Guy & Jr. Wells and a nice 60's compilation from BB King. There's some blues rock from some of the usual suspects, Rory Gallagher and Ten Years After - I know that I've been posting a lot of their stuff, but I'm just working my way through the box that they were in. For a little variety, there's a live Flying Burrito Brothers album and some cool old jazz-blues with Leon Redbone.
Enjoy!

Thank you joe
I especially enjoyed Ten Years After. It fits well into this space and time for me.
great sounds JS!
Great sounds Joe. I nominate Buddy Guy for 'Most Affable Blues Man'. That Buddy and B.B. were great. Over socal way, A Space in Time was revered. That opening to One of these Days is one of the best song intros ever. Hard Monkeys, Let the Sky Fall, Love 2 Change the World, what great music. And Baby Won't you let me... is one of the best extensions of the double stop 'Chuck Berry' thing ever. Leo Lyons was a beast on bass, exactly perfect what Alvin Lee needed. Like McAvoy and Gallagher, a match made in heaven.
thanks for the soundscapes!
