Prepare for what in the only question and in this immediate time period, damn near anything. As a result, one can't really prepare for anything and everything, so, as in everything else perhaps fall back on
moderation in all things, but never let the gas tank fall below half full
For those so inclined, remember that

Their goal is to get us on a CBDC (Stablecoins in our realm), they've made that very clear. They know that a majority of people wont do that willingly, so they are going to scare the bejesus out of everyone to the point where people beg big daddy government for help.
In my humble opinion, this three day stock up is one more step in that direction.

If the threat is real or not, I'm prepared.
My advice, get some provisions (just 3 days of food is a joke, IMHO) and live your life as normal since we have no control over things anyway.
