nickle? I do. My, how things have changed. Not for the better.
A postage stamp once was 5 cents. Now it is 50 cents. A gallon
of gas used to be about 25 cents, now it is $4.50. Before the advent
of twitface and email, we communicated by actually talking to each
other. Seemed more authentic. Perhaps before our memories fade-out
completely, we can reminisce with fondness those times long gone.
Can you imagine a youngster growing up today, sixty years later looking back at 2026 as the good old days? How bad would it have to be sixty years from now to think that way?
