We just brought a load of food and various sundry items up to the farm/bug-out destination in anticipation that Trump will order a fresh new war to Commander and Chief over. Gotta show the world MAGAMUTTS how bitchen he is.
I really don't know what will happen if he orders a strike on Iran. He will probably try to coax them to another "negotiation" meeting just before a strike. This seems to be SOP for American foreign policy lately.
So predictable.
But that's the only thing predictable.
Gas was 40 cents cheaper just last week, but heading back up. Gold/silver up/down.
I can't keep up anymore. But I think that is the plan.
Can't blind us with brilliance, baffle us with bullshit.
For most of us here in Washington State its Superbowl countdown week. Seattle Seahawks are favored to win. We will watch with family, and all the standard munchies and beer.

but there is Steller's Sea Eagle. Not that it matters. Ye old super bpwl will be held across and down the bay in Santa Clara. Traffic will be insane I'm sure. Need to make complete lists of anything we might need for any contingency and go get it now so that we can stay tucked away at home when the multitudes flood the streets and highways.
Trump is unlikely to start a war on Superbowl weekend becasue he wants maximum publicity and media exposure, and between Trump braggadocio and football he probably knows he will lose. That's my guess at any rate.

I see it
as something of a litmus test of exactly who is running the actual show.
If there is no attack, it would indicate that Trump doesn't want to lose the limelight and in control.
If, however, Iran is attacked this weekend it would mean the shadow government is telling Trump to sit down and STFU.

Well, the Cheeto's plans
may be getting modified for him as we speak.
According to fairly well-sourced posts, the Iranians sent gunboats to try and stop a US-flagged tanker, and also sent a drone to surveil the USS Abraham Lincoln. The drone was immediately shot down. And I now see that they immediately sent out another drone towards the carrier task force to replace the one shot down.
That's not particularly encouraging. But even having said that, and even with all this happening, I wouldn't put it past the Cheeto to have several hundred ICE gestapo-types go make their presence felt at the sportsball game. They can shake down everybody going in to make sure that their papers are in order. There are certain to be at least a few brown people with tickets, after all. Make it mainstream, so to speak. Got to show the world Who's Boss.
I think that the next few days might be rather fraught, and I don't think that the Cheeto's spin-doctors will be entirely in charge of it.
