Album of the Week 4-6-24
Afternoon folks!
This week, we start off with two of the greatest blues harmonica players, a compilation of early recordings from Sonny Boy Williamson and and album from James Cotton. Following that there's a 70's album from Albert King. Entering the blues-rock segment, Lonnie Mack follows that with (I think) his first album from 1963, and there are albums from Johnny Winter and Dr. Feelgood. In the diversity department this week there's a compilation album from The Move which I will add a few more songs to later this weekend.
Enjoy the tunes and have a great weekend!
Here 'tis:
Sonny Boy Williamson - King Biscuit Time
The James Cotton Blues Band - Taking Care Of Business
Lonnie Mack - The Wham Of That Memphis Man
Johnny Winter - Captured Live!
Dr. Feelgood - Fast Women And Slow Horses
The Move - The Best Of The Move
