Sasha Latypova discovered through FOIA requests analysis that the U.S.G. put the National Security Council in charge of the pandemic, despite they have no health experts, just heads of CIA, FBI, MIC. They then went through BARDA to contract through Pfizer for $10 billion. They established the design of the trials, the manufacturing base, the legal through DOJ, it goes on.

All these FOIA documents are available online for pubic scrutiny, but she didn’t say the website.

Big Pharma was folded into the MIC. The MIC responded as if Covid came from a lab and was an attack, not a health issue.

The Lies: These are not vaccines, they are countermeasures. They are not FDA approved. There were no clinical trials, just fraud.

The organization that took over regulation from the FDA is BARDA, who handles biological threats. Approval was predetermined despite health risks.

The government expressly said they would not pay for clinical trials.

OVERVIEW

I started looking closely at the legal architecture supporting the Covid national prison panopticon on Jan. 30, 2022, after hearing Attorney Todd Callender’s interview, which provided information about the American domestic legal framework; how it fit with the oddly-coordinated pandemic story told by governments worldwide; and how it relates to the World Health Organization International Health Regulations of 2005 at the center.

A whole lot of things that once were federal and state crimes and civil rights violations have been legalized by Congress through legislative, statutory revisions to the United States Code, signed by US Presidents, and implemented at the administrative, regulatory level by the Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Defense through the Code of Federal Regulations.

I’ve reported on those findings in small bits and pieces, connecting the laws to court cases, executive orders, guidance documents for industry and researchers, academic papers, intellectual property patents, regulatory amendments, psychological manipulation programs, geopolitical developments and other facts as they’ve floated across my field of view.

I think the critical decay began around 1983, when the ‘public health emergencies’ section was added to the 1944 Public Health Service Act, although the 1944 PHSA itself represented an additional militarization of human medicine in the United States.

Most of the worst laws have been passed since 2000 — just before 9/11 and the US Department of Defense false flag anthrax attacks.

They are listed below, with links to the full text of each law, and a short summary of what I understand about how each one fits into the overall scheme.

The basic goal of the architects, which has been achieved, was to set up legal conditions in which all governing power in the United States could be automatically transferred from the citizens and the three Constitutional branches into the two hands of the Health and Human Services Secretary, effective at the moment the HHS Secretary himself declared a public health emergency, legally transforming free citizens into enslaved subjects.

That happened on Jan. 31, 2020, in effect as of Jan. 27, 2020 through the present day.

I have posted it here numerous times because she shows how congress has abdicated their right in favor of big pharma and the people who run our various health agencies. She keeps finding more legislation being passed so I suggest people subscribe to her substack.

Another thing folks should be aware of is how The Who is going to be allowed to nullify the constitution any time it declares a public health emergency. It will be able to tell us US citizens what rules we have to follow whether we want to or not.

I’ll be back later with links for who to follow on this. Time is running out for us to protest against this, but not many people even know about it.

WHO Proposals Could Strip Nations of Their Sovereignty, Create Worldwide Totalitarian State, Expert Warns

Secretive negotiations took place this week in Geneva, Switzerland, to discuss proposed amendments to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) International Health Regulations (IHR), considered a binding instrument of international law.

Similar negotiations took place last month for drafting a new WHO pandemic treaty.

While the two are often conflated, the proposed IHR amendments and the proposed pandemic treaty represent two separate but related sets of proposals that would fundamentally alter the WHO’s ability to respond to “public health emergencies” throughout the world — and, critics warn, significantly strip nations of their sovereignty.

According to author and researcher James Roguski, these two proposals would transform the WHO from an advisory organization to a global governing body whose policies would be legally binding.

They also would greatly expand the scope and reach of the IHR, institute a system of global health certificates and “passports” and allow the WHO to mandate medical examinations, quarantine and treatment. Roguski said the proposed documents would give the WHO power over the means of production during a declared pandemic, call for the development of IHR infrastructure at “points of entry” (such as national borders), redirect billions of dollars to the “Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex” and remove mention of “respect for dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people.” Francis Boyle, J.D., Ph.D., professor of international law at the University of Illinois, said the proposed documents may also contravene international law.

In a groundbreaking decision filed today, NY State (NYS) Supreme Court Judge Gerard Neri held that the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers is now “null, void, and of no effect.” The court held that the NYS Dept. of Health lacked the authority to impose such a mandate as this power is reserved to the state legislature. Furthermore, the court found that the mandate was “arbitrary and capricious” as COVID-19 vaccines do not stop transmission, vitiating any rational basis for a mandate.

Informed Consent and Personal Sovereignty should be bedrock protections against ANY coerced medical procedure. The vax mandates were a gross overstep and should never have been imposed. AFAIK, this is the third State to rescind forced mRNA interventions. A good start!

Has he stopped anyone from getting forced jabbed until it goes through the courts? This is great news, but… according to what Katherine Watt has been covering congress gave away the rights for courts to uphold the laws. It will be interesting to see what comes from this. Huge win though. Takes away dictorial power from dictators.
