Yeah, right.
Democrats love to rant about "a woman's right" - as long as it's 850 miles to the nearest clinic. Great for perpetual fundraising. But they're all for vaccine mandates, mask mandates, the ACA insurance mandate, regardless of the value or the cost, just like Republicans say - say - they're opposed, regardless of the value or the cost. It's great for a perpetual annoyance.

Just like republicans have had a lot of chances to pass abortion legislation the democrats have had just as many chances too, but if either do there goes their carrot to drive people to vote for them.
