The tide has turned.

Even Tony Fauci has been forced to tell the truth: Children hospitalized with a broken leg are then tested for Covid and reported as Covid cases.

(Might as well report the number of kids with broken legs who are left-handed and pretend that the hospitals are overrun with cases of left-handed children.)

As members posted yesterday, WHO has walked back one specific bit of nonsense they'd been spouting. We will be seeing more of that backtracking.

Meanwhile in New York, the air is full of cautious optimism. Crested, peaked, leveled off, plateaued etc.

REALLY good news is that NYC has suspended Track and Trace practices. This was potentially a very alarming program that involved eventually, alerting authorities as to who, among your neighbors, might be saying Anti-Vax things or resisting the authorities. I had visions of Cops going door to door looking for Resistors.

Sun is shining and the temperature is a mild 40 degrees.

Have a happy day, everybody!

@NYCVG here in Chicago they're still going with the narrative that we have record hospitalizations, Flurona is upon us, yet they want the kids in school. Both the
Mayor Lightfoot who tested positive and Gov. Pritzker was in contact with people who tested positvie are working from home.

Illinois does not differentiate between being hospitalized with Covid or because of Covid but nevertheless the State Media starts every news hour with the state having record hospitalizations

Oh add to that "DeltaCron" a Covid mutation that combines Delta and Omicron are surfacing.

So yes in this neoshitlib hellhole called Illinois be scared very scared of Covid

Her remarks about "magnetic fields", "G5", "magnetic nanoparticles", "graphene oxide" and other "strange debris" are either from mixing up reports on the various uses of nanoparticles or can be accounted for in micro-contamination during the manufacturing process.

This is not to say that these nanoparticles will not be used in future medicines.

Potential of graphene-based materials to combat COVID-19: properties, perspectives, and prospects

But one thing I do agree on is that there should be test tubes of the vaccines taken from each batch and stored by an independent body to check quality control.

It has become apparent that batches are not uniform (known problem) and there have been reports that certain batches have been divided and distributed to a dozen different locations around the country (and world). This could be to ameliorate "hotspots" of adverse effects from showing up in media reports.

Unfortunately we can no longer trust our captured regulatory agencies who are in bed with the pharmaceutical companies to the extent that they share the same pillow to rest their heads as the manufacturers of the drugs.

I just told myself that might not be true, but I’ll keep an open mind on it if it can be verified later. I think that’s a good hint that I’m not falling down every rabbit hole I come across. I’m always wondering what propaganda have I swallowed because I don’t believe I’m not just as susceptible to it as others are.

But looky here. Apparently Joe Rogan has hit a nerve because 270 doctors and nurses and the Twix rabbit wants Spotify to censor him. What was his offense? The Malone interview. According to the article that wasn’t the first time Rogan colored outside the lines. But he did backtrack when he found out that he was wrong.

Obucfan and ovals49 were talking about misinformation and I reminded him of what Google did after the interview when people searched for mass psychosis. They posted that the information was changing fast so Hold on why they updated it. First hit was to say that Malone was an anti vax so you can discount it and go on your merry way.

Weird how when thousands of doctors posts certain things they don’t make the headlines of the HuffPost.

@snoopydawg I watched 'The Hill' conversation about that. I just hate the false equivalency thing that gets done when critics say "well what they need to do is put things in better context" or "allow dissenting voices on their show". Ryan was pushing that kind of thinking. Kim Iverson put him in his place by pointing out that CNN and others NEVER allow dissenting voices. Joe had Sanjay on his show for 3 hours as a dissenting voice! Maybe CNN should give Malone 3 hours.
I wish Kim would have pointed out that maybe if CNN had dissenting voices then they might not lose all of their viewers. Rogan has followers because he has guests that we want to hear from. CNN should take notes on how to run a media outlet.
I do get caught up in what seems believable and what does not. I hated that we got some info recently that Veritas was pushing. But it appears legit and appears at other sources as well.

Did anyone see the info about India sueing the WHO over suppression of Ivermectin? I thought I saw it here at The Dose. Wanted to read more about when I had time and now cant find it.

....may be seeking the death penalty for that WHO scientist who mislead India on Ivermectin.

India Could Sentence WHO Chief Scientist to Death for Misleading Over Ivermectin and Killing Indians

The Indian Bar Association (IBA) sued WHO Chief Scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan on May 25, accusing her in a 71-point brief of causing the deaths of Indian citizens by misleading them about Ivermectin. There is also an updated legal notice on June 13, 2021.

Point 56 states, “That your misleading tweet on May 10, 2021, against the use of Ivermectin had the effect of the State of Tamil Nadu withdrawing Ivermectin from the protocol on May 11, 2021, just a day after the Tamil Nadu government had indicated the same for the treatment of COVID-19 patients.”

If a trial in India finds WHO Chief Scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan guilty then the WHO Scientist could be sentenced to death or life in prison. Dr Soumya Swaminathan would have be charged with the threatened criminal prosecution and be found guilty on one of the those charges.

It never made sense to mandate something that doesn’t block transmission, but it’s why they were trying to mandate it. Another thing that didn’t make sense was that only businesses with 100 employees had to get it, but at only 99 there was no need. It’s like wearing masks in restaurants only to be able to take them off when eating. It’s a virus not a thinking entity that knows not to infect people at certain times.

Shitlibs response

Their problem with it?

“The Solicitor General does not dispute that OSHA is limited to regulating ‘work-related dangers.’ She instead argues that the risk of contracting COVID–19 qualifies as such a danger. We cannot agree. Although COVID–19 is a risk that occurs in many workplaces, it is not an occupational hazard in most. COVID–19 can and does spread at home, in schools, during sporting events, and everywhere else that people gather.”

Makes sense to me. Sotomayer, Breyer and Kagan voted for it.

What else doesn’t make sense is that currently there are a lot of double jabbed and boosted people out sick with it anyway and instead of keeping sick people out of work they lowered the time off and are letting infected nurses work anyhow.

Fauci, Collins and others talked about the possibility that the SARS-COV2 might have leaked from the lab and might have been tampered with. It sure looks like it catches Fauci in a lie to congress. Democrats should join with republicans and investigate what actually happened at Wuhan and get to the bottom of this. Any time someone questions Fauci he either goes on the attack or changes the subject. This shouldn’t be partisan.

Here’s more about the 270 ‘medical people' who want Rogan censored.

And of course, just three of the signatories are immunologists, roughly 10% are nurses or nurse practitioners, and 33 are some type of 'assistant' (professor, nurse, lab, etc.). In short - hardly any of these people are qualified to refute Malone, which is probably why they link to 'fact checks' instead of compiling their own response on the merits of what Malone said.

@CB , but yesterday you asked me what I want to do for the kids in order to make them safe. Sorry I didn't get back to you but my time online is always intermittent and spotty. I miss a lot. Smile

This is one thing I would do. Try and improve ventilation in public schools and all public institutions for that matter. Since the authorities have been predicting such dire outcomes all the time, then they need to step up to the plate and do something about it. We now know that putting all our hope into the vaccine was a big mistake. We should now take the measures that actually should have been taken since the beginning of all of this.

Improve our ventilation systems. Teachers have been asking for this for a very long time.
https://www.mpic.de/4786086/lueftung-leicht-gemacht

In future, it will be far easier to remove infectious aerosols from the air in classrooms and other spaces. Researchers at the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry have built a ventilation system that can be replicated using materials from a DIY store. A comprehensive school in Mainz has already tested the system. The Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Education is currently testing use of the system in other schools. A construction report is available online.

@Lookout I followed this conversation yesterday. Wanted to add another thought to it.
When we talk about whether kids should be in school or not and what the harms and benefits are and what we can do to lessen the harms, we cant forget about THE TEACHERS! I have several friends who are teachers and they skew older and in my case they skew towards multiple co morbidities. Cancer survivors, asthma sufferers, and diabetics.
It is hard to think about how to give kids the best option while also protecting their teachers. Besides ventilation, masking, and outdoor classes we might need to consider putting at risk teachers on unemployment and replacing them with 23 year old new teachers. We might need to get class sizes down to 10 rather than 30 so that each teacher (at least of K thru 6) is only exposed to 10 students per day.
However, I am sure TPTB would not like us getting used to 10 kids per classroom, teachers being treated with respect, students being treated with respect. TPTB would worry that we might get used to it?

however in my experience teachers are done unto and not treated as decision making partners.

My friends who are still in the classroom had some good ideas like using younger teacher volunteers for classroom instruction and the older more vulnerable ones to do computer based instruction, learning guides, grading and evaluating, cleaning, and so on. However the administrators didn't approve.

@Lookout @Lookout Yeah, those are just the kind of solutions that seem like they would work. Younger (20-25 year olds) actually being in the classroom face to face. Utilizing the older experienced teachers to direct curriculum and advise from a distance.
There are so many solutions that could have been used. This pandemic did not have to be the way it is. I am a stylist working in a 3 (was 4) person salon. We have a fairly decent size space with high ceilings. We have masked non stop despite state regulations now allowing us to quit masking. We are one of the only salons that I know of that has stuck with masking. We keep the salon at half staff almost all of the time. Occasionally three workers but usually only two. Well spaced out. We keep the fan running on the furnace all day. Constant air circulation. One of our stylists left about 6 months ago when regulations allowed us to quit masking but three of us decided that we should all stay masked. She (a Trump hater) suddenly started talking about her "liberty to breathe". She sounded like all of my Trumpy friends.
We also require all of our clients to be masked before they walk in the door. If we (the help)can mask so can they. So far as we know none of us have contracted Covid and we have not been any part of spreading the disease. Despite (collectively) over 90 interactions per week, now for almost 2 years. Interactions indoors, in excess of 15 minutes, in close proximity.
I am not exactly sure of the science about masking and ventilation, but my experience is that it works. Works very well in our case. But, you have to actually try to get all these protocols to work. People say masking doesn't work but they don't even wear their masks properly. People say distancing doesn't work but then spend the weekend in an ice fish house with buddies. How do you know something doesn't work if you haven't tried it?
In my view there has to be layers of protection. Distance. Air movement. Masking. Vitamin D, zinc and Ivermectin. Plenty of rest. Healthy diet. I need to lose some weight too.
Rant over.
Thanks again everyone for this nice place to have discussions on the matter. I have to say in the last few months 'The Dose' has become indispensable. Such a nice ongoing discussion that when trolls show up they stick out like a sore thumb.

could also work with children at risk using remote learning tools such as Zoom. Both could be done from the home environment.

up

@Lookout . And teachers have been asking for that since the summer of 2020. After the schools shut in the spring of 2020 and through the summer, teachers wanted improvements instituted for the fall semester. Well, that didn't happen. It also didn't happen all through 2021 (except in some instances and mostly in private schools). We didn't even try to do the easy things.

We initially instituted some remote teaching and that was helpful, but now the school districts (see mayor Lightfoot in Chicago) don't even want to do that, they are happy to "let-er-rip" and let everyone be exposed. They are just fine with potentially harming the children, teachers, and all staff. This is, as we have noted in many of the dose columns, done for the health of the economy not the health of people.

There are a whole variety of relatively easy changes we could make to aim for a safer school environment. We are going on three years now of this. The mantra that kids just don't get sick is too convenient. We don't know for certain and I think it is almost beside the point. We should aim at making schools safer regardless. Improvements in ventilation systems would be beneficial in a whole host of ways. Smaller class sizes...ditto, outdoor classrooms whenever possible, remote learning for those who want, all these things might help. There are a myriad of innovative ideas that could be tried. If something proves not to be useful, try something else. But we are not even trying! For 21/2 years!

@randtntx costs to improve the ventilation system in a typical school, but last year Congress made $122billion available to US schools for Covid relief purposes. https://www.ed.gov/news/press-releases/department-education-announces-am...

That works out, with 130,000 schools, to about $1m/school. Enough to improve the ventilation perhaps, but certainly to purchase a number of portable air filters for classrooms. Of course, unless these funds are strictly controlled, there will be wiggle room for mischief by the locals in frivolous expenditures. https://twitter.com/AP/status/1445766068681646085

at Naked Capitalism Yves has a very interesting article up about the this new wave of infection with Omicron. It's about how we may be underestimating its severity. I do think it is worth a full read and she is saying what I was trying to say yesterday. Her explanation of the issues however, is magnitudes better than my attempt.
https://www.nakedcapitalism.com/2022/01/more-on-the-morbidity-risk-of-om...

The officialdom in the US and abroad has been engaging in even more aggressive efforts to normalize the ongoing risk of contracting Covid. Mind you, plenty of prominent voices, from antivaxxers to the health ministry of Sweden to the Great Barrington Declaration types have been misrepresenting the dangers of contracting Covid by comparing it to winter bugs. But the common cold doesn’t leave you with months of crushing fatigue and brain fog, or heart inflammation, or kidney damage, or greater risk of getting cancer….or even possibly developing Type 1 diabetes.

Moreover, it’s not clear whether patients who suffer these afflictions fully recover. There’s also reason to doubt how much vaccines blunt this kind of damage by virtue of blunting the most dangerous symptoms but not preventing infection or even moderate to pretty bad cases. For instance, a 2021 study found 20% of asymptomatic Covid cases resulted in long Covid.1 The prevalence of “mild” cases under Omicron is actually worse than the prevalence of asymptomatic cases under Delta, since mild is worse than asymptomatic. Nor do we know if treatments that reduce the severity and duration of Covid cases curtail or even prevent morbidities. If treatments do a better job of curtailing long-term damage than vaccines, we have our Covid strategy backwards.

@QMS , kids don't wear appropriate masks and even if they did they would not be properly fitted. So mask mandates are just so much hygiene theatre. I've said here before that I won't argue with people about mask mandates (when it was a big issue in TX) because no one, and I mean no one, wears an effective mask around here.

But besides that, there is no good reason not to fix the ventilation problem. And don't say money. What was our last appropriation for defense? Just use the money on our kids already. That would be $768 billion times more intelligent than what we do with that money now.

I have been an admirer of your Corsi box project for a while now.

@randtntx Read it it freaked me right out. Then on second thoughts it did not pass the sniff test. I know plenty of people in real life (even on my street) who have had or do have Omicron. They including kids have recovered.

Why would Ives go cuckoo with fear mongering? So nuts out there. Two doctors on my street and a physical therapist who works a OHSU have said the this variant is not lethal and will never go away but become another flu we will deal with. I do not understand why people buy into the were all gonna die scenario. Do I trust the media all of it or the so called experts, scientist's, muckers who fuck with viruses, or even epidemic yakers? Not really.

Hey I'm lucky we work from home. We only go out for food shopping foraging. Mask up and keep our distance and never leave the freaking house. Do not appreciate pandemic hysteria generated by people or sites like Naked Capitalism. Bad enough we all have to live through this cooked up real virus but I just don't buy that this variant is as deadly as the Delta or the Covid whatever the first one was.

Hey maybe Ive got long Covid or have whatever else they throw out there to fear but just maybe I'm freaked out by all this fear. Be Afraid. I've always had anxiety. Now I'm depressed and anxious. Enough! I'm not dying I can tell. I'm not taking their shit be it vaccines or Horse Wormer. It is all the monkeys paw. From the same ass holes who cooked up and unleashed this plague. Fear is a mind killer. Although I'm plenty fearful. Still what's the point of freaking out just cause if we're all gonna die so be it. I took a second look at the article and you’re right it looks like fear mongering. First off…Ugh!! Anti vaxxers. Just stop with that. Most people who are called that are not true anti vax, just anti the clot shot vax. And with good reason. And what’s her beef with Sweden? They didn’t lock down and are doing alright now and the great barrington declaration that Fauci smeared was right. Don’t lock everyone up, but do try to protect the elderly and vulnerable people. As for the hype about omicron giving kids an increased risk of diabetes I posted something on how that was just more fear porn to get parents to jab their kids because the numbers are low. I posted it earlier this week or late last week. If anyone is interested I’ll try to find it.

As for cooked up virus you may be right. I posted a video with Ryan talking about the emails with Fauci worrying about it both being cooked and possibly leaked above.

@shaharazade I will take up the defense of Yves on the question of why she is so alarmed. In the first year of Covid, NC posted thoughts from the risk assessment thought leader by the name of Nicholas Taleb. If I can paraphrase one of his major thoughts- when you are trying to analyze risk and you have unknown factors in your computation then you need to assume the worst for each of those unknown factors. To assume best case scenarios in your risk computation is to leave you in a vulnerable position. Somewhere in that conversation (of the summer of 2020) the talk turned to layering levels of defense against the virus. Not taking a one defense position. Add every level of protection into your basket of protection that you can. Analogy- seat belts are good. But also have air bags. And anti lock brakes. And crumple zones built into your car. And drive only when sober. And make sure your tires are in good shape. And your windshield clean.
Anyhow, I think part of maintaining a safe approach to Covid is not underestimating it. In my opinion Yves and NC commentariat lean towards this line of thinking. Folks who early in Covid said "this is just gonna be like the flu" set themselves up for failure. I don't think the NC community cares to set themselves up for failure.
NC has been out front on the conversation about aerosols, ivermectin, Corsi boxes, ventilation, use of CO2 meters as a proxy for air quality, and measuring Covid in water treatment plants to assess community health. And more issues to numerous to mention.
That being said, I do find that site right now to be on the alarmist side as well. I also follow Dr John Campbell and he is peddling large doses of optimism. To have two trusted voices diverge and go different directions is challenging me. But in the end I would never ever bet against Yves and NC.

Compare to doing nothing but stay home, isolate and go to the hospital if breathing becomes difficult. That's what the CDC advises.

The FLCCC protocol has a fantastic PROVEN record of reducing the disease. The following is real time/real world verification of the efficacy of ivermectin:

USA Deaths/million 2,596 Population 333,971,837 Total deaths 867,064 (ivermectin banned)
India Deaths/million 346 Population 1,400,754,116 Total deaths 484,746 (ivermectin used in 75% of provinces)

(Note: The numbers for India would even be lower if some of the provincial governments controlled by Modi's political party had not banned the use of ivermectin. These provinces are now taking the responsible parties to court. Some are demanding that the death penalty be imposed.)

If India had the same death rate as the United States their death toll would now be 3,636,996 instead of 484,746 - that's a saving of 3,152,250 lives AND untold millions of permanently COVID damaged people.

Prophylactic Role of Ivermectin in Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 Infection Among Healthcare Workers
Aug 5 2021

Abstract

Introduction Healthcare workers (HCWs) are vulnerable to getting infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Preventing HCWs from getting infected is a priority to maintain healthcare services. The therapeutic and preventive role of ivermectin in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is being investigated. Based on promising results of in vitro studies of oral ivermectin, this study was conducted with the aim to demonstrate the prophylactic role of oral ivermectin in preventing SARS-CoV-2 infection among HCWs at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhubaneswar.

Methods A prospective cohort study was conducted at AIIMS Bhubaneswar, which has been providing both COVID and non-COVID care since March 2020. All employees and students of the institute who provided written informed consent participated in the study. The uptake of two doses of oral ivermectin (300 μg/kg/dose at a gap of 72 hours) was considered as exposure. The primary outcome of the study was COVID-19 infection in the following month of ivermectin consumption, diagnosed as per Government of India testing criteria (real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction [RT-PCR]) guidelines. The log-binomial model was used to estimate adjusted relative risk (ARR), and the Kaplan-Meier failure plot was used to estimate the probability of COVID-19 infection with follow-up time.

Results Of 3892 employees, 3532 (90.8%) participated in the study. The ivermectin uptake was 62.5% and 5.3% for two doses and single dose, respectively. Participants who took ivermectin prophylaxis had a lower risk of getting symptoms suggestive of SARS-CoV-2 infection (6% vs 15%). HCWs who had taken two doses of oral ivermectin had a significantly lower risk of contracting COVID-19 infection during the following month (ARR 0.17; 95% CI, 0.12-0.23). Females had a lower risk of contracting COVID-19 than males (ARR 0.70; 95% CI, 0.52-0.93). The absolute risk reduction of SARS-CoV-2 infection was 9.7%. Only 1.8% of the participants reported adverse events, which were mild and self-limiting.

Conclusion Two doses of oral ivermectin (300 μg/kg/dose given 72 hours apart) as chemoprophylaxis among HCWs reduced the risk of COVID-19 infection by 83% in the following month. Safe, effective, and low-cost chemoprophylaxis has relevance in the containment of pandemic alongside vaccine.

@CB I was having a "debatey" conversation with a friend recently about the use of Ivermectin. I ran the numbers on Uttar Pradesh compared to my state of Minnesota. In the last three months of 2021 you had a 2429 times greater chance of dying of Covid in MN than UP.
Even if you believed that 90% of deaths in MN could have been prevented had everyone been vaccinated, then you were still 242 times more likely to die in MN. Even if you said that the obesity rate and bad health of Minnesotans made our death rate 10 times higher than it should be then you would still be 24 times more likely to die in MN.

Yep it’s true. Because I didn’t vote for HerHeinous Trump was able to appoint 3 SC judges who just shot down the mandates.

And you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you and you are also responsible for it. Probably most people who joined the blue blog during the Great exodus from DK are responsible for it. Never a mention of Obama and democrats not fighting for Garland even though they had many ways to do it. Nor did they bring up Kavanaugh's horrible decisions as a federal judge or even try to slow down Barrett’s getting appointed. Nancy left her bow and arrows at home even though she promised to use every arrow in her quiver. Nope. Once again it’s the voter's fault for Democrat’s failures. Blehh!

The point made was that the court made this decision because Trump was able to appoint 3 of them instead of Hillary appointing her 3. Therefore anyone who didn’t vote for her owns this decision. This includes many people who joined the site after the isles of March. It’s why I said Pat yourselves on the back.

But like Garland being a centrist because Obama wanted someone that McConnell approved of instead of appointing another Ginsberg. Which is why she refused to step down under Obama. Kagan and Sotomayer were centrists also and along with Ginsberg have voted in favor of the corporations more often than not.

16,000 Physicians Agree
Read the declaration from the International Association of Physicians and Medical Scientists.
Robert W Malone

Consensus is clear among MDs and medical PhDs: following 20 months of exhaustive research, millions of patients treated, hundreds of clinical trials performed and scientific data shared worldwide, they conclude that healthy children and COVID recovered should be excluded from vaccine mandates and social restrictions.

Physicians also recommend legislative and administrative action, to prevent disruption of physicians’ treatments, or putting healthy children or the COVID-recovered at further risk.

16,000 physicians and medical scientists recently published the Rome Covid Declaration, to alert citizens to the deadly consequences of disrupting life-saving treatment and suppressing open scientific discussion.

So, when it makes headline news that less than 300 physicians have signed a letter that went to Spotify, that the podcast that I did with Joe Rogan should be removed from Spotify, I can only chuckle… After all, it has only been viewed around 50 million times and to their 300, I raise them 16,000.

I think the headline explains what it’s about.

SARS-COV-2 Vaccines and Neurodegenerative Disease

Like the mRNA vaccines, the DNA vaccines are based on novel biotech gene editing techniques that are brand new, so they too are a massive experiment unleashed on a huge unsuspecting population, with unknown consequences.

I think it is recklessly dangerous to force or coerce people into taking any of the newly created vaccines without knowing anything about the long term studies or consequences of them, but that has been what is happening since operation warp speed. Now we were told to wait 75 years for Pfizer to release their information on them while they were approved in just 108 days. Who actually read the papers? And then when they were debating giving them to kids one guy said that the only way to know more about them was to just do it. So the kids joined the experimental trials on a new type of vaccines and people are just fine with that.

This article was written last June, but it’s not the only one I’ve read that talks about the severe adverse effects. Plus we are already seeing many people having exactly what is discussed here. The people who are supposed to be watching out for our safety knows damn well that people are having hideous adverse effects and that they are killing people.

Let’s look at what some athletes are experiencing.

One guy pats his chest showing how fast his heart is racing. I experienced this last summer and let me tell you it’s damn scary when you heart rate is about 160. You feel like it’s going to explode out of your chest. It was doubly scary when my blood pressure was extremely high on top of it.

Pfizer knew that 108 people had died either before they were rolled out or soon after. Medicare reported over 45,000 deaths last summer. VAERS is reporting over 20,000 since they were rolled out and yet we are still being told that they are safe and that no one has died from them. I wish I knew what it’s going to take to wake people up to the fact that the vaccines should be stopped immediately and every drug company has to start from scratch. The more boosters people get the more chances of having bad reactions to them.

Oops went off somewhere, but read what has been found here. It’s probably just more of the same for some. In the video series CB is posting, in #2 a doctor described what she’s seeing. I don’t know how much longer doctors can stay silent on what they are seeing. I’m hoping soon they will remember the oath they swore. First do no harm. Being silent counts for harm in my opinion.

The Spike Protein is Toxic

The COVID-19 vaccines are all based on supplying genetic code to produce the spike protein that is the main constituent of the SARS-CoV-2 protein cage that encloses its RNA contents. Both the DNA vector and the RNA vaccines induce the vaccine-infected cell to manufacture many copies of the spike protein according to the code. Through experimentation, researchers have determined that the spike protein is toxic even when introduced all by itself. In a revealing experiment, researchers injected spike protein into hamsters, and found that it was taken up by endothelial cells lining the blood vessels, via ACE2 receptors [10]. This caused a downregulation of ACE2, which had significant effects on the metabolic policy in the cells. In particular, it inhibited the synthesis of mitochondria, and caused the existing mitochondria to fragment. Mitochondria are the organelles in the cell that produce large quantities of ATP (the energy currency of cells) by oxidizing nutrients, while consuming oxygen and producing water and carbon dioxide. The spike protein reduced the production of ATP by mitochondria and increased glycolysis -- the alternative, much less efficient, way to produce ATP without using oxygen. This metabolic change towards getting energy through glycolysis is a characteristic feature of cancer cells and of neurons in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's.

In another experiment, researchers showed that spike protein can cross the blood-brain barrier in mice and be taken up by neurons throughout the brain [11]. This too is likely mediated by ACE2 receptors (which neurons also produce). These same researchers also showed that spike protein administered in the nose was able to reach the brain by traveling along the olfactory nerve. When they induced inflammation in the brain through exposure to lipopolysaccharide (LPS), they saw an increased uptake of spike protein into the brain, which they hypothesized was caused by increased leakiness in the barrier. As you will see, these points become important when we later consider what happens following a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, which is designed to induce inflammation.

On a side note I’ve been thinking of how smart Sam’s body was for creating everything about her right so that she grew up from a puppy with everything in her body working as it should. Same goes for humans. We start out as a single cell and most of mature the way we’re supposed. Looking this deeply into cells gives me awe that we do. But boy am I glad I didn’t go into virology and microbiology. The eye/retina was hard enough to learn with each part having so many different layers to them.

politics, including covid-related stuff is still on summer vacation here. Ardern is nowhere to be seen, but neither so far is covid of the omicron variety, except in MIQ. Not that it won’t show its face soon enough in the community, but for now it is contained. I think the most significant objective here is containment because of the incapacity of the health system to handle a more severe outbreak. My concern currently revolves around how we will fare without confronting and building immunity.

As an unvaccinated person of the population I am somewhat limited as others are. I still hold some trust that NZ will fare relatively well. I think there are still many individually thinking people here, who vaccinated or not, will potentially determine a more balanced future. This could be wishful thinking, I’ll probably know soon enough.

People do have the right to try any treatment even if they don’t have one foot in the grave. How can this judge not know about our civil right to life? Besides the doctor who is willing to treat him has the right to try which is legal in all 50 states. The guy has been on a ventilator for a long time and guess what, his kidneys have shut down which happens when people get remdisiver. For gawd’s sake aren’t doctors seeing the low success rate for people who have had the Fauci treatment? The hospital has been fighting the family and their lawyers want the case sealed.

I’m so disgusted with everything that happens in this shit hole country. How can anyone decide to take away a person’s right to life so callously? Laws don’t mean Jack to the rich either. Cops can murder over 1,000 of a year and all democrats will do is kneel in solidarity. Corporations can poison our planet and get tax breaks and subsidies to do it whilst we people who get poisoned have to pay big insurance and pharma to get help. And all we do is complain and keep voting for the people who allow this to be done to us. Maybe we deserve our fate if we aren’t willing to fight for something better? Looks like a f’cking catch 22

Part of the frustration families face when they’re seeking alternative treatments for COVID-19 surrounds the Right to Try Act signed into law May 30, 2018.

It gives patients access to some unapproved treatments, if they have been diagnosed with life-threatening diseases or conditions, have tried all approved treatment options, and are unable to participate in a clinical trial to access certain unapproved treatments, according to the FDA.

But ivermectin and other drugs used as part of the FLCCC protocol for treating COVID-19 have already been approved by the FDA for some uses, so they don’t qualify to be used under the Right to Try Act.

“Right to Try only applies to experimental medications,” says Childers. “It says nothing about FDA-approved meds like fluvoxamine, ivermectin, or hydroxychloroquine.”

But Fauci is blocking them from being approved. This looks like a circle jerk. It’s insane.

I know some people here hate to acknowledge anything positive about Project Veritas.

I am not one of them. A lot of attention gets paid to their 'sting' type operations and the have had successes (and the occasional flop) there but more significant and often overlooked are the number and quality of whistleblowing insiders that have, often at great personal risk and sacrifice, provide critical information and/or come forward to expose wrongdoing.

From what I can tell so far, the documents they have now released may well exceed in significance anything they have they have done previously.

I urge people to read the report of Marine Corps Maj. Joseph Murphy - who was on a fellowship assignment to DARPA and undertook to look into the background of the virus origins. Essentially, it tends vindicate the contention that the virus was engineered for infectivity to humans and that it was developed at and did escape from the Wuhan lab. BUT the work there was on an American-based initiative undertaken by Peter Daszak and the Eco-Health Alliance - basically the identical effort it had previously proposed to DARPA and which had been rejected. That rejection was based at least in part on it constituting (or at least barely skirting) the ban on Gain of Function research then in place.

Robert Malone's doctor had her license to practice medicine suspended

Dr. Meryl Nass, is no longer able to practice medicine. Her license was suspended for spreading COVID misinformation. This is ridiculous.

Meryl has posted her side of the story here. It’s worth a read so you can see how corrupt the system is. Their accusations are outrageous and she’s courageous.

They are trying to silence Meryl Nass because they don’t like people who refuse to blindly follow CDC guidance

Meryl Nass, who is a member of our team of scientists focused on spreading the truth about the COVID pandemic response, sent me an email 2 days ago:

1589FAA5-B568-44D2-8D5A-A532F3E7BE8C.png

Here is what the board said:

The Board concludes that the continued ability of Dr. Nass to practice as a physician in the State of Maine constitutes an immediate jeopardy to the health and physical safety of the public who might receive her medical services, and that it is necessary to immediately suspend her ability to practice medicine in order to adequately respond to this risk.

That’s interesting. It’s in sharp contrast with what Dr. Robert Malone wrote me:

She works closely with Children's Health Defense, and is the one that prescribed Ivermectin for my long COVID - which was effective.

Dr. Nass is guilty of prescribing FDA-approved drugs that have been shown in dozens of trials to be beneficial in treating COVID:

Prescribing ivermectin (has multiple peer-reviewed meta-analysis and systematic reviews, the highest level of evidence-based medicine)

Prescribing hydroxychloroquine (the Boulware trial which I funded found that HCQ was effective and a subsequent analysis by David Wiseman showed the effect was statistically significant).

Here’s the interesting thing: had she prescribed nothing for these patients, she wouldn’t have been cited.

She was accused of posting a message on Twitter linking to an article by Dr. Mercola.

Weren’t people allowed a trial before they were stripped of their license? Are we throwing out the 5th amendment on top of the 1st now? And people are okay with that?
