But is, as I interpret it, quite different from saying that nothing related to Covid (what is *not* these days?) should go anywhere outside The Dose which is much more far reaching. For example - can no Covid-related essays be authored aside from TD?
OK, maybe I missed something subsequent to the response below. However, my question "Where did that come from?" is a legitimate one and I would have *expected* a response from the OP (or from JtC, of course, should he choose to).

Maybe the playbook is to look at how the HIV/Aids, Fauci, AZT issues resolved. It seems to me when he was confronted with other ways he just carried on and everyone else just woke up and went back to 'normal' life. I'm not sure my impression from this distance is correct.

I’m also reading how the virus was discovered much earlier and not just the other day which lends me to believe that it’s just fear mongering to get people jabbed. - Federal health regulators say an experimental COVID-19 pill from Merck is effective against the virus, but they will seek input from outside experts on risks of birth defects and other potential problems during pregnancy.
- The FDA scientists said their review identified several potential risks, including possible toxicity to developing fetuses and birth defects that were identified in studies of the pill in animals.
- Given the safety concerns, FDA said Merck agreed the drug would not be used in children.
- Regulators also noted that Merck collected far less safety data overall on its drug than was gathered for other COVID-19 therapies.
“While the clinical safety data base was small, there were no major safety concerns identified,” FDA reviewers concluded.
- Additionally, the FDA flagged a concern that Merck’s drug led to small changes in the coronavirus’ signature spike protein, which it uses to penetrate human cells. Theoretically, FDA cautioned, those changes could lead to dangerous new variants.

Let’s just stick with remisivider (so) and that is toxic to kidneys and one that causes birth defects and possibly cancer over one that is safer than aspirin. And costs $700 over one that just costs a few dollars.
As for the video opal posted. Absolutely we have been subjected to a massive psyops from the beginning. The lockdowns were to tell us that this epidemic is very bad and the isolating people drove the point home. That’s why many countries used behavioral psychologists to modify their message. Since vaccines no longer have to be effective or safe, Why we can throw together something in a jiffy.
Fauci has no problem okaying drug that big pharma rushes to get authorization, but insists that the already proven safe drug ivermectin goes through long trials. He cancelled the Phase III - randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled study of thousands of people that was to evaluate safety and efficacy of the vaccine last spring. It was to continue until the fall of 2023.
Due to deaths being similar from COVID and the vaccines they are indistinguishable for the most part. Unfortunately very few autopsies are being performed of these deaths to discover the true cause. They can crank up the PCR tests to 35-40 cycles and claim they died of COVID.
BTW, this type of study is one that Fauci DEMANDED to prove ivermectin is "safe and efficacious" before he would allow it to be used as a prophylaxis by the FDA. He had already ensured the study on hydroxychloroquine would fail, using dangerously high doses (even killing some of the participants) and given only in the later stages of COVID infections. I read about this doctor’s case last week or two. It’s beyond comprehension that doctors who are saving lives are being told to quit doing it. Doctors who treat patients and getting good results and anyone that questions the vaccines only path are the undesirables that were wiped out in Germany. Good for her for not answering whether she has been jabbed or not. It’s no one’s business what people do for their health. So I’ve a brief message to world leaders, people that are making the decisions about this:

We’ve talked about six mechanisms today. It’s very unlikely that we get six mutations that could dodge all of those all at the same time.

JtC was watching the Covid comments mixed in with regular essays, and seeing them get many versions of what's going on. Rather than having those threads end up on the front page which is usual for Open Threads, he asked each Open Thread author to put up a separate post just for Covid Conversations. They won't be put on the Front Page.
By and large his strategy has worked. And most threads are civil and informative.

But is, as I interpret it, quite different from saying that nothing related to Covid (what is *not* these days?) should go anywhere outside The Dose which is much more far reaching. For example - can no Covid-related essays be authored aside from TD?

I have heard of self hypnosis being a viable anesthesia
for surgeries. A retired physician friend of mine had shared some remarkable accounts of guided directed attention by patients resolving chronic dermatological issues. The mind is capable of much more than we think possible, some of which defies explanation by current medical understandings.

Umm no not a good drug when the side effects are this bad whilst there is an already safe drug that has been out for decades. It will be interesting to see if it gets approval even though it comes with potential dangerous side effects and only has a 30% chance of working. Fauci claims that he hasn’t seen any trials on ivermectin even though there have been more than 60 that show that it’s effective plus many doctors have been using it as well as other drugs with good results. Let’s just stick with remisivider (so) and that is toxic to kidneys and one that causes birth defects and possibly cancer over one that is safer than aspirin. And costs $700 over one that just costs a few dollars.
As for the video opal posted. Absolutely we have been subjected to a massive psyops from the beginning. The lockdowns were to tell us that this epidemic is very bad and the isolating people drove the point home. That’s why many countries used behavioral psychologists to modify their message. Make people afraid of something and they won’t ask too many questions. Brilliant.

He cancelled the Phase III - randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled study of thousands of people that was to evaluate safety and efficacy of the vaccine last spring. It was to continue until the fall of 2023.
Due to deaths being similar from COVID and the vaccines they are indistinguishable for the most part. Unfortunately very few autopsies are being performed of these deaths to discover the true cause. They can crank up the PCR tests to 35-40 cycles and claim they died of COVID.
BTW, this type of study is one that Fauci DEMANDED to prove ivermectin is "safe and efficacious" before he would allow it to be used as a prophylaxis by the FDA. He had already ensured the study on hydroxychloroquine would fail, using dangerously high doses (even killing some of the participants) and given only in the later stages of COVID infections.
