OSHA Changes Rule That Covers Up Vaccine Injuries, Prevents Workers’ Compensation Claims

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration amended its injury recording rule in a way that hides the true extent of the damage the COVID vaccine mandate will have on the American workforce.

Story at-a-glance:

  • The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has amended its injury recording rule in a way that hides the true extent of the damage that the COVID jab mandate will have on the American workforce.
  • According to OSHA rules, employers must record and report work-related illnesses, injuries and fatalities. This recording requirement initially also applied to adverse reactions suffered by employees who had to get the COVID shot as a requirement for employment. This rule was changed in late May.
  • OSHA will not enforce the recording requirement if the injury or fatality involves the COVID jab, even if required for employment. The nonenforcement will remain through May 2022. With this change, OSHA is covering up vaccine injuries — and hindering workers from seeking workers’ compensation.
  • Meanwhile, federal employees required to get the COVID jab will be eligible for compensation for injuries through the Federal Employee’s Compensation Act (FECA).
  • Having large numbers of injury reports can raise a company’s insurance costs. However, if OSHA is going to require all employers with 100 or more employees to implement vaccine mandates, then companies will be in the same boat and none will be at a particular disadvantage, so OSHA really needs to change its recordability guidance back.

Pfizer's COVID-19 pill reduces risk of being hospitalized or dying by 89%, company says

Merck has already put forward its COVID pill for FDA authorization.

A course of pills developed by Pfizer can slash the risk of being hospitalized or dying from COVID-19 by 89% if taken within three days of developing symptoms, according to results released Friday by the pharmaceutical company.

In a study of more than 1,200 COVID-19 patients with a higher risk of developing serious illness, people who took Pfizer's pills were far less likely to end up in the hospital compared to people who got placebo pills.

None of the people who got the real pills died, but 10 people who got placebo pills died, according to results summarized in a Pfizer press release.

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said in prepared remarks that the data suggest the pill-based treatment, if authorized, could "eliminate up to nine out of ten hospitalizations."

The answer appears to be a confounding combination of overzealous regulation and anemic government support — issues that have characterized America’s testing response from the beginning of the pandemic.

Companies trying to get the Food and Drug Administration’s approval for rapid COVID-19 tests describe an arbitrary, opaque process that meanders on, sometimes long after their products have been approved in other countries that prioritize accessibility and affordability over perfect accuracy.

An FDA scientist who vetted COVID-19 test applications told ProPublica he became so frustrated by delays that he quit the agency earlier this year. “They’re neither denying the bad ones or approving the good ones,” he said, asking to remain anonymous because his current work requires dealing with the agency.

“It feels like in one place we’re in a rocket ship and in another place we’re on training wheels,” said Rep. Kim Schrier, D-Wash., contrasting vaccines and testing. Schrier, a former pediatrician who has been pushing the agency to authorize more rapid tests, said, “You can’t count on the free market during a pandemic.”

social distancing, air flow/ventilation, with S. Korea public transit system as test case. https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/sciadv.abg3691
This study concluded that wearing masks and social distancing can offer protection from the aerosolized virus. The following is the significant factor though, otherwise all bets are off:

Moreover, this study assumed that a mask is worn properly and fits perfectly (i.e., no leakage), and that there is no additional airflow. However, the effects of several other related factors must be considered, such as the type and design of mask, and a user’s head shape and wearing behavior, as these factors may cause aerosol leakage due if a mask is poorly fitted. In addition, the use of air conditioners and the effects of wind can alter the distribution of aerosols. The effects of these factors can all be examined in future studies. The limited number and type of experiments in this study means that there is uncertainty associated with our extrapolated findings. However, by performing experiments on exhalation effects and reviewing inhalation effects under the aforementioned assumptions, we have determined that mandatory mask-wearing results in COVID-19–preventive effects similar to those resulting from maintaining 2-m physical distancing.

More about effective mask wearing:

Existing studies proved that wearing N95 masks can block almost all mock viruses. Hence, widespread use of the mask can effectively suppress aerosol propagation. According to a previous study, the median protection factor of an unauthenticated mask worn by an untrained individual is in the range of 2.4 to 6.5, or its mask efficiency is the range of 58 to 85%. In addition, the initial penetration of quarantine masks (KF94), i.e., government-distributed quarantine masks, ranges from 0.622 to 1.698% and that of yellow sand mask (KF80) is 12.476% on average.

Pfizer’s new drug to help with the Rona like Merck did after denying that ivermectin works and pushing vaccines and profits before lives. Merck’s works at the genetic level and one of the adverse effects could be cancer and possible birth defects for pregnant women. Pfizer’s apparently doesn’t have that risk as far as they know because it hasn’t been tested very long unlike ivermectin. Guess they will forget history and possibly repeat it and risk more thalidomide babies. I debated using the word criminal too, but I do think that fits here. For both the pills and vaccines given to pregnant women and kids. We know babies are next in line for them. I don’t know…maybe there isn’t a word for what has been happening.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration amended its injury recording rule in a way that hides the true extent of the damage the COVID vaccine mandate will have on the American workforce.

Oh those poor insurance CEOs!

Having large numbers of injury reports can raise a company’s insurance costs. However, if OSHA is going to require all employers with 100 or more employees to implement vaccine mandates, then companies will be in the same boat and none will be at a particular disadvantage, so OSHA really needs to change its recordability guidance back.

#$!!!$$$$$$$. So there’s the motive for using OSHA. Devious…

Beyond evil. So no one is going to be responsible for the injuries and deaths from the vaccines? Your business insists that you take one and if you don’t have health insurance you can go fck yourself and your family’s future by either dying quickly or losing everything you have through bankruptcy. Let’s see the people who think that there should be mandatory vaccines square that with denying worker’s compensation benefits.

Alex Betensen has gone there.

Wait, the economy? I thought it was about public safety and health.

If it was they wouldn’t be waiting 2 more months for it to go into effect. Why are they waiting that long? Because big business doesn’t want it to affect the holiday profits. They asked Biden to wait on it till after. It’s either an emergency or it’s not. Since it really isn’t it’s something else.

10,857 Fully Vaccinated Americans Have Died Of COVID-19; 30,000 Hospitalized

The number of fully vaccinated Americans dying of COVID-19 has increased as breakthrough hospitalizations continue to rise, according to national data.

As of Oct. 18, at least 10,857 Americans have died of COVID-19 despite being fully vaccinated. People aged 65 and older made up 85% of the deaths while female patients represented 43% of the total breakthrough fatalities, according to data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. There were also 2,299 deaths that occurred in patients who were asymptomatic or whose deaths were not related to COVID-19 but tested positive for the virus.

Between the CDC’s Oct. 4 and Oct. 18 report, the total number of breakthrough deaths among the fully vaccinated showed a 64% increase from 6,617 to the current count.

And yet we’re supposed to believe that the reports of vaccine injuries is just propaganda from anti vaxxers!? I think Alex is thinking along the right lines.

Just maybe the news about denying worker’s comp will wake a few people up to what many have been saying all along. If not I’ll refrain from saying anything…

@CB

I dont have time to watch all posted so more details will help me decide which ones I do. Not just you but everyone who posts them? Thanks.

Alex has an interesting view on why Pfizer and Moderna stocks are falling rapidly. He thinks Wall Street has noticed the injuries and deaths from them and if true the media will probably start noticing too. Their gravy train to fast money is over and it’s a good bet that’s why the drugs are getting okay'd.

Manufacturing consent for kids to happily get vaccinated. Disgusting and immoral. I’m seeing more people questioning the whole scenario because of the pressure to get kids jabbed. Good and it’s about time.

I don't have the link to Jimmy Dore where I heard about this, but I checked the information myself about the latest from Florida.

About two months ago, the wingnut governor of that State was in the news a lot as a possible successor to Donald Trump and for his own idiotic Sweden-like resistance to the True Science of vaccine therapy. At the time, Florida was experiencing its worst levels of reported Covid infections ever. This was widely held to be due to his refusal to protect his citizens out of some weird ideologically induced mental illness.

Here is why you are not hearing anything lately about Florida's moronic governor and his superstitious policies forbidding the mandating of masks and vaccination.

.

.
New Cases:

7 day rolling average as of the end of August, 2021 -- 21,621 per day
.
7 day rolling average as of the November 4, 2021 -- 1623
.

A reduction of about 92%

.

Deaths:

7 day rolling average as of September 2, 2021 -- 385
.

7 day rolling average as of November 4, 2021 -- 1

.

And, in case anybody is wondering about the Stupid State Sweepstakes, Florida is now the eighth stupidest state in terms of per capita fatalities reported due to Covid. The rest of the Confederacy has taken over most of the top slots, but New York and New Jersey still represent the Blue Team for Science Stupidity in the Top Ten.

.

Over the longest haul of my life since the Old World ended on March 10, 2020, I have heard several attacks on the reliability of numbers from Florida. That wingnut governor might be cooking the books. Of course that Conspiracy Theory opens up a whole new frontier of disputation, doesn't it?

Now that the Vaccine Narrative has collapsed in a global heap (the narrative, not the vaccine itself), the crisis is upon us. Do the the major industrialized countries in the West continue on the current authoritarian course toward making a long series of injections a prerequisite for full citizenship?

Chicken Little was just a little ahead of his time.

Leaders at the climate meeting did the same thing. Wore masks in the car and took them off once inside. Lots of pictures of unmasked people too. It’s kabuki.

As a hopelessly addicted sports fan, I watched a lot of the baseball playoffs. You could see Dusty Baker with his mask on and with his mask off at any given time. The crowds tended to be maskless. Another fun exercise while watching sports on TV is to count how many people you see with a mask covering the mouth but leaving the nostrils unencumbered. A great drinking game if you are looking to get shit faced.

It is becoming clearer to me that the public advocacy behind the pandemic restrictions has converted the health-political debate into a conflict of imagery. The idea of masks and vaccines is now the point, not the wearing of the mask or the injection of the vaccine. Like pussy hats, they are emblems of "resistance" to the evils of Donald J. Trump and every single person on earth who does not hate him to a satisfactory level of indignation.

Once again, I still wear my mask and try to maintain social distancing. My gripe is with the people like Vice President Harris who obviously do not give a shit about wearing the mask, but solemnly play the game as though it meant something to her.

The bogus pretense is both nauseating and illuminating.

Shitlib women have exchanged their pussy hats for masks. It’s all for show. I have no problem with people wearing masks or some stores demanding that people do. What I do have a problem with is people being mask police. Under nose? Lookout they will come for them. But then it’s funny when cops were beating people up for protesting against masks but cops were either not wearing theirs or had them under their noses. Kabuki.

She picks apart the reasons for kids getting vaccinated. Really it’s good.

I like this woman’s writing. Here’s another on turning a blind eye to the Holocaust and connecting it to now.

https://wholistic.substack.com/p/shameless-cdc-recommends-pfizer-for

“‘Oh, things seeped through somehow, always quietly, always indirectly. So people heard rumors, and the rest they could guess. Of course, most people did not believe the stories of Jews or other opponents of the regime. It was naturally thought that such persons would all exaggerate.’

“Rumors, guesses enough to make a man know if he wanted badly to know, or at least to believe, and always involving persons who would be suspected, ‘naturally,’ of exaggerating. Goebbels’ immediate subordinate in charge of radio in the Propaganda Ministry testified at Nuremberg that he had heard of the gassing of Jews, and went to Goebbels with the report. Goebbels said it was false, ‘enemy propaganda,’ and that was the end of it.”

—Milton Mayer, They Thought They Were Free: The Germans, 1933

You valorize the genocidists and expectorate upon their targets.

And I’m talking to you, the propaganda-suckling, pro-censorship, pro-slavery, anti-reality, anti-humanity totalitarianism apologist who is denying the validity of millions of medical reports regarding adverse reactions, including tens of thousands of deaths.
