With record-high deaths, Moscow and other parts of Russia enter a partial lockdown
MOSCOW — Russia's capital entered a 10-day partial lockdown on Thursday — as the rest of Russia braced for a series of COVID-19 restrictions aimed at stemming the spread of a virus that has set, and continuously reset, records over the past month for daily fatalities and infections.

On Thursday, the government's coronavirus task force reported the latest grim milestone — a record-high 40,096 infections and 1,159 deaths in the past 24 hours alone.

The Kremlin openly blames the unprecedented surge on Russians' continued reluctance to vaccinate. Despite widespread access to Russia's Sputnik V for most of this year, just over a third of the country is fully vaccinated.

"These are intelligent people with a good education. I can't understand what's going on," said a clearly exasperated President Vladimir Putin, commenting on the growing crisis last week. "We have a reliable and efficient vaccine. I want to emphasize again, there are only two choices: get sick or get vaccinated."

COVID-19: Moderna Gets Its Miracle
COVID-19 erased the regulatory and trial-related hurdles that Moderna could never surmount before. Yet, how did Moderna know that COVID-19 would create those conditions months before anyone else, and why did they later claim that their vaccine being tested in NIH trials was different than their commercial candidate?

In late 2019, the biopharmaceutical company Moderna was facing a series of challenges that not only threatened its ability to ever take a product to market, and thus turn a profit, but its very existence as a company. There were multiple warning signs that Moderna was essentially another Theranos-style fraud, with many of these signs growing in frequency and severity as the decade drew to a close. Part I of this three-part series explored the disastrous circumstances in which Moderna found itself at that time, with the company’s salvation hinging on the hope of a divine miracle, a “Hail Mary” save of sorts, as stated by one former Moderna employee.

While the COVID-19 crisis that emerged in the first part of 2020 can hardly be described as an act of benevolent divine intervention for most, it certainly can be seen that way from Moderna’s perspective. Key issues for the company, including seemingly insurmountable regulatory hurdles and its inability to advance beyond animal trials with its most promising—and profitable—products, were conveniently wiped away, and not a moment too soon. Since January 2020, the value of Moderna’s stock—which had embarked on a steady decline since its IPO—grew from $18.89 per share to its current value of $339.57 per share, thanks to the success of its COVID-19 vaccine.

Yet, how exactly was Moderna’s “Hail Mary” moment realized, and what were the forces and events that ensured it would make it through the FDA’s emergency use authorization (EUA) process? In examining that question, it becomes quickly apparent that Moderna’s journey of saving grace involved much more than just cutting corners in animal and human trials and federal regulations. Indeed, if we are to believe Moderna executives, it involved supplying formulations for some trial studies that were not the same as their COVID-19 vaccine commercial candidate, despite the data resulting from the former being used to sell Moderna’s vaccine to the public and federal health authorities. Such data was also selectively released at times to align with preplanned stock trades by Moderna executives, turning many of Moderna’s highest-ranking employees into millionaires, and even billionaires, while the COVID-19 crisis meant economic calamity for most Americans.

That's been my line for a while now...a pandemic managed to maximize profit for Big Pharma, the US sick care system, Amazon, Walmart, etc all while scaring the hell out of most citizens and imposing lockdowns, controls, and mandates I never expected to be tolerated.

We've jumped from the pan into the fire, and there's no telling where the Halloween horror story will end. Since the 70's I've expected some sort of breakdown, and it seems to have arrived. Hope all our C99 community can weather the intensifying storm which is around us.

It is difficult to see through the fog and adjust our individual approach, however there's no doubt that prepping for shortages and stocking up on essentials is a good course of action. And I would add my broken record advice, now's a good time to prepare your garden for next spring, and consider ordering your seeds now. I'm taking my own advice, hoping to get horse manure this week as the rain lets up.

At the tail end of 2019, Graham was in a very different mood than Bancel, having emailed the leader of the coronavirus team at his NIH lab saying, “Get ready for 2020,” apparently viewing the news out of Wuhan in late 2019 as a harbinger of something significant. He went on, in the days before he was contacted by Bancel, to “run a drill he had been turning over in his mind for years” and called his long-time colleague Jason McLellan “to talk about the game plan” for getting a head start on producing a vaccine the world did not yet know it needed. When Bancel called Graham soon afterward and asked about this new virus, Graham responded that he didn’t know yet but that “they were ready if it turned out to be a coronavirus.” The Washington Post claimed that Graham’s apparent foreknowledge that a coronavirus vaccine would be needed before anyone officially knew what type of disease was circulating in Wuhan was a fortunate mix of “serendipity and foresight.”

A report in Boston magazine offers a slightly different account than that reported by the Washington Post. Per that article, Graham had told Bancel, “If [the virus] is a coronavirus, we know what to do and have proven mRNA is effective.” Per that report, this assertion of efficacy from Graham referred to Moderna’s early stage human-trial data published in September 2019 regarding its chikungunya vaccine candidate, which was funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), as well as its cytomegalovirus (CMV) vaccine candidate.

As mentioned in Part I of this series, the chikungunya vaccine study data released at that time included the participation of just four subjects, three of whom developed significant side effects that led Moderna to state that they would reformulate the vaccine in question and would pause trials on that vaccine candidate. In the case of the CMV vaccine candidate, the data was largely positive, but it was widely noted that the vaccine still needed to pass through larger and longer clinical trials before its efficacy was in fact “proven,” as Graham later claimed. In addition, Graham implied that this early stage trial of Moderna’s CMV vaccine candidate was somehow proof that an mRNA vaccine would be effective against coronaviruses, which makes little sense since CMV is not a coronavirus but instead hails from the family of viruses that includes chickenpox, herpes, and shingles.

and other city employees--NYPD, Department of Sanitation, EMS Workers, Corrections Officers.... are facing a 5:00 deadline Today, to get at least their first shot. Or go on extended no-pay furloughs.

There have been large marches in front of City Hall for days and significant work slowdowns and stoppages.

In Staten Island, the Sanitation Department has not picked up the trash in a few neighborhoods for more than 10 days. Think about that one for a few seconds.

I do not know if the resisting workers will fold at the last second. That is what the Owners of Our Town expect. I am not so sure.

This is what it looks like, smells like, when autoritarian rule and the grab for our dollars orchestrated by Big Pharma, are allowed to load the dice.

According to https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/ (Sort on Tot Cases/1M pop) the country stands at #44 with 1,618 deaths per million.

There's several dozen that have more eg: Bulgaria 3,448, Italy 2,188, UK 2,051, Spain 1,867, France 1,797. Even the US has considerably more: 2,290.

There are significant differences in how COVID deaths are reported that makes it difficult to compare (even within countries).

Doh! Why don’t people see through this?

I see comments after comments saying that their vaccinated family, friends, coworkers got infected by an unvaxxed person and they express their contempt not for the vaccines not protecting them, but on the person who was unvaxxed. Besides how the hell do they know that it came from an unvaxxed vs some of the people who got infected anyway? They don’t. This graphic says a lot doesn’t it?

Many doctors and virologist have warned about vaccinating every one and their cat big or small during a pandemic because it will cause the virus to mutate into one that vaccines can’t help and lo and behold right on time there’s a new variant that does just that. But instead of realizing that happened the unvaxxed are still being blamed.

Japan drops vax rollout, goes to Ivermectin, ENDS COVID almost overnight

The ongoing COVID-19 nonsense here in the United States exists solely and exclusively because our governments have failed to use the correct treatment. They used so-called “vaccines” when Japan has just proven, in less than ONE MONTH, that Ivermectin can wipe out the disease.

By far, however, the absolute superstar among foreign nations dealing with COVID is Japan. Japan has PULLED the vaccines and substituted Ivermectin – and in one month, wiped COVID out in that country!

As for this:

Finland last Thursday joined Sweden, Denmark and Norway in recommending against use of Moderna Inc.’s Covid-19 vaccine in younger age groups, citing risks of rare cardiovascular side effects they said warranted the precautionary steps.

Yay that they dropped Moderna, but they are still allowing the Pfizer vaccine even though people are having adverse reactions to it just as bad. Badly? Just following the science I guess. Hm.

The sun is out and the sky is crystal clear so I’m off to find somewhere to go enjoy it. The quarantine has ended and yuck it was awful. It’s been over 35 years since I missed that much walking.

When given a choice, educated and aware individuals are weighing the consequences of
*to vax or not*. It is pretty plain to this brain the risks are not on the side of these experimental
drug therapies. I catch hell for my decisions frequently. Somehow people have been convinced by
'Operation Warped Greed' (invented during T-rump's term after telling people to bring Clorox) that it is against the interests of society to question the medical advice of liars like Faulk, the media, Big Pharma, the administration and others that have been bought out.

Hang in there, and listen to your gut!
Going along with liars and misdirection is not in your long term survival's best interest.

She is saying that she will not take something that has not been studied long enough to see if it’s dangerous or not especially because the governments are pushing it so hard.

If you haven’t watched this yet you might want to. Max and Jimmy discuss the passports that have been in effect in other countries already and before Rona gave the PTB an excuse to implement them everywhere.

average people are. A big $ fine which is actually punitive to average people is mere pocket lint for them. A vicious lawsuit that drains an average person emotionally and financially is a mere chess game to a billionaire who pays mercenary lawyers to do all of the heavy lifting for them.

They can buy anything they want including the best healthcare, safe and healthy food, the best education for their kids, as well as many things that are not supposed to be for sale but everyone knows can be bought for a large pile of money surreptitiously deposited into a untraceable account.

But after decades of getting everything they want, they get bored, and too much is no longer enough. Now they want to be royalty, with the power to decree who should be allowed to do what, when they do it, how they do it, and how much they do it. A social credit score passport gives them this power and infinitely more power than they currently have over every single one of us useless eaters.

One thing will not change even after the Social Credit Score Passport is in use. There will be one set of rules for average people, and another set of rules for the elite and big corporations. If you are owed money you will have to wait for it. But anyone who is connected will simply take it from your account, no discussion. If gasoline, alcohol, or food is rationed, your card will be disabled when you hit your monthly limit. But connected elites won't be subjected to these limits. That is just a couple of things that popped into my head as I was typing. Klaus Schwab and the rest of the Bond villains from the World Economic Forum have had 50 years to design the miserable Orwellian antfarm in which we will be allowed to breath and consume nutrients.

Same old crap, only much worse.
