Democrats want phone companies to censor text messages

The DNC Wants Phone Companies To Police Text Messages For Vaccine Misinformation

The Democratic National Committee reportedly wants Short Message Service (SMS) carriers to step in and police private text messages as part of a new push against COVID-19 vaccine misinformation.

Allies of President Joe Biden, including the DNC, plan to “engage fact-checkers more aggressively” and work alongside phone companies to combat misinformation about vaccines shared via social media and private SMS messages, according to a Monday report from Politico.

White House officials are particularly frustrated with the characterization by some Republicans of their door-to-door pro-vaccination campaign, according to the report.

One example SMS message cited by Politico was sent by conservative activist group Turning Point USA, in which co-founder Charlie Kirk falsely contends that “Biden is sending goons DOOR-TO-DOOR to make you take a Covid-19 vaccine. Sign the petition to: No medical raids in America.”

“When we see deliberate efforts to spread misinformation, we view that as an impediment to the country’s public health and will not shy away from calling that out,” White House spokesman Kevin Munoz told Politico.

Big Tech platforms and corporate media outlets have consistently cracked down on alleged “misinformation” throughout the pandemic, but in some cases, they’ve censored or suppressed information that turned out to be true. Perhaps the chief example is the lab-leak theory, which hypothesizes that the pandemic originated from an accidental leak of the virus out of the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.

The Biden administration has blamed misinformation for contributing to vaccine hesitancy and slowing down the country’s vaccination campaign. Biden set a goal of achieving a 70% vaccination rate by July 4, but the U.S. fell just short of that benchmark.

“The failure to provide accurate public health information, including the efficacy of vaccines and the accessibility of them to people across the country, including South Carolina, is literally killing people, so maybe they should consider that,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki said last week.

Oh well it should be easy enough for them to do it since they have been collecting all our data. Never forget that Obama promised to filibuster the FISA bill. Instead he voted to give Bush immunity for spying on us and then put the spy program on steroids.

Fauci wants to make vaccines mandatory whether they have gone through trials or not. Macron is making them mandatory for all health care workers and possibly all people in France will be forced to take them and other countries are saying that they too will be doing it. Gee they must really care that people stay alive. Imagine if they put that much effort in making sure that people can afford to see a doctor before it’s too late. Or had enough to eat or a home to live in or, or, or into infinity but instead they refuse to do it.

D62AAEF8-0196-4831-9D41-04E640209591.jpeg

Oops who didn’t see this coming? I did.

It was being discussed even before the vaccines were available because by vaccinating early in a global pandemic would cause the virus to mutate quicker than it normally would. When they went ahead with it anyway I questioned if that was the goal. It takes years for vaccines to go through proper and thorough trials before they are given authorization for use. And hey remember when Kamala said that there was no way she would get a vaccine that Trump created? Vaccine hesitancy you say? Trump pushed states to opened before the numbers were reached and it caused even more deaths. And gawd’s nightgown why did they send people home to die instead of treating them? To drive up the fear so people could be manipulated more easily? Or for the same reason they censored any information on treating Covid with drugs already approved and on the market. They are still doing it.

Now we have delta rising and the numbers are going up and the CDC is doing the opposite of what WHO recommends and telling us that it’s safe to take masks off. Not that they worked much anyway unless they were high quality and an N 95 or above. If you can smell through a mask then tiny viruses won’t be stopped by them. And of course the government never did get every person a decent one to protect themselves. I really wonder if congress had ones that actually kept them safe? Or did Pelosi really just wear a pretty color matching mask for show? I doubt it.

Here is a list I put together of doctors, researchers, podcasts and YouTubes.
ETA: This was around 1 July. There are probably more and better citations as new information is coming out daily. It's a race between getting true information out and the push from pro shot advocates and government edicts. It's too soon to get a reaction of the French to Macron's new compulsory requirements.

Some of these guys have podcasts. Some are the real researchers, doctors and scientists being interviewed. Some are both.

One additional exceptional interview with Dr. Malone that explores concerns and unknown aspects of mRNA gene therapies is well worth watching. Even though the level of detail was not fully accessible to me because of my limited understanding of the technologies involved, what I was able to follow had significant implications. It’s worth the effort to follow and reach to understand.

@Raggedy Ann think today.

Eric Clapton is having trouble with his hands. Tragic for a 76 year old guitarist. He has Peripheral Neuropathy which apparently the injections worsened. He said he's becoming isolated as he speaks out. His phone, emails and other connections with musicians and playing friends have fallen off a lot. He looks to Van Morrison for inspiration.

Mr. Meta and I have been through another war in this type of arena, immune disease related in the early 2000s. He actually did medical research for one of my treating doctors. We learned an awful lot about medical and research professional ostracisation (sp?).

is not substitute for science based evidence of vaccine safety. To me it looks more like a data kettling effort.

Lacking any evidence of long term safety, without a thorough understanding of the mechanism of the active ingredient, its persistence in the human body or its possible ongoing cytotoxicity, these experimental gene therapies are being presented as the one and only answer to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Meanwhile, the repurposing of existing, affordable, widely available drugs with decades long and well established safety records is being actively discouraged by FDA, NIH, WHO and CDC.

And now it seems that the vast majority of the data being collected by VAERS will never be tabulated or analyzed. Reports that include hospitalization or death will rise to the level of ‘Adverse Effects’ and be retained for future study and analysis. The rest of the reports, including those resulting in long term debilitation or chronic illness, that did not result in a hospital visit or death, look like they are destined for history’s dustbin.

If data is collected only to be ignored, that does suggest a conspicuous lack of curiosity about the actual long term effects of this massive and unprecedented human experiment. It looks much more like “we don’t want to know” than “let’s learn everything we can”.

Is it any wonder that some are hesitant about offering their body as an act of faith?

Righteous rant but this is false:

If you can smell through a mask then tiny viruses won’t be stopped by them.

The coronavirus has a diameter of approximately 60-110 nanometers.
Due to the selectiveness of our olfactory glands, smells rarely are larger than a few nanometers in size.
Even the best biological gas masks used by the military do not filter out most smells.
Luckily smelling farts doesn't kill.

I have no idea where I read that because it was awhile ago but when I had to enter a patient’s room who had some nasty bug we had to don PPE and we used the fitted n 95, full gown, eye protection and gloves for full protection from whatever bug they had. We used the better masks for better protection. Once we used the mask we were given a new one and it was discarded. Rooms were kept at negative pressure to keep them from escaping. Every year we were fitted with the proper size to keep if needed. I had a friend who slipped me some in my size for the Rona.

It was Fauci himself as well as others that said regular masks don’t work because they won’t protect people. A few months later he changed his mind.

But I'm also pretty tired of the fear mongering too. I had the two Moderna shots. I never get flu vaccines or pneumonia vaccines or shingles vaccines because for each of those issues, I have a list of natural supplements (many of which I already take) to troubleshoot those potential conditions. I did not have, nor could I come up with, anything to counter COVID. Plus, the mRNA delivery system has actually been around for years. So, based on that, I finally decided to do the shots.
Now people are constantly writing about how I might die from the shots instead. Everyday I see this stuff. It's raising my stress levels again.

I'm going to cut back on my reading here for awhile.

@Fishtroller 02

I just want to know where the hell Malone was when the use of mRNA was ramping up…

Before this great human gene therapy experiment began, he was actively working on gaining understanding. You know, what we call science. When the pandemic reared its ugly head he was advising caution about rushing the release of mRNA vaccines, in an advisory capacity to the CDC. The CDC disregarded his caution and rushed these experimental products into the arms of millions without sufficient animal or human testing and study.

If you read some of the content at Malone’s website and listen to some of the podcasts and interviews linked in this thread you will learn something, whether it changes your opinion of Malone or not. When even the experts are in disagreement about the safety of these vaccines, and remain unclear about the persistence and exact mechanism of the biologically active components and side effects of mRNA vaccines, we would be well advised to keep an open mind and learn as much about them as we can.

Clearly, the policy makers are ok with risking our future health to unknown side effects. I prefer to make my own decision rather than to proceed as an act of faith, trusting in the advice of medical bureaucrats who’s interests appear not to align at all with my own.

It might have been better to just post the spying crap and not include the other tweet. But the fear porn is coming from the WH , media and big pharma mostly. The info on the variants is because whomever is in charge are the ones who are driving the fear porn and censoring any information that doesn’t agree that the only way to beat Covid is through vaccines when there are proven studies showing that lots of other options are available. And those studies have been peer reviewed. When they have to resort to bribes and then this type of pressure I think we all are better off if we are as informed as possible. Doctors who have spoken out about possible treatments have been fired and worse. Next will be more clear threats. Spying on our text messages won’t stop at just fake news. I doubt that it’s something new they’re doing just for the epidemic.

But remember the Democrat’s outrage when Bush was spying on us through the phone company? But now democrats are the party of censorship and illegal activities. I never thought I’d see that from dem voters who are supporting it.

shots and am not in the least concerned. Look, you already know that you didn't have anaphylaxis, and you also didn't get mrsa at the injection site. (I personally wonder which is more common, which brings me to ... BASELINE)

All this sturm und drang and no baseline to work from. People react to and sometimes die from just about anything and everything; penicillin, streptomycin, erythromycin, ringers solution, saline solution and even fucking placebos. How does this data compare. For that matter --
9,048 deaths through july 7. Out of how many vaccinations? How does that compare to the number of deaths during the same period from contaminated or undercooked happy meals? Burgers? fookin salad bars?

There is no detail given, whatsoever, and, except for deaths and Bell's, no outcomes either. They are just accumulating bulk data to see if it is potentially meaningful or not.

2 things: correlation v causation. They aren't certain of causation, which is why they compile all this data, to see if they can come up with a probabilistic model of the empirically determined risk, regardless of cause or not. Heart attacks happen, so is a contemporaneous heart attack from the vaccine, the injection, standing in line or what? Well, we'll just take any roughly contemporary heart attack and throw it it this basket, because whatever the mechanism, there is a probability of that exact same thing happening again.
and
Mechanism When they wind up pulling something off the market or out of use, they pretty much know the mechanism. Chemical a in the transmission medium reacts with chemical b free floating in the blood along with Na+ to form y which catalyzes extreme overproduction of acetylcholine which in turn ...... They gots none of that. If they did, they'd already have zeroed in on it.

You are a biological system and an ecosystem and the further you get from injection day the less likely any adverse consequence of the injection is. There are those portraying this as a mystery affliction that can come roaring back 30 years later, like shingles, herpes or hep, but no evidence for that (obviously) and no hypothetical mechanism either.

Finally, if the vaccine is, as some try to imply, tantamount to a disease in its own right, what's the cure? If there isn't one, then it's too late anyway, so the hell with it.

EDIT: PS - I see no data or basket for clinic fuck-ups, and they are certainly there and are almost certainly part of the anaphylaxis numbers, among others

be well and have a good one

Second EDIT 9,028 deaths as of 7/7, 328 million doses as of 7/2, rate ergo less than 0.000027585, whether caused or merely contemporary

is simply intended to get people to tune out, as near as I can tell, and the war on truth is working. Nobody has any idea what "truth" is any more- there is only opinion, followed closely by massive doses of FUD and PR. Ya can't even follow the money anymore.

There is no longer a traceable statistical basis for anything, it seems, and there are pretty much the same number of "experts" on either side of any current shitstorm. So it is always possible to find experts and studies and (most of all) media support for argumentum ad numeram or argumentum ad vecundiam, regardless of what topic is being argued.

I got the vaccine, and lo and behold I didn't die. I have friends who got Covid, and did. That's all I know. At this point, I no longer really care if someone says they had the vaccine or not. I now assume that anyone I meet who isn't wearing a mask isn't vaccinated and/or simply doesn't care either. I wear my mask whenever I leave the house, and I don't do it very often any more.

So whoever is behind circulating all of the disinformation that is out there (on *every* topic, not just on trying not to get dead) is doing a great damned job of immanentizing the eschaton.

Journalism (in terms of factual reporting intended to educate the populace) is dead. And society died with it, years ago. Society is now simply the headless chicken running around the stump in which the bloody axe is embedded. At this point, it's all over but the shouting, and there's certainly more than enough of that to go around.

Your mileage may vary. But I find myself closely aligned with Fishtroller above, and am also pulling back from reading social media. Shit, at this point living in Colorado, I'm more likely to get killed by the cops than anything else, anyway.
