Janis, your "leaves and seaweed on tidal flat" is a great study.
Are those fern fronds Janis? Under the palm fronds. Beautiful pic. I am beginning to think you have a thing for fronds? Aren't the branches on a fern called fronds too? You have the best fronds!

This might be Angel's Trumpet. You can't see the 6" long narrow vertical tube base of the flower from above.
Cenizo or as most Texans call it Purple Sage. But which is not a true sage, rather a Mugwort. It blooms a few days to a week after a rain, every rain. Sometimes you can drive miles and they are horizon to horizon, usually they look dusty gray without flowers. The blooms last a couple days, three at tops. Bees go nuts on them.
Can't remember if I posted this, sorry if I did. A female Anhinga I had a couple weeks ago at my local park, a rare bird westward on the Edwards Plateau of central Texas. Common from east Texas throughout the gulf coast states and FL. Sometimes was called Snakebird for its habit of swimming with just neck and head out of water. Also called Water Turkey. It has no oil gland so must hang out to dry like cormorants.
had some juvenile Audubon's Oriole at the bath last weekend.

extending forever must be an amazing sight. I have seen Anhingas in Florida, but never sitting in a tree. Thanks for the photos.

Looking down east toward the river in the distance, a grape truck turning off Asti toward the vines.
Got an earworm from the next shot. "Give me yellow, orange and gold, the colors of the sky I'm told."
I can see the orange half moon and Jupiter just above it tonight. Hi QMS, hi all. If we all gaze together at the same moment what time is it?
Red sunflower appearing in the bean peace tower. The aphids and ants and I are all fine. It is still cranking out a couple of beans every day. Right on.

thanks, I am smoking a bowl right now. Well, one puff anyway. A whole bowl would kick my shit.
Edit: to add link to the strain. I have applied it and it has lead me to having an inspiriting sense of high strength for sure. LOL. But it made me forget to add the link. Oh well it wears off pretty quick too. You have to reapply several times for a medicinal dose. It works, but it doesn't help me spell well. yin yang
Jack Herrer
Jack Herer is confirmed by several to be one of the most prominent Sativa strains on the business. When it is applied, the consumer leads to having an inspiriting sense of high strength, productivity, and satisfaction. Jack Herer logically blends healthy Sativa-based refreshing features with Indica-grade ache comfort, giving it the ideal day strain for subjects undergoing critical tension or other diseases.
Jack Herer’s lively pinewood fragrance interlocks skillfully with a variety of terrene connotations, providing the strain its strange, award-winning fragrance. Pungent and relatively fruity on the tongue with proof of sugared citron kick, Jack Herer is very sheer on the bosom and esophagus notwithstanding its robust remedial properties. Respected for its extraordinary gum composition, Jack Herer is a dense strain which develops in close, bright green masses flecked with orange fibers and a frigid cover of trichomes.
This is the character the group named themselves after.

thanks, right on. I grew up with the Fabulous Furry Freak Brotbers, that is an old clipping I saved from one of their comics that ran in a local rag down in Marin County. ancient history
Did you read that strain description? Oh my what a great job that must be. Sample the product and start streaming words on to the page. Beautiful flowing lovely words of enlightenment. Cheers.
Here is tonight's moon, another lucky shot from the deck. I caught the tip of the redwoods across the street but no Jupiter.
You could be anywhere from the tropics to the redwoods. It's very moody and alive.

the strain description is in the quote box above. I am used to reading what the medicinal affects of different cannabis strains are, but that one seems written for spiritual recreation, which is good medicine too so there. That still cracks me up and I haven't even had my morning wake and bake yet. Good one.
Free Wheelin' Franklin's motto was always thus: "Dope will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no dope." So the stimulus stocked my medicine cabinet with a varietal smorgasbord of appetite stimulants and pain relievers, etc..
Since my guts got wrecked following regular medical advice, like taking NSAID prescriptions, I decided not to follow those damaging directions. Saved thousands of dollars from the debt pile so far I think. Back sprains, torn tendons, bursitis, broken bones, appetite stimulation... everything. "Herbs are good for everything." Bob Marley said that before he even knew there was such a thing as the endocannabinoid system. Right on.
I am really lucky to have the same provider since I started consuming the blessed weed to calm my crazy. In fact my shrink (psychiatrist) approved it. No mystery billing, always available, delivers to my door, wide variety of strains, etc.. Weedcare blows Medicare out of the water for palliative treatment, but it's not for everyone. It's still too expensive and chi-chi but this is California. That's how we roll.
I wish all care were palliative in the sense that pain is relieved regardless of cause.
I’m happy that your experience in treatment matches your needs and desires. It must be very effective that way. Your insight and experience brings much to life.
Peace and love
