She is STILL whining Updated

I can't tell if she is saying this to keep people focused on her or if she has actually talked HerSelf into believing it? Russia Gate has been debunked at every level and new information has come out that all players and especially Schiff and Mueller knew it was bullsh*t in 2017.

Romney is also saying that we can't withdraw troops from Germany because of Russia's aggressiveness. And then goes on to talking about rising China that is trying to take over our place in the world and they keep invading foreign countries........and of course SOME people are believing everything they hear and read. The ones who have bought into this story from the beginning.

Our only hope to nip this is the bud is the Durham investigation into the origins of Russia Gate. Trump was on the Fox Snooze the other night and said that he had proof that Obama/Biden spied on his campaign. Well they did and the Horowitz report showed that.

Imagine if everything said about Russia and Putin these last 3 1/2 years were said about Israel and Bibi. The outrage would have been incredible, however it might have been true.

Update

Jimmy debunks the Russian Bounty story and he shows a clip starting at 10:35 of the CIA operations director describing how the CIA gets journalists to write propaganda stories.

One can always count on a lively dog pile whenever Her puts her mug back on the tube. She deserves it, of course, but she is so detached from people like us that she does not have to care what us nobodies say about her.

I do disagree however with this phrase:

.and of course people are believing everything they hear and read.

In the first place, lots of people do not believe everything they hear and read. That is just a slight rhetorical embellishment and I do not think that hurts your point at all. But I do insist on pointing this out whenever somebody bemoans the gullibility of people and the mass media. The overwhelming majority of our population never turns on MSNBC or CNN or Fox News. Combined, they have a regular audience of under 10 million people.

Add the over the air networks and the legacy print platforms along with their online editions, and the gross number of people who pay any attention at all to things like Russiagate remains well below 50 million people. Setting aside the possibility of fraudulent polling, for the three years of Russiagate, polling showed consistently that never more than two percent of respondents considered the situation with Russia as being significant.

American politics between elections is a spectator sport and a hobby activity for a thin slice of the population. In normal times, people had their normal problems to worry about. Now in this unnormal time, people have really big unnormal problems to worry about.

.

I do agree with you that Hillary hitting this Russia bullshit right now is very troubling. The narrative is going to be that Trump fucked everything up, personally. Hooray for the Dem Sweep! Now we can get down to the serious business of reining in Putin.

@fire with fire It DOES help me to be reminded how few people believe it overall, because I seem to run into more than my share of those who do - I mean, I believed it for a while.

On the other hand, it doesn't help to see that most people remain in one of two camps from which democracy can hardly even begin to be practiced - the apathetic and self-interested, and those who somehow can't grasp the difference between politics and the goddamned Superbowl. You're always told it gets better after high school...but instead, it seems like it's the worst parts of high school, with the worst people there in charge, forever.

Just in case Trump wins again. I’m noticing an uptick in “Russia plans to interfere in the election” stories and I don’t think it’s a coincidence.

@Dr. John Carpenter Probably planned by the DNC. Will be a major theme again.

The only interference I have ever seen was Americans interfering in American elections. Will the states of Georgia and NY get costs on them for obvious voter suppression?

Democrats want the FBI to stop the GOP from looking into the origins of Russia Gate. You seriously can't make this up.

Dem leaders demand FBI briefing on 'foreign interference campaign' targeting lawmakers

Democratic leaders are asking the FBI for an urgent briefing arising out of concern that members of Congress are being targeted by a foreign operation intended to influence the 2020 presidential election, according to a letter they released publicly on Monday.

Among the Democrats’ concerns is that a Senate investigation being led by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) has become a vehicle for “laundering” a foreign influence campaign to damage Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, according to two people familiar with the demand.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer demanded the all-Congress briefing Monday, citing “specific” intelligence that a foreign influence operation targeted lawmakers to “launder and amplify disinformation in order to influence congressional activity.”

Asked about Democrats‘ contention, Johnson, who chairs the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, told POLITICO: “They‘re simply wrong.“

“And Schiff is the last person to talk,“ he added.

The letter’s authors did not publicly offer additional details about the nature of the counterintelligence threat they described. But lawmakers of both parties have warned for months that foreign powers like Russia are intent on interfering in the 2020 U.S. election process — including, Democrats say, through Johnson’s investigation, which targets Biden’s son Hunter.

The probe centers on claims that a Democratic public-relations firm sought to leverage Hunter Biden’s role on the board of a Ukrainian energy company, Burisma, to influence the State Department under the Obama administration. Johnson has asked several former State Department officials to testify, and he is eyeing subpoenas as soon as this week if they do not agree to appear for depositions voluntarily.

Rudy Giuliani went to Ukraine to find what happened when Joe Biden threatened its prosecutor who was looking into the role Hunter Biden played when he was asked to serve on the board of Burisma who is one of the countries that want to sell gas to Europe instead of them getting it from Russia.

Schiff and Mueller knew early in 2017 that Russia did not hack the DNC computers or that Trump's campaign had colluded with Russia to win the election and yet they took the country down the Russia Gate rabbit hole anyway.

The until-now-buried, closed-door testimony came on Dec. 5, 2017 from Shawn Henry, a protege of former FBI Director Robert Mueller (from 2001 to 2012), for whom Henry served as head of the Bureau’s cyber crime investigations unit.

Henry retired in 2012 and took a senior position at CrowdStrike, the cyber security firm hired by the DNC and the Clinton campaign to investigate the cyber intrusions that occurred before the 2016 presidential election.

The following excerpts from Henry’s testimony speak for themselves. The dialogue is not a paragon of clarity; but if read carefully, even cyber neophytes can understand:

Ranking Member Mr. [Adam] Schiff: Do you know the date on which the Russians exfiltrated the data from the DNC? … when would that have been?

Mr. Henry: Counsel just reminded me that, as it relates to the DNC, we have indicators that data was exfiltrated from the DNC, but we have no indicators that it was exfiltrated (sic). … There are times when we can see data exfiltrated, and we can say conclusively. But in this case, it appears it was set up to be exfiltrated, but we just don’t have the evidence that says it actually left.

Mr. [Chris] Stewart of Utah: Okay. What about the emails that everyone is so, you know, knowledgeable of? Were there also indicators that they were prepared but not evidence that they actually were exfiltrated?

Mr. Henry: There’s not evidence that they were actually exfiltrated. There’s circumstantial evidence … but no evidence that they were actually exfiltrated.

Mr. Stewart: But you have a much lower degree of confidence that this data actually left than you do, for example, that the Russians were the ones who breached the security?

Mr. Henry: There is circumstantial evidence that that data was exfiltrated off the network.

Mr. Stewart: And circumstantial is less sure than the other evidence you’ve indicated. …

Mr. Henry: “We didn’t have a sensor in place that saw data leave. We said that the data left based on the circumstantial evidence. That was the conclusion that we made.

In answer to a follow-up query on this line of questioning, Henry delivered this classic: “Sir, I was just trying to be factually accurate, that we didn’t see the data leave, but we believe it left, based on what we saw.”

Inadvertently highlighting the tenuous underpinning for CrowdStrike’s “belief” that Russia hacked the DNC emails, Henry added: “There are other nation-states that collect this type of intelligence for sure, but the — what we would call the tactics and techniques were consistent with what we’d seen associated with the Russian state.”

Interesting admission in Crowdstrike CEO Shaun Henry's testimony. Henry is asked when "the Russians" exfiltrated the data from DNC.

Read McGovern's report on this:

House Intelligence Committee documents released Thursday reveal that the committee was told two and half years ago that the FBI had no concrete evidence that Russia hacked Democratic National Committee computers to filch the DNC emails published by WikiLeaks in July 2016.

Sorry democrats you cooked up this mess and if you didn't want the truth to come out you should have stayed out of the kitchen.

Besides we have seen how it is this country and both parties that make it difficult for people to vote in our elections. From the dems rigging the primaries to the GOP and their gerrrymandering to out right kicking people off the voting rolls or changing their parties affiliations or just closing down thousands of voting places across the country. And shh let us not look into what Israel does to interfere in our elections.

FBI Document Reveals That Without Direct Israeli 'Intervention' Trump Would Have Lost 2016 Election
