Good Discussion?

          Which of these two, do you think, would actually try to eliminate "big money politics", or are both of them content to let business as usual continue into the future?

          I think the answer is self evident, but I could be guilty of projecting my expectations to the point that I am delusional.

          I would be curious to know of any cogent reasoning that would support an answer to the above question.

So it should be an equal sign instead of vs.

The convergence of market collapse (lost another 12% today), COVID-19, and many other factors suggest big change if not revolution is here. It might be an opportunity to re-invent ourselves.

@Lookout

          I have been anticipating a total meltdown of the economy for a great many years. Maybe I will actually live long enough to see the process unfold.

@PriceRip and I will project them upon as many as are on receiving distance. So when I hurl a load of dung, please duck. You have been warned.

I feel he can safely be crossed of the list. Bernie says the right words in a way that seems sincere, but since he will be unable to carry the entire Congress on his back, kicking and screaming, into his Socialist Communist nightmare the question is mute moot. Executive actions does not a revolution make, even if he tried his best

I believe our final preselected Democratic candidate will be neither of the two and firmly status quo.

There is no justice. There can be no peace.

@TheOtherMaven
I’m willing to risk a fiver on it.

@ovals49 Indeed, I am ready to gloat because way way back in time when the Wu Flu was unheard of (except in Wuhan and Porton Down laboratories) in June or July 2019, I indeed predicted the descent of a Giant Rodent from the Sky.

It won't be Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.

It will be Hillary in the Sky with Drone bombings.

Deus ex Machina: who will be the Dem nominee?

It could be an opportunity for a total authoritarian takeover. I think I read somewhere that Israel is using it's total access to private communications to track "associations" in the name of person to person virus contacts.
