What really happens in Yemen, is JSOC (Joint Special Operations Command, ie the president's personal kill squad.) or the CIA drone murder someone and let the Yemenese take credit for it.

The president of Yemen gave an unqualified endorsement of American drone strikes in his country during a visit here on Friday, cementing his status as a favored counterterrorism partner of the United States.

The documents offer an unusual glimpse into the decision-making process behind the drone strikes and other operations of the largely covert war, outlining the selection and vetting of targets through the ranks of the military and the White House, culminating in the president’s approval of a 60-day window for lethal action.

No constitutional protections what so ever, even for Americans, as the "criteria" is rather ambiguous.

It is not clear whether the study reflects the May policy guidance, since it does not give an extensive description of the criteria for approving a target, noting only that the target must be “a threat to U.S. interest or personnel.”

Gee, what's to prevent Trump from targeting Pelosi or heaven for bid Senator Sanders, as "threat to US interests"? He sure think's the Obama administration targeted him in a coup.

Trump used that exact power, when Trump launched 59 tomahawk missiles into Syria over alleged “chemical weapons attack”, with Sarin gas no less a presumption according to Time.Com:

The Administration, however, did not present public evidence on the type of chemicals used or whether it involved the use of a powerful nerve gas – a violation of Trump’s “red-line” announced last year. Defense Secretary James Mattis told reporters at the Pentagon that the U.S. was confident that chlorine was used, but couldn’t “rule-out” that the deadly nerve agent sarin was launched.

It remains unclear why the U.S. would unleash military strikes from the air and by sea if it did not have irrefutable proof that nerve agent was used. Assad has launched chlorine attacks against civilians dozens of times without U.S. reprisal, even though chemical weapons have been internationally banned after widespread use in World War I.

There is sooo much to unpack from this bullshit, it's almost mind numbing, at least to me. First and foremost, if it were a serious nerve agent, like sarin as James Mattis inferred, because one would not see "medical personnel" without hazmat suits helping alleged "victims".

First and foremost, the US hasn't presented ANY EVIDENCE WHAT SO EVER the Assad "Regime" was responsible for any the alleged "chemical weapons" attacks, Sarin or otherwise. Not from Trump administration and certainly not from Obama's administration.

Russia has more than five times that amount left to destroy, according to the OPCW.
