It's time for Bernie to throw in the towel
Bernie can't win. You know it's true.
Oh sure. He won the first two states, and every candidate on modern history that has won the first two states went on to win the nomination.
And Bernie has a huge lead in recent nationwide polls.
And Bernie has won almost every head-to-head matchup against trump for five years.
But Bernie can't win.
Why? Because all the media pundits, political insiders, and wealthy elites say it, and they can't all be wrong.
OK, the pundits were all wrong in 2016, but that was a fluke. All of them being wrong again would be like history repeating, and when has that ever happened, amirite! LOL
Besides, no one likes Bernie. Except for the people who are voting for him, and they are the wrong kind of people.
Bernie supporters have been known to be mean to people on Twitter that did nothing to deserve such treatment, and whose only crime is that they first smeared Bernie supporters.
Those Bernie voters are bunch of racist minorities and misogynist women. But even worse they are poor, and that is unforgivable.
Which means that Bernie may be winning the elections, but he's doing it the wrong way.
People don't want solutions to the health care system.
They want endless rhetorical battles over identity and cultural issues that never solve anything.
Look, it was around this time in 2016 that people began demanding that Bernie drop out, and absolutely nothing has changed. Except that working class progressives are acting like they shouldn't be ignored.
They're so silly.

Right On!
The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?

If Bernie was Swedish
I imagine King Carl XVI Gustaf would be congratulating him for services to the country, upon retirement.
As it is, he has to keep on doing what he has to do. Social Democracy is a hard path to follow in the US.

The Swedish King Carl Bernie really needs right now is Carl XII (Carolus Rex).....

All you tweeters out there.... Follow Anna Grabowski and show her some love, kudos and gratitude!
Hey Chuck Todd, her Uncle Bill got killed by Nazis!
He is happily following MSNBC's marching orders.
Racism and anti-semitism are OK if you have the right
friends.

A not so subtle
threat from Bernie himself to MSNBC that Todd will be targeted for his remarks at the next debate in front of a nationwide audience if they don't fire him.
That should do it.
Neither Russia nor China is our enemy.
Neither Iran nor Venezuela are threatening America.
Cuba is a dead horse, stop beating it.
Twitter removed embedding that Bloomberg protest video
with Anna Grabowski disrupting the Bloomberg rally by going up on stage and shouting, This is not Democracy. This is Plutocracy!" The video was embedded in the tweet I posted above, and now it's gone.
My guess is that Bloomberg got to Twitter, objecting on copyright infringement claims or whatever.
Edit/add: Looks like they put it back again. Twitter is weird.
I just saw it and I checked again and it’s still there.

That's gotta be my favorite video of the campaign
The shopping bag she's carrying adds the perfect touch.
I hope she had stuffed it with some of the free stuff Bloomberg was handing out before they escorted her out.
It would be great if Krystal Ball makes the effort to interviews her.

This aged well didn't it Dipshit?
The media can bring person after person on who denigrates Bernie including calling them brown shirts, but it's only his supporters that are told they are too mean or rude. Unfortunately Bernie just told them to stop being mean to others. This isn't going well for him. Call out the media idiots first Bernie before you scold your supporters.

Sanders winning is too divisive
Plus the momentum is unstoppable for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th place candidates.
And everyone step aside for the #Doomberg!
"Divisive"
Translation: The 0.1% and their media enablers believe Bernie's policies will divide them from their mega-wealth and ill-gotten power and status.
Chris Matthews believes that if Bernie is elected, he will be executed. In his defense, I guess that to the 0.1% and their enablers, losing a portion of their $$$ and position would feel like being executed.

The snark, it Berns! :-D
There is no justice. There can be no peace.
Bernie is doomed
Fun fact. In Arabic. Father (Abu) of Chickens (Al Dajaj). Abu al Dajaj. Maltase (a mix of Sicilian and Arabic) gives you Buttigieg. Father of Chickens. One known for chickens.
Um is mother. Um Al Maarik, Mother of all battles. Mother doesn't mean mother, but the most supreme.
Abu is father. Many are called by Abu, then the the first name of their eldest son. But you can call someone Abu and what they are known for.
Mayor Pete is known for being a chicken. Afraid to stake a position against his donors.
That you Markos?
We welcome just about everyone, but I think you wanted to turn RIGHT when you came to the end of the hall, not Left. We know you've been catching some flack electing more and better centrists, (even though the only way to negotiate from there is rightward). Be proud of who you are, jump right out of bed in the morning, look in that mirror, be true to yourself and vow to be the best back stabbing weasel you can be.
of course Bernie could win
if a bunch of cheating pieces of shit didn't run the process.
And no, he shouldn't drop out, because the longer he stays in, the more pressure gets put on the lying, cheating pieces of shit.
If he stays in all the way to the convention, which I hope he will, the only people left who trust the DNC will comprise two groups, and two alone: those who pay only slight attention to the news, but consider themselves Democrats, and those who are so desperate to believe in the Democratic party that they will support the Democratic leadership no matter what.
Those two groups, put together, are a larger percentage of the populace than I would like, but I doubt they even comprise a majority of registered Democrats, much less registered voters, much less American citizens.

Personally, I don't think
Bernie needs to throw in the towel, but that is exactly what he'll do if he 1. is not the nominee and 2. start's promoting some "establishment" candidate, especially Mayor Buttercup or Mayor Stop & Frisk.
He will have signaled to the world, he wasn't serious about winning and he was just a Sheepdawg for the democrats, which is my biggest fear with Bernie. It truly was distasteful to watch Bernie advocate for Hillary. Saying your friends with people that stab you and your supporters in the back, is not good "politics" imho. It might be "politically correct", but it's wrong on so many levels.
If he doesn't take the "movement" and do something with it, like go rouge and either have everyone go Green Party or some other party, but, if he sheepdawgs everyone to vote for Buttercup or Stop & Frisk, then we truly are a shithole 3rd world country and will deserve the fate will get, and finally, hopefully, people will wake up to the fact, that the Democrats, are not our friends.
