Alpha's Alaska-Washington-Hawaii Primary watchers thread.
Submitted by Alphalop on Sat, 03/26/2016 - 11:43am
Hi guys!
I missed the last couple primaries on here due to a combo of personal and a family members health issues so I figured I would check and see if someone had already jumped in to fill the void while I was gone.
If not, we can do it again tonight on this thread or if someone is doing a better one just let me know and I will jump in!
Regardless of local, I look forward to watching the returns with you tonight! (Although I don't know if I will make it through to Hawaii being EST, lol!)
See you soon my C99P Peeps!

Seattle and environs not in
Billmon says vote there is splitting 50-50. Hard to believe, but if so, it's not over.
I am somewhat stressed about this and about the possibility of more dirty tricks.

if Seattle's 50-50 it's definitely fixed
Seattle's enough like Portland that there's no way Hillary could get 50% there.
Yeah, that must be from a very tiny precinct looking at how fast
it came in

OK, I just looked at the map
a)Billmon told me I misunderstood him; it's not Seattle but King County. b)it was only one precinct that came in 50-50, and looks like it was a small one: one delegate to each candidate.

it's still early here in Oregon
I was born in New York City and, as a sports fan, got used to the NFL games starting at 1 pm and the late games at 4 pm. One of the things I liked about moving West was that those early games were at 10 am so I could roll out of bed and see the Giants play.
It's kind of like that now. It's coming up on 6:30 so Hawaii doesn't seem late at all. And we were able to take a nice afternoon stroll knowing that Bernie had won both Alaska and Washington.
