good morning
Another nice day here. I'm going to start my last round of bushoging which should last till next spring.
Amazing how quickly gay marriage was accepted after the ruling. A pair of our friends finally married this past summer here in Alabama down at the courthouse...no prob. They decided that it would be easier legally to be married.
Hope you all have a great day. The jam you posted looks interesting el, thanks for that and the OT!

Good morning Lookout. Good luck with the bushhogging.
I have an assortment of tasks and projects, some to finish, some to start, and some to simply keep moving forward.
Marriage equality was something that had to dome, it was overdue. The only reason for withholding that right was religion, and not all religious sects were adhering to the "hate the gays" party line any longer, more and more were defecting toward equality or at least acceptance.
That jam has a funny history. As I understand it, Jerry was passing through & dropped into the Armadillo on the day before. At some point he said in passing that he'd like to play there some day. The owner said that it sounded cool, and asked about when would be good and Jerry said something like "well, we're not busy tomorrow" and it was on.

Good morning, el ~~
If it is apple cider day, I better pick up some apple cider donuts at Trader Joe's today! I always shop there on Monday after work, for the week. Can't wait to start my TG shopping. I haven't cooked TG dinner in years. It's just hubby and I, but the leftovers! Can't wait!
Have a beautiful day, everyone!

Good morning RA, enjoy the doughnuts. Thanks for reading.

good morning el

Going to Watsonville today to talk about saltwater intrusion into the farmlands. Should be interesting. Certainly something I am very interested in. Going with a group that is working on outreach to the farmers regarding the climate crisis. Difficult. This area is one of the largest food producers in the nation. And methinks it's gonna be an uphill battle to reach the larger producers because money. But drought and heavy rains may sway. Thanks for the OT. Gay marriage is here to stay, regardless of the recent pushback by the ptb.
Have a good one...

New U.S. view: Israeli settlements legal under international law
The Swiss newspaper NZZ from Zurich is reporting an announcement by Secretary of State Pompeo that the U.S. is changing its policy and that Israeli colonization of the West Bank will no longer “necessarily” be seen as illegal under international law.
