Picture this

broke my brownie camera.
You'll have to use your imagination.
It is an exceedingly beautiful image.
You know that snapshot in the back of your brain.
The reason you keep trying to find something equivalent.
Your eyes are the camera. Your mind the film.

google you tubb no longer allows me to embed. Think I pissed it off somehow. But you still have the power! Great! This was a duploxity attempt to bring forward the friday photo vision masters with the background of a blindly focused singer.

OH, shucks.

who?

Can't see the video here from Germany where I am. Why? My self-confidence has been seriously damaged. Hacking the hackers to pieces and feeding them to my friends, the alligators. Viva the yucky, murky swamps !

a couple of shots from a local sculpture exhibit at a local nursery. They do this every year and I always try to get over there and see the work. Of course, it's during a flowering season so all the better

when I begin my search for my picture this.
I don't look for what I expect or hope will happen.
I wish for what amazes, amuses, instructs or down right scares me.
The unexpected. The unusual.
How I long for the scare.

@Pricknick I am reasonably certain that last spectacular flower shot of Magi's is a Passion Vine, or Passion Fruit, there are several kinds, but their flowers are all similar.

I posted another photo of this currently unknown species of water lily bloom last year.
I'm happy to say that I've found them again.
This specimen lives on but fifty feet of a five mile run on the River Raisin.
Have you seen it before?
I've searched high and low with a particular of the high.
Thanks in advance

@Pricknick didn't want it falling off in the road... plus at least a shot not on an artificial surface. I don't know if he had ever been that way before, or again. When you grab them they try to lock your fingers between the leg and body and the force is incredible. You can't hold them for long. Plus they seem almost oily like some beetles, so you simply can not hold them long due to the incredible power in their legs.

The biggest walking stick I ever found was no where near the size of yours. Except when some mushrooms crossed my mind, then it was walking trees. But they did not belong in the insect family. Think softly, and admire a big stick.

@QMS These females are a good 6" of body and when front legs and antennae held straight forward they can be 8" overall total. The males are often only about 2-3" and must be all... nevermind. They do walk, very slowly. Considered vegans. I think the tropics have some foot-longers. Most species are smaller, these are the big ones, actually called Giant Walkingstick. The other bigger one, Northern, is half as thick, or less, nowhere near the bulk of the Giant.

There were more caterpillars on the river path this year then I've ever seen. It was a massacre every day for about two weeks, now passed. Around the house were a bunch of pesky ones, with toxic hair and stuff.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orgyia_antiqua

One set up on the wall behind the chair downstairs, to do its thing overnight:

This thing, sorry for the blur:

A couple of days later it was gone, and another set up on the ceiling just outside the front door. I can't tell if that is a spider, or a spider skeleton alongside. creepy

bad light blur, 'cause I am a digital blind girl outdoors every shot is a mystery. lol

Even creepier, here is what she looked like last night:
