He doesn't bother to hide his predatory behavior. He does it in front of everyone who might be around, including rolling cameras.

I watched a compilation with audio, and he asks a tiny little girl if she's 17. He repeatedly says weird shit about dating (not until you're 30 or 31), everyone does the fake laugh because it's not funny, but hehehe.

The pics of him mouth kissing adults is as gross as the videos of him playing with little girls' hair, and putting his nasty face in their hair and whispering shit into their ears.

One young girl tries standing between her parents, and he physically moves her over by him. He puts his hands on their waists and mid rib cages.

My gut says predator -- probably serial predator based on his blatant display -- he's very comfortable doing it in public.
