Then, brothers, it came. O bliss, bliss and heaven, oh it was gorgeousness and georgeosity made flesh. The trombones crunched redgold under my bed, and behind my gulliver the trumpets three-wise, silver-flamed and there by the door the timps rolling through my guts and out again, crunched like candy thunder. It was like a bird of rarest spun heaven metal or like silvery wine flowing in a space ship, gravity all nonsense now. As I slooshied, I knew such lovely pictures.

Welcome Folks. Seems another January is winding down. Digging in the drifts for something positive to unearth and share, but my shovel has a hole in it today. There are plenty of mysteries to unravel in these most interesting times. Please feel free to share the progress of yours.

I don't get anything other than to trust my guts and they say, Abby Martin saw the shit up close and personally and her account on the TRRN is what seems to be the real truth.(h/T to Wendy Davis for posting it this morning in her essay)

So, why do they post a video from June 2017 now, which I would have associated with today's situation in Venezuela. So, I feel tricked out a bit with that video. Or I am just too stupid to get the relations of the 2017 video by Abby Martin with the latest demonstrations?

Don't get me wrong. I believe that reporting by Abby was the most convincing of telling the truth in that video. I am just mad that, if you post such videos, you don't include, when the material was filmed, cut and edited and then uploaded. I wished there were a technology that would make it possible to always know as to where and when the footage was filmed and at which point it was edited.

Help me out here.

Stock photos everywhere, and often stills from films are used to illustrate points.

And with the media "Under attack" mentioning this fact means you hate the medai... sigh...

The (fake) opposition, funded by CIA is behind the violence. Pompeo, Bolton and Abrams are behind the sanctions, Citgo is robbing the peoples oil revenue from PDVSA, and US military is backing Citgo. China, Russia and India are backing the democratically elected Maduro. This stinks of imperialism.

Does not best represent the manufactured message already scripted. Time delays have been a tool used by the propaganda machine since always. The usefulness of broadcast images can be manipulated to tell a story in the fashion desired by the story tellers. Breaking news now has the same effect by more advanced pre-scripting techniques, brought to you by google, by golly.

Looks like things are ramping up. We are hot and heavy for Venezuela. Not their people of course (all brown) , but that black gold - that's another discussion. Let's get that oil and suppress/oppress those people as much as we can until they come to our border for help so we can demean them further. I get that whole loop, now!

I feel very insecure to make comments of that kind and shouldn't have said anything. My son is a kid of 46 years of age, well, I guess for a mother kids never grow up, so you have a point.

Yes, specifically it's a gas or coal forge where metal is heated before being pounded on on an anvil. And I must admit Verdi runs through my head a lot. Well, that and heavy metal.

is illegal says quite a bit about the function of man made laws. It can be proven that organic CBD and THC are both as effective as are clinically created opiates for certain ailments. But pharma can't make money on some weed growing in your back yard. So why punish the natives?

No snow although they called off school all around. Snow is difficult to predict. However it is cold for this part of the world - 30s and 20s today and tonight - but nothing like the conditions our friends up north and in the Midwest are facing. Hope everyone is warm and safe. I like making soup this time of year...warms the house and your innards.

Got to charge my tractor battery today. Went down to do some tractor chores yesterday and was dead in the water. Three year old (inexpensive) battery might need replacing but I'm going to try to recharge it first. Typically you get what you pay for.

Used to run tugs pushing twin EMD's. That stands for electro motive diesel. Same monsters used in locomotives. Converting carbon to electric. Huge torque curves. Somewhere around 10,000 bhp per screw x2. Being a marine electrician, can appreciate what environmentally sensible refits mean to a sustainable future.

Electrifying machines and using solar PV to power them sure seems promising. If only we would place our efforts there instead of absconding with Venezuela's oil and natural resources. Such misplaced priorities.

Also seems like a promising career path for young folks. I'm awaiting the re-release of these salt water batteries http://aquionenergy.com/ before establishing a pv system.

Aghast at the amount of education resources given to microsoft et.al. Kids taught coding in kindergarten is a HUGE waste of resource. Solar, sustainable, practical learning exposure makes more sense for the future. Even I (a tech dinosaur), made a solar powered charger for my Honda hybrid. Simple applied science. No coding, black box logic. The kids are our future The opportunity to teach is our collective responsibility. Not google, microsoft or whatever corporation vying for education dollars. Priorities must change, IMO.

On a related note; a friends dad back east has been making electric tractors and electric firewood mills( where the tree length is cut And split withOut a human touching the wood) for a few decades now. From my understanding, he's got it pretty refined now..
