Medicare For All becoming inevitable

This new poll is a new milemarker.
A vast majority — 70 percent — of Americans in a new poll supports "Medicare for all," also known as a single-payer health-care system.The Reuters–Ipsos survey found 85 percent of Democrats said they support the policy along with 52 percent of Republicans.
At some point a tipping point will be hit and the political environment will shift.
Meanwhile, Blahous continues to smear his own study.
Much of the pushback in the press against Sanders’ plan is based on the theory that his assumptions are too aggressive. That’s Blahous’ argument too. (Blahous also tries to put his thumb on the scale by describing a $2-trillion reduction as “only” 4%. In other words, he’s making the assumption that people would consider $2 trillion to be a negligible number.)

A 1% difference = $20 Billion.

Amazing we can't convince Dems running for Congress this year that it is, but it is. I can't even convince my local Dim Congressional candidate that it's a winner. "Not in this district, Wink." Where? Mars? The polls say many like this issue. Even here in this district. "I support Access For All." yeah. So does the Real Repub running here. And is why you'll lose. Why we lose. No spine.

After what I've been through
with this broken foot - if I wasn't a believer before - I am on the rooftops now singing the praises of MFA. My doctor has been constrained by the insurance company every step of the way. You have to be injured so many weeks before such and such medical procedure/device is approved, etc. I'm guessing that when I begin to cost them "real money," they will deny services/procedures/devices.
I believe there will be a tipping point on MFA, as well. It just cannot tip too soon for me.

@Raggedy Ann I had back trouble
I had back trouble recently and the insurance companies were firmly in control of my treatment. The doctors told me that insurance would not pay for an MRI unless I did at least 6 weeks of physical therapy without getting better. I did not get better after 7 weeks of PT. It turns out that the PT person had me doing exercises that further injured my back as they only had regular x-ray imaging to go on and could not see what the true problem was. Really pissed me off!

"Medicare For All" is a start but it's not enough
Medicare requires copays; does not cover vision, hearing, or dental care; does not cover any form of long-term care except hospice (and does not cover all of that); etc.
Getting "Medicare For All" would be a start and a great help, but it's not enough.
There is no justice. There can be no peace.
