That's not true. Here's three stories about murdered black women from a 3-day period in late July:

who keeps posting the girl's photo with crap like "this girl was murdered by an illegal immigrant; build the wall now!!" Oh it just so happens the girl is white. I bet if she had been a black/latina/other poc citizen there would be radio silence and crickets from the build the wall morons. What about the northern border? Haven't heard anybody mention building a wall bordering Canada!

@Snode @Snode for some reason I was thinking about the “how does fixing wage inequality end racism?” quote that was real popular in 2016. That one was a beaut because many would argue wage inequality IS racist!

But it seems like the Democrats answer for any question is that we should be working on some other social ill which may have no relationship at all to the issue at hand. Funny though, nothing ever seems to change about anything except things getting worse.

Can't just say "sorry for your loss" and leave it at that. She's smarter than that, but this is why people cringe at democrats as being clueless. It's always something else that's more important, not what's in front of you. Jobless rate still high? Lets talk about glass ceilings! What's that quote? "Doesn't anybody here know how to play this game?".

Not to worry! Once Bernie Sanders has retired and/or passed from this Earth, the Democrats - with Warren up front - together with the aforementioned unions and NGO's will quickly hang huge portraits of Sanders in their halls. Doubtless, it will be placed next to the portrait of FDR, another who they publicly venerate but whose fruits they now labor tirelessly to destroy.

They will be glad to embrace Bernie Sanders once they have bleached and sanitized his words, much in the manner of how they have managed to turn the image of Martin Luther King into a figure indistinguishable from that of Santa Claus ... an image so de-fanged that today even the Republicans accept him.

I knew someone once who was bonafide and documented tribal - who had curly red hair, blue eyes, and creamy-white skin (with freckles, even). But she had the paper trail and met the blood quantum, so that was that.

And some people who look like they should be tribal aren't at all, as in the notorious case of Espera di Corti, alias "Iron Eyes Cody". Pure Sicilian both sides, but put one over on the public for decades. (To do him justice, he did get involved up to his ears in social justice activities for Native Americans, and they gave him credit for that.)

She has high cheekbones, blue eyes and blond hair.

Her great great actually was a soldier marshaling them damn injuns on the Trail of Tears.

Her grandfather actually ran away to the next county to get married to a white woman because her father's family didn't like her. They came back after the elopement to a big party (documented in the local paper at the time).

She suffered when young by being forced to drive a white MGB convertible to school.

She gained access to elite schools by claiming Native American heritage. Harvard proclaimed their diversity by publicizing her as their first Native American professor.

As Dukakis used to say, "Good jobs at good wages" Teach one class at Harvard = $350k per year and a multi-million dollar house in Cambridge.

Dukakis also said "the fish rots from the head".

Who me pissed off and annoyed? Naw, I'm Irish, you're obviously a racist, bigot, xenophobe, misogynist, asshole.
