About 9,000 kilometers of highways and roads in Russia will be transferred to federal ownership by 2021 before a major rebuilding project to boost the country's road infrastructure and the national economy.
The trend will continue after 2021 with additional 8,300kms of road becoming the property of the Federal government. Federal highways are usually of much better quality in Russia, and the transfer of ownership will speed up their reconstruction and building, authorities say.
The measure will increase the share of federal highways by a third from the current 50,000kms. At the moment, more than half of regional roads are of inferior quality in Russia, and authorities hope that tighter spending control would help. After the election win this year, President Vladimir Putin has pledged to spend up to 8 trillion rubles (about $130 billion) on road infrastructure by 2024.

They didn't just hack into the DNC computers and Hillary's emails, they also caused the disruption at the Nevada caucus and also the democratic convention where they made Bernie's supporters leave their signs outside and then had the lights turned off where they were sitting. I'm not sure if they wouldn't let Tulsi speak as she was supposed to.

Putin is very efficient.
He was able to schedule a nerve toxin poisoning two days before Russia's national election. And he squeezed in another one during the launch of the World Cup in Russia. It was Putin's way of saying, "Welcome to Russia. We're probably going to try to poison you with our nerve toxins, but our chemists are lousy so you will probably survive. See you in Sochi."
