The Sun and Daily Mail are to the United Kingdom what The National Enquirer is on this "side of the pond".

They're called "TABLOIDS" for a reason! And "quality journalism" isn't it!

But nothing like the National Enquirer. Published daily, they are very partisan, subjective, but then I'm sure the Daily Mirror is doing its 'bit' for the Labour leader. All created for low information 'readers'.

and I found it very interesting to watch that US media and online commentators quote our German Tabloid very often and think it's a 'good source'. It's bs, even if millions of people read it for three minutes in their commuter trip to work in the trains. Doesn't mean that they aren't tabloids. And most people wouldn't call the Bildzeitung a news paper at all. It's a tabloid for fun in the morning to read in the train, so that you know what the evening news will cover when they come home. In the sixties we fought Axel Springer for a reason. Tabloids a la Bildzeitung was one of it. If US media quote Bildzeitung's headlines, then they are Tabloid-quality media themselves.

The National Inquirer in the US is just a tabloid without any zest and spice and so irrelevant that it's not read, it seems to me. I haven't seen many Americans in bus or trains reading the National Inquirer.

Craig Murray shows how the Skripals could not have been poisoned by a nerve agent. They act immediately and the one supposedly used on the Skripals took over 3 hours to. According to May's allegations they both had to close their front door, but then they were able to drive around for awhile and sight see and then after they finished their meal they both got sick at the same time, even though they had different weights, etc. The most deadliest nerve agent ever seems to not be as deadly as May is telling everyone. Funny that ...

(Edit: now that I'm back and looked again, the article that you referred to in your post was evidently not the one on top of that page I reached; going back to look again.)

Perhaps the most interesting portion of the video given at top was where, following the point made by Craig Murray that a (my addition: ludicrous - the poison claimed to have been used was said to have been designed to be easily made from readily available toxins and apparently to kill anyone exposed almost instantly - idiot propagandists!) claim that 'it must have been a State actor' was inserted at the end of a short, edited version of the video which Sky had made of the Porton Down interview, apparently a comment not in response to any question included at that point and clearly intended to substantiate the official claim that 'it must have been Russia' as the final thought on that edited short video, was rather bizarrely taken by the interviewer as an attack on the station rather than the point just very clearly stated by Mr. Murray, and I failed to see how that misinterpretation could possibly have been arrived at going by what I'd just been watching and listening to. She also would not allow him to simply repeat what he'd actually just said, but ensured that she got her version out, as though watchers would ignore the fact of the very valid point just made, to mindlessly accept her lengthy, unrelated and loud version of what she claimed he'd said.

And that led me to suspect that this may have been either a station edit after all or at any rate, one they'd been told to 'protect' with propaganda, something which was not to be pointed out.. previously, I'd assumed that the edit had been done separately and run, perhaps, elsewhere than on Sky, as she initially didn't seem to know about it, but the offensively defensive behavior certainly seems to indicate otherwise.

And she also gave him that 'loyalty oath question' about 'what should be done to Russia should they be proven involved', in a very cold and bullying manner; why would people bother watching such a repulsive personality on TV - except of course to hear from someone like the diplomat she seemed to treat with such absolute contempt, evidently due to his trying to bring some facts into the matter while staying within the lines of having media access to some degree of sanity maintained.

No wonder politicians such as Corbyn and Bernie are so adored; they're human beings.

I've read that people in other countries aren't buying this and wonder if the people here who are buying it are only doing it because of their hatred for Trump? @snoopydawg

Wow! Interesting; pretty short phone call, considering.

If the transcript was full and accurate, it certainly wouldn't seem like the first call between concerned relatives after two of them at one end far away and in another - and politically hostile - country, had been stated to have been at the point of death over the past month.

Trying to remember if there was anything in the transcript of that call that even identified the circumstances and time in which that conversation was held, as that was rather odd, with only a belated and relatively casual question about her 'just-come-off-of-critical-list' father's health in what was obviously - if represented accurately - a guarded call between two people evidently aware that anything they said would be recorded and monitored, rather than an interview or public appearance even by video of the 'just fine' daughter. Something the traditionally intrusive British newspapers might be expected to achieve, by hook or by crook.

But if the Skripals had died, and had been admitted to have died, they might not have been able to control the autopsy and blood tests they didn't seem to even realize needed official and outside testing for verification under the international law so casually flouted up until now.

As far as I'm concerned, everything here is wide open to suspicion and the possible facts only guessed at in any area where the propagandists have been. And where have they not been?

Followed some links from yours; I haven't been able to access my inbox/drafts to store things which too-often disappear anyway, as it kept telling me that I had to reformat my browser to do so, and there are too many links to keep accumulating them, so putting some of the connections down here.

First I wound up here, a gold-mine of links leading to more of the same, although I've only followed some so far:

Followed so far some links from this, along with links on other pages, related-article-listings and other links, and while I'm sitting in a wagon-load of salt, (and we are all in a pretty pickle, as they say) I have to admit that I'd place a fair bit (would have said 'more faith than', but...) of my tattered faith in Russia's statements in this area (with the caveat that I obviously can verify nothing and this could yet turn out to be a monstrous further game played out by both sides, for all I know,) and none in the US/EU PTB's claims; Putin is known for keeping his word and apparently, I have read, for not engaging in bribery and corruption as do the notoriously False-Fagging claimants, while the various PTB are known for breaking their agreements and for appalling levels of corruption and abuse. Character and record of actions will tell and must be my guide in this guessing game.

Envoy to OSCE: Russia Never Created Nerve Agent Dubbed Novichok
© AFP 2018/ Adrian DENNIS
Russia
23:07 15.03.2018

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russia's Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Alexander Lukashevich said on Thursday that no research and development work on Novichok class of nerve agents had taken place in the Russian Federation.

"Let me say a few words about the toxic agents that allegedly appear in this story. After chemical weapons were destroyed in Russia [which was confirmed by the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in 2017], its development continued in the United Kingdom itself as well as in the Czech Republic and Sweden. Following the collapse of the Soviet Union, the laboratories for the production of above-mentioned class toxic agents remained in a number of other countries, including in the Baltic states," Lukashevich noted.

The Russian envoy to the OSCE also pointed at the fact that the Porton Down laboratory, which is one of major chemical research facilities of the UK government, was located close to Salisbury, where the incident took place.

"And if London remains so confident that [Skripal and his daughter were poisoned] by Novichok nerve agent, it means that it has its formula and samples or maybe even its production. Meanwhile, Vil Mirzayanov, who developed the agent, has long been living in the United States, where he went with the technical documentation on the chemical agent. Meantime, in Russia no research and development works provisionally called Novichok have ever been carried out," the diplomat underlined. ...

Now this, course, makes me wonder if that scattered rash of mysterious 'suicides' and 'accidental deaths' of those involved in Porton Down biochemical warfare development were at least partially in the interest of eliminating anyone likely to verify the fact that any such False Flag was a fake and give the whole thing away.

Famed microbiologist and UN weapons inspector Dr. David Kelly became the centre of a dispute between the BBC and the UK government over claims that the government had “sexed up” its dossier on Saddam’s weapons of mass destruction in order to sell the Iraq war to the public. He was found dead on Harrowdown Hill on July 18, 2003. It was ruled a suicide. Today we look at the troubling discrepancies, inconsistencies and questions surrounding that official verdict, and broach the question of what secrets Dr. Kelly may have taken to the grave…

Russian MoD Says A234 Nerve Agent Allegedly Used Against Skripal Developed in US

The United States was developing the gas A-234, we have a document that confirms this, said the head of the laboratory for chemical and analytical control of the scientific center of the Russian Defense Ministry Igor Rybalchenko.

"The fact is that back in 1998 when we looked through another version of the spectral library, which was published by the National Bureau of Standards of the United States (NBS), we found a substance there that we found interesting since it was an organophosphorus substance. And we realized that it must have a strong lethal effect. Now it turns out that, judging by the name of this substance, it was just the same nerve agent, A-234," Igor Rybalchenko said.

According to the scientist, this substance was added to the US database by a member of the US Army Armament Research and Development Center.

"The most interesting detail in this story is in the following versions of the database, which usually only expand, they are constantly replenished, more and more substances, we did not find this record. And I can't explain where is it now," the Russian military chemist said.

He also suggested that it was a heavy and volatile substance, judging by its molecular formula and its molecular weight.

"I affirm that it exactly corresponds to the formula published by Mirzayanov (Vil Mirzayanov, a Soviet chemist who moved to the USA and the author of the book on the A-234 gas). The chemical name of this substance is A-234 and was named "Novichok" by Boris Johnson, as a substance available in the Porton Down laboratory,” Rybalchenko said. ...

... Igor Rybalchenko has stated that the Russian side cannot make any conclusions as it still hasn't received the samples from the UK that Moscow had requested.

"All that we know is that all substances of this class are very difficult to overcome in case of injuries, and the antidote therapy will hardly bring about the desired effect," he said.

As if he wasn’t antisemitic enough, now he’s gone even further. It was revealed that Jeremy Corbyn dislikes Jews so much he spent Passover with a group that’s critical of Israel, and the only concession the group made to Jews is that they’re Jewish, and they broke bread and said a prayer to Elijah’s cup, recited to pour scorn upon enemies of the Jews, and pledged to continue campaigning against antisemitism but apart from that they obviously hate Jews.

If this is the way to tell whether someone’s antisemitic, the problem is worse than we realised. Every week thousands of antisemites perform antisemitic activities, such as observing the Jewish Sabbath and attending Bar Mitzvahs, and it’s time we stopped tolerating this, by shouting into synagogues “stop offending Jews, you racists”.

Labour MP John Woodcock said Corbyn’s presence at the Seder was “deliberately baiting the mainstream Jewish community”. And you can see what he means, because it was outrageous for Corbyn to celebrate Passover with Jews who support Labour, rather than with Jews who can’t stand him.

Yes, the WWN is gone now ... and missed by me. SO funny!

A co-worker and I used to purchase the latest issue and then leave it out in our company's employee break-room for everyone to read. Most thought it was simply a joke, but it actually was a lesson for everyone: Don't believe what you're reading just because it's published.

Seems I recall reading that the whole paper was written by British ex-patriots living in some town in Florida who spent most of the day in a tavern getting drunk (seriously). Might have been the town where so many of the American traveling carnival people wintered and/or called home. That would be fitting, although I mean no disrespect to the carnie folks...

Since the demise of the Weekly World News, I assume the writers have moved on to outlets such as BBC, CNN, The New York Times, and The Washington Post. No doubt a few of the WWN's former stop scribes are these days in the tow of the national Democratic Party -- judging by the DNC's behavior.

Apparently there's been another public misdirection plan in the works for a while, which seems to be in the process of being rather tentatively unrolled/test-run as they try to adjust us to accept and fall in with the scheme. Wanna bet that Corbyn (and Bernie, of course,) will turn out to be 5th column for an claimed-as-anticipated alien invasion, forcing everyone to unite and sacrifice anything that remains (to non-billionaires) under martial law where only a traitor would laugh at this or say anything negative about TPTB?

And what a great excuse to fire off and expensively replenish nukes in other people's countries every time they show faked 'alien landings' wherever they want to attack, thanks to Hollywood (and possibly holographic) magic! Leaving no witnesses, of course. Ultimately including themselves.

Edited because I just noticed that I'd cleverly written, for some reason entirely unknown to myself, (brain fart I'm too polite to mention in company) '3rd' instead of '5th column'. But I was never good at math, lol.
