UPDATED! (Tomorrow is now today): Deadline Tomorrow For FBI To Turn Over Documents To Intel Chairman Nunes…

I keep surprising myself at my new-found acceptance of articles on sites that I would never have bothered to troll before this last election kerfluffle. This article lays out in detail all the Who, What, When, Where, Why, AND How the Clinton Creature and her equally corrupt partners in crime - the Obama Admin & the DNC - (with help from the equally partisan and corrupt FBI and DOJ), pulled off the RUSSIA! RUSSIA! RUSSIA! Scam. None of this is a secret anymore. The only thing lacking is PROOF. That’s why these docs are so important. And that’s why (IMO) the Clinton Creature has probably reloaded on Chardonnay and made herself scarce all of a sudden. (This woman is toxic. Look how many careers she’s killed with her sense of arrogant entitlement and greed.)

Deadline Tomorrow For FBI To Turn Over Documents To Intel Chairman Nunes…

*

Numerous leaks from the FBI imply the leadership is attempting to shape the narrative surrounding the origin. Suspicions are high. Key questions we hope to see answered soon with specific detail are:

1.) who was the FISC judge that signed off on the FISA application?
2.) what was the underlying evidence presented to the FISA court?

*

In October 2016, immediately after the DOJ lawyers formatted the FBI information (Steele Dossier etc.) for the FISA application, the head of the NSD, Asst. Attorney General John P Carlin, left his job. During his exit John Carlin informed the FISA court the DOJ-NSD frequently provided false information to the court to gain FISA warrants – Read Here.

https://www.scribd.com/document/349542716/Top-Secret-FISA-Court-Order-Pr...

*

A “small group” was formed within the DOJ and FBI to facilitate this goal. The first goal was to remove Clinton from the burden of the FBI email investigation.

Once that goal was achieved, they moved on to Clinton’s 2016 challenger. By the time the 2016 GOP convention drew near, everyone accepted that challenger would be Donald Trump.

As such the FBI “small group” began monitoring candidate Donald Trump in June/July 2016 as part of a plan toward the benefit of candidate Hillary Clinton.

However, the FBI and DOJ officials also needed an actual basis, a legal justification for their behavior and the time they were spending. The plan to justify that behavior was to create an official counterintelligence operation.

Devin Nunes: House Intelligence will get 'all' documents, witnesses it sought from DOJ
by Daniel Chaitin | Jan 3, 2018, 10:25 PM | Updated Jan 3, 2018, 11:09 PM

Rep. Devin Nunes announced late Wednesday that his panel, the House Intelligence Committee, appears to have reached an agreement with the Justice Department to gain access to "all" documents and witnesses it sought by a deadline at the end of the day.

“After speaking to Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein this evening, I believe the House Intelligence Committee has reached an agreement with the Department of Justice that will provide the committee with access to all the documents and witnesses we have requested," Nunes, R-Calif., said in a brief statement. "The committee looks forward to receiving access to the documents over the coming days."

The announcement came hours after FBI Director Christopher Wray and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein met with House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., on Capitol Hill.

Though a spokesperson for Ryan would not reveal the subject of the meeting, it came as Republican lawmakers demanded that the federal agencies turn over documents to the House Intelligence panel about the Trump-Russia collusion probe.

Great essay, Amanda. I find myself in the same predicament -- I now read websites I used to sneer at. It's because they're telling the truth in a way the MSM is not, and that's quite sad.

I’m very ‘disoriented’ in a way. I’m having to rely on the ‘other side’ for the truth ‘my side’ can’t afford to tell.. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think Watergate comes anywhere close to being the scandal The Clinton Creature’s Dossier is turning out to be. Hell bells, she even managed to crap all over The Empty Suit’s legacy by losing the election. It’s becoming harder every day for TES to hide what a self-serving corrupt fool he really is.
Her artogant ambition has ruined the reputations and careers of quite a few people. (An outcome they so very much deserve.)

So now we have to invade ‘enemy’ territory to find out what really happened. Go figure.

I've been perplexed about it, as well. I don't seek these sources, but they fall across my desk in the course of doing the work.

I have determined a couple of mitigating conclusions about this phenomenon.
1) I haven't changed. I have always weighed in from the far Left, and I'm still out here with the rest of the didactic eccentrics.
2) The overall content of these questionable sources remains dogmatically skewed to their right wing doctrine. But in the scope of certain issues, they deal with facts that align with widely-experienced reality, and do not require the suspension of disbelief. They enter the logic zone.

That means this is about an "issue" and not an "ideology". And, that's where the intellectual honesty comes into play.

@Pluto's Republic The conservative right is not always the enemy because they often tell the truth which corporate media conspire to keep hidden. That is the true conspiracy. Democrats are sadly afflicted with Hillary disease, a contagious disorder consisting of prevarication which is immune to everything except electoral defeat.

@Pluto's Republic I never thought I would see the day that the majority of sources from which I could find factual information would be the very ones I used to avoid like the plague. There is a great amount of freedom that comes once you have been red pilled. Instead of relying upon persons and sites that reflect my personal ideology, I now go to a greater variety of sources and use those critical thinking cells in my brain to determine what is fact from what is propaganda. Sometimes those sites happen to be ideologically different from my own ideology.

Since then, it's fallen apart completely in the forensics. CrowdStrike was hopelessly out of their league.

But the Deep State weighed in for other reasons. Hillary has nothing to do with their decision. They swooped in and got the job done. A majority of the US population will now believe until the end of their days that they were attacked by Russia during the 2016 elections. Nothing can change a propaganda push like this one. The Deep State Neocons got what they need — a seriously ignorant and misinformed electorate who will support their murderous reach for Empire.

@Pluto's Republic that the majority of the US population gives much credence to all this BS the propaganda machine spews. Just about everyone I talk to knows it is all lies. Problem is, there are no independent sources that have a voice big enough anymore. (The latest UN report on US poverty being a rare exception).

Pluto's Republic's picture

@QMS

And then we'll see. Right now, Americans overwhelmingly believe that Russia probably meddled in the elections. And over half believe that Trump colluded with the Russians in doing so, which is a criminal offense.

The last I looked, there's still a majority that believe Saddham Hussein did 9/11, or some variation of that. Few say "I don't know." Which is the correct answer for anyone who's not a wonk.

Sadly, the UN is bound by twist-ties, as well. I've been involved with them for a bit, and I see the political compromises. But, it's the best we have. That US poverty report, done by a UN Special Rapporteur, is one of many done on every member state periodically. The UN report on Human Right in 2015 didn't get much press, but it was pretty striking:

The U.N. Human Rights Council adopted a scathing report today, consisting of 348 recommendations that address myriad human rights violations in the United States. The report came out as a part of a mechanism called the Universal Periodic Review (UPR), which examines the human rights record of all U.N. member states.

Several foreign newspapers printed the entire report. Compared to other nations, the US got an F. We've normalized that, however.

@Pluto's Republic While many people may believe the illusion and delusion of Russiagate, will it change their vote? It seems from the special elections so far, people are not basing their vote on Russiagate. Russiagate will of course have effects like in both sides approving increased military spending and censorship of dissent. Russiagate will make more Americans aggressively neo-con-ish which of course then creates the foundation for national approval of wars.

With the current crop of pols, I think who gets voted in has become more of a matter of style than policy difference. I don't think TPTB really expects Russiagate to remove Trump from office. Rather, they're triangulating and using him for their ends in a new cold war. Undermining Trump is just a bonus.

Look at our current educational system in the primary and secondary grades. "Teach for the test" which means the test provides pre-determined answers, correct or incorrect, to which the student must endorse or risk failing. This built in prejudice, determined by "educators", underlies what is nowadays considered to constitute education. Higher education, such as colleges and universities, are largely inhabited by neoliberal morons. The Peter Principle raised to the Academic level.

One recent instance of neoliberal social justice warriorism is the pronouncement of San Diego State profs that farmers' markets are racist. I'm too pissed off to find the link. More effort than it's worth.

Without that, you have nothing resembling a Democracy.

The Democratic Party has always been center right. To my knowledge, the US has never had a viable party on the Left of the political spectrum.

The continuous surrender of Democratic leadership to Right Wing tropes — for nearly a century — proves that the People (workers, labour, middle and lower classes, shepherds and caregivers of the people and the earth) are not represented in the style of a Democracy. That's why we have spent nearly a century in a fever dream of anti-communism, to poison the people against ever forming a Left in the United States. And that's why the Democratic Party cannot be reformed. The Oligarchs are secure in that fact. Anytime legislation is passed that serves the people, it is done at a point of looming crisis to protect both parties against the wrath of the People. The People have been mollified by the scraps they have been thrown from the table of State, but that is not a dignified existence for the most enlightened of humans.

When the People get serious about a government that works for them, then they will form one. Or better yet, they will coalesce into regions, design a regional government that represents the will of all the people, and referendum themselves into sovereignty, which is the traditional way it is accomplished.

If anyone is interested in this, I hope you read this excellent article that details all the parts of this hoax still being played on this country.

Democracy Betrayed By Democrats, Not Russia

Over the course of the last year, the ‘Russian hacking’ narrative has steadily deteriorated into accusations of nebulous Russian “collusion,” before morphing into claims of nefarious ‘Russian trolling.’ During this time, establishment interests have overtly attempted to use accusations of Russian interference to deflect from the DNC email’s revelation that the Democratic Party was caught red-handed in the destruction of the American democratic process. By the end of the year, the investigation into Russian meddling had devolved into an outright retaliatory witch-hunt, and the subversion of Democracy shown by the DNC had gone largely unaddressed.

First, DNC emails showed the Democratic establishment acting in a clearly partisan manner against Bernie Sanders and in favor of Hillary Clinton.

Secondly, the publication of the DNC emails served as the starting point of the constantly mutating Russian hacking narrative, which, like some type of bacteria initially annihilated by antibiotics, morphs in the face of evidence within the chrysalis of media salivation from accusations of a “hack” to accusations of “collusion,” and finally, to accusations of mere Russian social media “trolling.”

I have written about how the NYT is being accused of providing cover for the FBI, as does this essay. This is because the GOP are now questioning why the justice department got a FISA warrant to spy on Trump.

Lindsay Graham has a few things to say about that in this article.

Crisis for Mueller: Lindsey Graham calls for new Special Counsel to investigate Trump Dossier and FBI

I’ve spent some time in the last couple of days, after a lot of fighting with the Department of Justice, to get the background on the dossier, and here’s what I can tell your viewers: I’m very disturbed about what the Department of Justice did with this dossier, and we need a special counsel to look into that, because that’s not in Mueller’s charter. And what I saw, and what I’ve gathered in the last couple of days, bothers me a lot, and I’d like somebody outside DOJ to look into how this dossier was handled and what they did with it.

This could become a huge problem for the Obama administration if the truth is ever uncovered as Amanda stated. But we're not the same country that prosecuted Nixon now are we? Or perhaps people on both sides of this are being played.... stay tuned at the wheel turns
