Rod Rosenstein gets the "Comey" treatment from the Dems

Question: where can one reliably get a daily dose of hypocrisy? (comments about TOP are excluded)

Answer: (do I really have to answer this?)

Remember the 6'6" weasel lurking around the Hoover Building a few months ago? You know, the fellow who allowed FBI agent Peter Strzok to change wording in Comey's public pronouncement from "gross negligence" to ""reckless carelessness" (the latter not being a term recognized in the statutes)
Yeah, that guy.

Remember how the Dems loved him bunches? Bunches and bunches! Oh, when he left the Evil Queen off the hook, they were besides themselves! Whoop-de-doo and boy howdy, ain't he great?
Then J "W" Comey did the unthinkable a few days before the election stating that a few material facts, previously unknown, were being investigated? Hero to zero in 10 microseconds! And who says Dems can't adapt quickly? But two days later when the W. said all was well again, the Dems kinda sorta began to like him again--but not completely.

The Comey Comedy Club of Crooked FBI Agents was unceremoniously closed as the Orangeman decapitated the head of the agency. Taking his place for a while was Rod Rosenstein, an Obama hire, who had no love for his new overlord but was smart enough to not announce this dislike. To prove his Damnocratic bona fides, Rod put the "impartial" Robert Mueller in charge of special counselship. Now Mueller for those who may not know, was HRC's bagman, took samples of Uranium to Rosatom in Russia (where have I heard of that country before?) Despite this being possibly treasonous (giving aid and comfort to an enemy), Mr. Mueller still remains "the Honorable", though the reference to this appellation is stretched very thinly.

Hon. Mueller had, shall we say, a virulent anti-Trumper as his chief investigator. Here is a little more detail about Mister Strzok (pronounced stir-zahk):

http://dailycaller.com/2017/12/14/strzoks-texts-and-the-clinton-trump-investigations-a-definitive-timeline/...

May 17 — Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appoints Robert Mueller as special counsel to oversee the Russia investigation.

July 27 — Inspector General Michael Horowitz briefs Mueller and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on the Strzok texts. Mueller’s office now says that Strzok was “immediately” removed from the investigation and placed at FBI’s HR department.

Immediately removed, yes. But no official notification to anyone about this dismissal until 5 months later--just a few weeks ago. There's lots more Strzok information coming, to be discussed in a future essay.

Dec. 7 — Fox News reports that Bruce Ohr had been stripped of his title as assistant deputy attorney general after the revelation that he met with Steele and Simpson last year. It is later reported that his wife, Nellie Ohr, worked last year for Fusion GPS.

Dec. 11 — Deputy FBI Director McCabe backs out of a House Intelligence Committee interviewed that was scheduled for the next day.

This infuriated Damnocrats for Rosenstein allowing these texts by Strzok and Page to be released publicly.

Hypocrisy--I was just getting to that:

Democratic Maryland Rep. Jamie Raskin, one of 58 House Democrats to vote in favor impeaching Trump, attacked Rosenstein and the Department of Justice on the House floor on Thursday.

Raskin claimed the release of the text messages show “that there are people in the Department of Justice who apparently are cooperating with this effort to undermine the integrity and the strength of this special counsel investigation.”

The DOJ, Raskin argued, should have withheld the damning messages, which were exchanged on taxpayer-funded cell phones.

So, of course, we the public who pay these misfits for their humbuggery, have no right to know about unclassified, unethical conversations made by using equipment we paid for.

In the near future, an essay will describe a whole new cast of characters, interestingly enough coming from the unbiased Mueller probe and semi-comatose DOJ (Wake up Jeff, you've got work to do besides closing planned parenthood and allowing Mexican cartels to revitalize their American commerce).

…I thought it was the story with the most potential. I don't fault the elected people. They have no clue what goes on there. They showed up in DC for their million dollars and their free vacation in Israel.

The corruption is in the cesspool sludge that runs through the veins of the Deep State — the unelected Neocon government. That's where all hell is breaking loose. This investigation is not going to end well. There will be tears.

with each other. Not going to let DNC primary rigging and corruption off the hook, but there is a difference between the 2 parties for the moment and the Republicans are the greater evil who have the power.
