I won't buy the book but I am being entertained by the constant drip-drip-drip of citations from it.
She's really looking shrill and shrewish. And the level of her pettiness is really quite ugly. And I'm really starting to wonder about myself. Because I think all her flailing and kvetching is funny.
Hmmmm.

Can't she just STFU?????
I mean - really????? She has a personality disorder and it's showing. Are we going through the stages of grief with her? In public?
After 10 months, we are still in Anger & Bargaining - just wait until Depression, Reflection, and Loneliness kick in! I won't live to see the Upward Turn at this point! Actually, I think she's incapable of an upward turn!

you'll hear from your mom in due time. As long as you feel she is safe and secure - and you probably would have heard differently by now - then no worries. She'll be in touch when she's able.
Take care!

Can't say I disagree with any of that.
The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?
Well, I don't know...
I've got no shortage of negative descriptors I could throw at Hillary Clinton, but "radical" sure isn't one of them. I'd say it is a bit of a "tell" regarding the Amazon reviewer however...
tell, omfg...
Everyone to the left of David Duke is a radical. ARRRRRRRRRggghhhh.

Hillary's a radical corporatist. Maniacal even.
I dunno about your 'tell'. The line above doesn't sound like something one of 'them' would say (as if one ambiguous word disqualifies an entire piece anyway).

It's just one of those words that jumps out at me
Derisively referring to centrist, establishment, corporate-whore Democrats with terms like "Socialist," "far-left," and "San Francisco values" IS the province of right-wingers, but I can offer no further insight about the reviewer beyond that.
"Anti-American" is another term that wouldn't be the first out of my mouth.

@FutureNow
Well, 'radical' appears to be a popular PR pejorative used by both sides of the corporate Party against anyone who's sick of most people and the planet being drained and poisoned to further enrich and empower the very, very few already having more than they could ever spend and who therefore wants a decent, civilized and sustainable society.
And it's been getting progressively more difficult to tell the difference between the corporate Repubs and corporate Dems merely by buzzwords, which does spread through PR to their adherents.
Previously, the language used would, as you point out, have been an instant 'tell' and I do agree that it sounds Republican in nature, only that indication of pathological corporate cultural PR influence seems to cover both vampiric wings nowadays...

A great take down of Hillary's blaming Bernie for her loss
There have been many articles written about What Happened, but this is one of the best imo.
How many months did Perez and Bernie spend trying to unify the party? Quite a few IIRC.
Now Herheinous comes along and undoes everything that they tried to create. Oh yes, this old fossil fart needs to find humility and fade into the sunset.
Hillary's PUMA
This was my favorite part:
Apparently holocaust denial is not an issue anymore. Lots of people are denying the one in Gaza with absolutely no repercussions.
And that from HuffPo!
Idolizing a politician is like believing the stripper really likes you.
Huffpo might be trying to make up for this article
Hillary need not apologize for what happened
it boggles my mind that anyone can think like this.
Warning for anyone who reads this article. Keep a barf bag handy. This paragraph made me nauseous.
Apparently holocaust denial is not an issue anymore. Lots of people are denying the one in Gaza with absolutely no repercussions.
But Bernie supporters were the worst of all /snark
And then there were those witches...
And if all that wasn't enough...
I was hoping that the last chapter of the book was a long hard look at her failures, but apparently not.
Too inappropriate?
Apparently holocaust denial is not an issue anymore. Lots of people are denying the one in Gaza with absolutely no repercussions.
apart from the joke, i find that a rather interesting
image, because (again, apart from the joke) to me it illustrates the limitation of makeup. The woman in the top row certainly looks more glamourous on the right, but I would not say that she looks any more attractive. She has abundant natural beauty, with her angular features, friendly eyes, and fresh, cheery smile. If I were at a social function with Left Top Woman at one end of the bar, and Right Top Woman at the other, I would initially be more interested in Left Top Woman, without a doubt.
Of course, she could be a sociopath for all we know.

Hey Amanda. I paid attention to the media push
…that Trump enjoyed at that time. It was very crazy. Every day, for months-on-end some notable pundit would declare Trump to be "toast." He was never toast.
The passage below really reflects how I remember the Clinton's role in all this. After she won the primary, Trump was the only thing she wanted to talk about. It was the first time I had seen an issue-free election.
After WikiLeaks came out with the "Pied Piper" email
I remember Debbie from "The Sane Progressive" point out how CNN ran coverage during the primaries that had their cameras focused on an EMPTY airport tarmac for 30 minutes waiting for Trumps plane to arrive at same time Bernie was holding a bust out rally with thousands of young people attending.
When I pointed out to friends who urged me to vote for Hillary to save our country from the unthinkable destruction that would fall upon us if he were elected that the "Pied Piper" strategy memo came straight from the DNC (i.e., HRC) to senior executives of "progressive" media outlets which instructed them to, as your quote states, take Cruz and Trump candidacy "seriously", they just couldn't wrap their heads around the gobsmacking duplicity being perpetrated on them. And so, the Pied Piper" strategy memo was dismissed in their minds as "Fake News"
The real irony here for me is when you take into consideration that the estimated free advertising given to Trump fell in the in the range of $2 billion, it seems "odd" that Hillary is blaming media outlets for following her instructions, don't it?

I could write an entire essay on how it felt watching people who I respected fall for the propaganda, and/or BE a part of the propaganda.

For people who approved of continuing
a US-directed, globalist, neoliberal agenda, replete with more and better wars, Hillary's loss was a devastating blow. And her Democratic campaign managers never saw it coming, they were totally blindsided. Clinton spent her entire campaign either hob-nobbing with movie stars and banksters, or else patting herself on the back while lecturing millions of infamous Deplorables about the many virtues of being a liberal. And this, at a time when half the nation was living paycheck to paycheck, and many had lost their homes during Obama's gloriously enlightened rule. Oh, and then she kicked Sanders in the teeth for good measure.

Don't forget how she treated the press
When she was walking in a parade she had the press actually roped off so that they couldn't talk to her. Another time when she was attending a private fundraiser given by some rich dude, she had a white noise machine going so that no one could hear what she was saying.
If I had been a member of the press, I'd try talking people into not covering her until she made herself available for a press conference. The way that the media fawned over her was sickening to see.
Apparently holocaust denial is not an issue anymore. Lots of people are denying the one in Gaza with absolutely no repercussions.
Holy shit. She and her aides were the ones who
told them to do it. That was the Pied Piper strategy, which they created. Jesus effing Christ.

We all know it as the pied piper strategy. Didn't her campaign enlist the media to build up Trump as a candidate? I know they certainly did. I gave up on MSNBC during the primary. It was all Trump all the time. They gave him loads of free air time but Clinton doesn't want to take responsibility for that now?

Pied Piper
That is not a name that I would have used. Was there a winner in that story? I would say no. The pied piper? After his act of revenge, none of the other towns would have hired him. And that poor lame kid. Half the town would have blamed him for not stopping the other kids, while the other half would have stuffed him with far too many pies and sweets. There are lessons there, but I'm not sure I understand them all. Robert Browning poems are useful for starting lively discussions, not ending them.
Strange that a harp of thousand strings should keep in tune so long
@jabney Well, I think the
As for the lame boy, yeah, I think his fate pretty much sucked. Of course, that depends on whether you think the Pied Piper was leading the kids to death, rather than to a magic realm, or magically through a mountain to another mortal country, where they settled and lived normal lives (all of which I've heard). But if the Piper taking away the rats and the kids was a metaphor for the plague coming with rats and not leaving till most of the kids were dead, then I guess the lame boy is the lucky one.
