Kim Dot Com Statement on Seth Rich Posted

The latest Kim Dotcom tweet posted around 1:00 PM EDT. It directs you to the kim.com website, where if you scroll down you can read his statement regarding Seth Rich:

I know that Setch Rich was involved in the DNC leak.

I know this because in late 2014 a person contacted me about helping me to start a branch of the Internet Party in the United States. He called himself Panda. I now know that Panda was Seth Rich.

Panda advised me that he was working on voter analytics tools and other technologies that the Internet Party may find helpful.

I communicated with Panda on a number of topics including corruption and the influence of corporate money in politics.

“He wanted to change that from the inside.”

I was referring to what I knew when I did an interview with Bloomberg in New Zealand in May 2015. In that interview I hinted that Julian Assange and Wikileaks would release information about Hillary Clinton in the upcoming election.

The Rich family has reached out to me to ask that I be sensitive to their loss in my public comments. That request is entirely reasonable.

I have consulted with my lawyers. I accept that my full statement should be provided to the authorities and I am prepared to do that so that there can be a full investigation. My lawyers will speak with the authorities regarding the proper process.

If my evidence is required to be given in the United States I would be prepared to do so if appropriate arrangements are made. I would need a guarantee from Special Counsel Mueller, on behalf of the United States, of safe passage from New Zealand to the United States and back. In the coming days we will be communicating with the appropriate authorities to make the necessary arrangements. In the meantime, I will make no further comment.

@IowanX probably has a lot of cyber insurance policies already. I think the reason he wanted to consult with his lawyers was to avoid messing up any evidence he has via his statement. It may not come before Congress, but if they turn him down, I bet it will make its way via another source.

Based upon his published statement, he and "Panda" (Seth Rich) communicated on a number of issues, including corruption. I would think that Kim Dotcom has a digital record of all of those conversations, some of which may be very damaging to the PTB.

E.R. Surgeon: Seth Rich Not Fatally Shot

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2xJlwZfqQ4

I have been listening to H.A. Goodman on lately about Seth Rich and I believe that's how I found this; not that he recommended it, I think it was just along the right on YouTube. There are two more that deal with SR that I haven't listened to yet.

I feel overwhelmed with what is going on currently with this case, and everything else that is happening in the country and world, and I do want to see justice as much as everyone else here does. My first impression is that it is credible.

… Anonymous (ID: rhotYJAg) 05/17/17(Wed)13:12:50 No.125912863:
4th year surgery resident here who rotated at WHC (Washington Hospital Center) last year, it won’t be hard to identify me but I feel that I shouldn’t stay silent.
Seth Rich was shot twice, with 3 total gunshot wounds (entry and exit, and entry). He was taken to the OR emergently [sic] where we performed an exlap and found a small injury to segment 3 of the liver which was packed and several small bowel injuries (pretty common for gunshots to the back exiting the abdomen) which we resected ~12cm of bowel and left him in discontinuity (didn’t hook everything back up) with the intent of performing a washout in the morning. He did not have any major vascular injuries otherwise. I’ve seen dozens of worse cases than this which survived and nothing about his injuries suggested to me that he’d sustained a fatal wound.

… In the meantime he was transferred to the ICU and transfused 2 units of blood when his post-surgery crit came back ~20. He was stable and not on any pressors, and it seemed pretty routine. About 8 hours after he arrived we were swarmed by LEOs and pretty much everyone except the attending and a few nurses was kicked out of the ICU (disallowing visiting hours -normally every odd hour, eg 1am, 3am, etc- is not something we do routinely). It was weird as hell. At turnover that morning we were instructed not to round on the VIP that came in last night (that’s exactly what the attending said, and no one except for me and another resident had any idea who he was talking about).

… No one here was allowed to see Seth except for my attending when he died. No code was called. I rounded on patients literally next door but was physically blocked from checking in on him. I’ve never seen anything like it before, and while I can’t say 100% that he was allowed to die, I don’t understand why he was treated like that. Take it how you may, /pol/, I’m just one low level doc. Something’s fishy though, that’s for sure.

It’s not clear, though, where that image comes from.
https://jackpineradicals.com/boards/topic/seth-rich-police-report/

At any rate, the police report form in the image affirms that Seth Rich was indeed still conscious and breathing when he was found, and that gives the names of three officers at the scene who were wearing body cameras.

does not jibe with account of ER resident that has been circulating. One or the other has been either reshaped or fabricated.

Too bad the ER doc's account is posted anonymously. That won't stand up to a neatly typed (fabricated?) police report, at least in the MSM.

Look, I know why you're unhappy about this turn of conversation, but, IMO, most everybody here knows that we are talking speculatively, that we do not have proof of anything one way or the other, and we might never, for various reasons some of which have to do with the profoundly corrupt nature of our society. It seems to me not a discussion primarily of wild claims but of sober analysis of the various data we have and the reliability (or not) of the sources.

If you're worried that DKos or some other establishment rag will misrepresent this discussion as wild-eyed conspiracy theorists having at it, you can be assured they will. If you're worried that we will deserve it, I think you can lay those fears to rest. This is a rational discussion about a possibly malign phenomenon which is unconfirmed, and people are trying to sort out the implausible from the plausible.

As long as we don't get obsessed by it to the exclusion of all else, I don't see harm.

@Pricknick
I totally agree with you. I feel the same about Dotcom. It all could be a hoax designed to jerk us around. But the CIA is so bogus, so legendarily consistent in jerking us around, and SO much rides on this, seriously, nuclear war and a trillion dollars in private contracting to modernize our nukes, that the Russia thing has dollars and death written all over it. People like me are going to stay tuned and look at what surfaces and think about it. It's an irresistible force.

Think of it as a survival instinct. Think of it as parent mammals and birds fighting to protect their young and the future of their species. This is important to us. Your skepticism is part of that strength, not to be fooled AGAIN. I respect what you're saying. But this response says it better than I can:

https://medium.com/@bonannyc/the-dnc-lawsuit-seth-rich-have-the-establis...

… I am in no position to solve either the DNC lawsuit or the Seth Rich homicide, but it doesn’t take a lawyer or a forensic scientist to sense when the media is trying to cover something up or outright ignore it. The same outlets which publish false stories themselves and then fail to apologize for doing so are waging a war on alternative media by labeling it as “fake news” and calling everyone who doesn’t follow their narrative a “right wing conspirator” who is akin to Alex Jones. This is simply not true as there have been countless individuals on both the left and the right who are demanding answers to these questions and actual investigations rather than just establishment cover-ups. This isn’t about partisanship or political gain, this is about taking down the deep state and attempting to restore a sense of democracy in a country that has devolved into a full-blown corporate oligarchy. Critical thinking is an enemy of those who peddle propaganda, and by continuing to attack the establishment narrative on Russia, the DNC lawsuit, and Seth Rich, we are putting their very grip on power at risk; it is time to give it all we’ve got.

Got to agree with you - they could merely have cribbed, or even picked it up from soap operas, lol.

But the official reaction to this whole affair, the attempt to quash discussion of it, indicates that there is something they'd rather not have people looking at and discussing - meaning that we'd better. What they've been caught trying to hide/misrepresent so far amounts to a global corporate hostile take-over and so far, they've been able to get away with murder 'collateral damage' because they never see consequences over anything they do, no matter how cruel and unjust or how many lives are lost.

Enough should have been enough a very, very long time ago. They've long since put us under the microscope to spy upon every moment and aspect of our lives - now the worms are peering back at them. What can be done to some, can be done to all - and money isn't the only thing that can 'torrent up'.

@Linda Wood but I smell a rat. I don't see how any number of cops could keep physicians and nurses out of an ICU room, or prevent them from calling a code, I don't care how loud the cops scream. You'd have to arrest me in order to keep me out of the room of a dying patient who might otherwise be saved. Also, cops don't give orders in hospital rooms, they defer to us, universally.

Another weird point is that the "resident" thought it pertinent to point out that the patient wasn't on pressors, when the fact is, it would be almost impossible to be on them that early in the treatment regimen. The resident also suggested that they transfused based on hematocrit, whereas we transfuse based on hemoglobin.

This might be a fake.

Last night on Twitter, there was a screenshot going around from John Podesta’s leaked emails showing Seth Rich’s attending physician, Dr. Jack Sava, being on a guest list of Podesta’s back in 2015. Kind of odddddd, don’t you think? What are the chances!

Thank you for the tip.
After a search, I found the Podesta email. Will do a post on this soon.

Here is where I found the guest list with Dr. Jack Sava’s name on it for those interested (thanks Dr. Eowyn for doing a post about this!)…

(It's evidently something in the pertinent quote following the above - will try removing everything except the following from it.)

... Dr Sava, attending DR. for #SETHRICH on Guest List in #Podesta emails. Also donated to HRC campaign. ...

(And going to try adding in the rest, hoping that that was the only issue; also removing 4 of 5 names from the top after all of these separated edits.)

Image won't copy so just typing this out from the tweet: 'Check this-- Jack Sava MD, Director of Trauma at Medstar Washington Hospital was on a guest list on Podesta's email #14833'

And it seems that Podesta links are pretty much everywhere, doesn't it?

It would be quite possible that the stabilized and thought to be quite safe Seth could be isolated within the hospital as described, with doctors and visitors barred by a flood of DC police and denied medical treatment and support until death.

I wonder if a post-mortem was done. If anything of this nature actually occurred, the report could obviously have been controlled, but there should have been one conducted in the event of any unexpected death under such circumstances, if only to determine what went wrong so that any responsible medical care facility would be better able to guard against recurrences.

And it would certainly be odd if an autopsy was not conducted, under the specifically medical (not referring to other) conditions said to have obtained in that exchange by the (claimed) surgeon, as Seth was not considered to have been in danger from the injuries said to have been sustained, with reasonable medical care, making this an unexpected death. The family should certainly have demanded one.

And it was also said that there was no alert of any crisis, when Seth died... very telling, if true.

..are in the newspaper articles about him that were published in the weeks before and after he was killed. Those published before and after May 10, 2016, and not re-edited. Some have been recently revised.

He seemed like a different Seth, then, into all sorts of curious activity. One newspaper mentioned he was about to testify in a lawsuit against Edison Media Research, the firm that collects the exit polls for the news networks, exclusively. The use of exit polls are the only way a nation can know if its elections have been tampered with during the voting process. His girlfriend struck me as more to the Left than most. He worked on the Bernie campaign right to the very end, and gained some notoriety in the process. He was active in a number of online forums and wrote a key piece of software that he brought to the Hillary campaign that tracked the registration of every voter everywhere and could interact with them before they voted, guiding them to their place of polling. Naturally, he would see if there were abrupt flips in designated party affiliation in particular counties. That sort of thing,

he was murdered. And good point (and reminder) that some of thee may have been re-redited (what a fucked-up, truly Orwellian world we do live in now). On that account, how does one even tell they've been re-edited (I don't doubt that they are, and especially when there's a cover-up involved, which it seems pretty clear this is)?

Myself, I've been thinking about his girlfriend and family quite a bit in this. You say she worked for the Bernie campaign and seemed more Left than most. Would you link some of those stories? Has she made any statements about the murder? Certainly she would have went to the hospital right away to see him. Christine.MI's comment above, included an alleged report from a surgeon who worked on him who anonymously said that he was stable and didn't have fatal wounds. He also said, eight hours later law enforcement came in and shut down his room to everyone but the attending physicians and a couple of nurses, with no visiting hours. No code alert or call for cardio resuscitation team at time of his death.

Also, a very important nugget here, to me: he was going to testify in a case against Edison Media Research? Weren't they the exclusive monopoly company who did all of the exit polling during 2016, and were told by the DNC to stop doing so (I think before the CA primary)? Of all the evidence that the DNC cheated, the exit polling seems to be perhaps the biggest verifier. There are reams of testimony and reports of folks who are statisticians/mathematicians who claim there was blatant fraud in the results that contradict the exit polls. Some of that I included in an essay about this.

As you say and we now know, Seth Rich was an instrumental computer programmer/voter specialist who was highly regarded by the DNC (even Debbie Wasserman Shultz made a statement on his death, though that too could be part of an attempt to minimize the potential damage. Everything that DNC insiders cabal does is suspect to me).

Seems the more one pries the fishier it gets. Everything is pointing to a cover up.

@Mark from Queens

Hi Mark. I said that Seth was active in the Bernie campaign right up until the end. Not the girlfriend.

There's not too much on her, but when she is quoted, she is a lot more anti-authoritian than the parents. She's somewhat radical. She and Seth were speaking on the cell when he was killed. He was conscious and talking at the hospital, I've read. It doesn't mean he won't die, but he wasn't dead yet. I saw the physician's supposed statement, but I am wary of it and do not factor that in.

I started checking the dates when I ran into Seth Rich's commentary at Reddit (which stopped abruptly after the shooting). I saw a symbol that indicated some of his comments had been very recently edited. Not all of them, but some. I started checking elsewhere in ways I know. If I had access to server logs it would be a snap, but I don't. Interestingly, the first time I ever noticed newspapers changing before my eyes was connected to the Benghazi affair, and connected to the very beginnings of the of reporting on Hillary's server investigation, before the FBI got involved. Since then, I realized that the digital mainstream is constantly fluid and transforming. History is in constant rewrite.

So, what I did was look at smaller news sites that picked up the story. They are reporters of the event who used phrases from the majors in concocting their stories. I wanted to see the right dates on the headers, because I am looking for a cached copy of what was on their servers when it was first published. Then, I check the source code to see if the date is automatically generated from a script, or typed in. Not a bit of this is fool proof and it's very inefficient, but I only took a quick look. I did not investigate this in a serious way. My little facts were gathered on the fly. I am a mild skeptic when it comes to locking-in a connection between Seth's murder and him being the "disgruntled insider" who passed emails to Wikileaks. Personally, I lean toward Guccifer2 because I saw that come down in real time. I also saw British newspapers erase major parts of that story over the course of a year. (US papers did not have to erase anything because they don't publish such news in the first place. That was when the handwritten Blumenthal letter was released.)

I'm still deciding if it's worth the potential tsuris to publish links. That info is out there and pretty innocent. It just happens to be inconvenient.

Lol, a case of 'publish and be damned' in a different sense?

Unfortunately for us, we do want the truth, even if it isn't nearly as much fun - and if even some of the most respected writers/commenters are going to be nervous about the reaction they'll get for bringing the fruit of their research here to add to the mix, the site's going to start to bubble up and soon nobody's going to be able to hear anything but the echoes.

C-9 could ultimately wind up becoming as irrelevant as DKos, which would be even sadder and even a bigger waste. Anyway, I'd think that anyone here would be eager to read anything you write whether they agree with your conclusions or not - and in that case, we have a factually/theoretically grounded debate for dessert.

As seen on the North American Network Operators Group list recently:

https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/114865/hetzner-and-other-traffic-p...

A report that all Cogent traffic got re-routed into Moscow. Looks innocent but happened right after UA blocked RU websites (e.g.,
VKontakte, Yandex, etc)

Any thoughts ?

omg omg omg! oh wait,

Similar happened like 3 weeks ago. Big collective yawn when I posted about it.

lol

Cogent is what's called a "peering partner", the part of the tube that is upstream from your ISP, the agreements you never hear about, ever. Even the NANOG mailing list doesn't hear about them. They are the "agreements made in smoky back rooms". lol. The above link points to additional discussion.

BGP hijacks are common and usually innocuous. It's not standard industry practice to publicly explain anything about them.

Only recently have observers been publicizing hijackings that cross into RU. The Mainstream Media isn't technically adept enough to sensationalize it yet, and the experts generally write it off as innocuous, so that's why you don't hear much about it.

Yawn, just in case we start "hearing about it". Preempt hair fire before it starts, so to speak. Most politicians, the Ds especially lately, show great technical incompetence, no depth of knowledge how to create the laws needed to govern this modern world. They're mostly just tools now, that's what I think.

They will kill any insider with enough knowledge or information and looks to be ready to spill the beans. Those inside the Forbidden City who threaten their vice grip on power our conveniently disappeared via the Kafkaesque law or the spooks who know no party. Makes you wonder about the outrage blasted when anyone said or thought they killed Vince. Who did is not important as one way or another they are busy behind the scenes getting rid of the loose threads that dare to let people know the real story. The Clinton's like the Borgia's seem to favor killing any person be they a pol or just a lowly minion with info and the spooks play both ends as usual.
