and Billy-Bobs direction of it, I wonder if Shill will throw Bill to the wolves? Maybe she gets her final revenge for all that philandering? I doubt it, but it was a small pleasant diversion for a minute or two. They both belong in jail, of course, but she's slicker than he is and I could see her getting out of it while he may not.

She, for the time being has only gotten away with the classified email bit, but the foundation remains under investigation and so does Abedin and Weiner. The congress hasn't even begun to warm up yet.
Also, it may ultimately be helpful to not have her charged just yet to avoid double jeopardy; so that whatever case is brought up, by whatever appropriate entity, it will be airtight and iron clad, Comey may be posturing simply to force into congress' court.
