A new breed of crazy: Wikileaks Deniers

assange1.PNG
The fringe right used to have the copyright on political crazy, but now liberals (especially those on Orange State) are challenging that patent claim.

Flat-Earthers. Young Earth creationists. Holocaust deniers. And now, WikiLeaks deniers.

Remember when kooky conspiracy theories used to be under the sole jurisdiction of poorly-designed websites with bloodstained Illuminati symbols in the background? Now you see them being peddled on mainstream news stations, spouting convoluted, contradictory messages that go all over the map, from this delusional lunatic babbling on CNN about how reading WikiLeaks is illegal, to this pants-on-head psychotic madman from MSNBC going on a manic 37-post Twitter rant about how Trump is collaborating with the Russians to deliver doctored leaks, basing his fantastical claims on nothing but his own wild imagination. “It’s the Russians! It’s the Russians!”

Somehow in the fevered hallucinations of these yammering bedlamites, it’s possible for the leaked documents to be (A) illegal to read, (B) completely fake, and (C) stolen by Russian hackers, all at the same time.

It’s hard to blame them for losing the plot at this point, though. I mean, the defenders of the establishment are really backed into a corner these days. Nobody’s buying their old “but Trump!” schtick anymore, it’s common knowledge that the corporate media is at the whim of the ruling elites, it’s undeniable that DNC violated their own Charter by colluding against Sanders, and the Pied Piper email confirmed that they rigged the Republican primaries as well. This has left them with no recourse but to either put on their tinfoil hats and blame the whole thing on an elaborate conspiracy by the Kremlin or to espouse the even nuttier position of attempting to cast doubt upon the unassailable integrity of Julian Assange and WikiLeaks. Or admit they were wrong, but how often does that happen?

Never! It never happens.
The question is: what levels of crazy will they stoop to next?

As for "knowing" Russia was behind any hacks, Edward Snowden had this to say:

Determining who is behind an attack is also very difficult in the modern world, Snowden said. "The only people that get caught are the least sophisticated and lazy adversary groups."

Bizarre stuff, and it seems to be unravelling so fast.

From an obscure dating site run by two dyslexics from Michigan (possibly headquartered in Houston or San Francisco) who felt compelled to join some UN scheme, to an 'intelligence' business with links to the ex-president of Harvard/Beltway insider extraordinaire/advisor to presidents and candidates.

Next year's Hollywood blockbuster.

My guess, the Clinton campaign ordered CNN not to discuss the leaks as posting the leaks is illegal and even talking about them is illegal. So shush..............

I am paying less attention to the election these days. Already voted and the outcome isn't really in doubt. But on MSNBC this morning the anchor casually referred to "revelations about WikiLeaks" instead of pointing out that WikiLeaks has revealed proof of corruption at the DNC and in the Hillary campaign.

One is more equal than the other. The lies by Democratic operatives will get the traction and airtime, and Wikileaks won't get hardly a mention, unless it's the false accusations against it.

Fortunately, no one watches television news anymore.

Couldn't be money, he's got more than enough of that. Did they tell him, "Ix-nay, you had your shot and we don't give do-overs"? Or did he find his wife's dressage horse's head in his bed?

Ironically, if he could have gotten the nomination, he'd probably have won in a walkover - he is, at worst, mildly disliked, whereas La Strega is actively HATED. And there's little to no difference in their policies: Give to the Rich and Fuck the Poor.
