My boss' son likes to watch Fox News, and for once I'm grateful, because the topic of the moment was that Wikileaks leaked the above partial speech transcripts, which was opened from John Podesta's email. Obviously nothing major that will be making her end her campaign, but it's at least nice to shed some of the mystery. Of course, Fox News was going on like it was the end of her campaign.

Great article - thanks for that! n/t

Hellery takes her populist mask off
Well there it is. Turn it all over to the banksters.
And the Hellery campaign is NOT DENYING the leak is real.
Donnie The #ShitHole Douchebag. Fake Friend to the Working Class. Real Asshole.
And yet all the talk is about Trump bragging about his
sexual conquests. This country does not deserve to have a democracy.
I've seen lots of changes. What doesn't change is people. Same old hairless apes.
Arguably, we do not have one... n/t

Jill Stein for President
And yet Jill is considered somehow not capable and not worthy of being President. Jill is so much a better leader than any of these other evil clowns, experience means nothing in that regard. Turn the f**king matrix off.
Beware the bullshit factories.
If Trump Was Smart . . .
We know he isn't, but if he was, he'd be jumping on this Social Security cut promise. Hillary would immediately lose the elder vote, no questions asked. Social Security isn't call the Political Third Rail for nothing!
For those of you who don't live in cities served by light rail, the third rail is the raised one which carries the power for the train to operate. Few people who make contact with that rail survive.
Edited for typo
Vowing To Oppose Everything Trump Attempts.
Definitely should jump on the SS bit.
And don't dismiss the damage these leaks can do. The msm hasn't interupted hurricane coverage to cover trump's comments wall to wall for nothing.
Are you sure
Trump actually wants to win?
Controlled opposition, there
Controlled opposition, there to lead the voters to vote for his friend. He will sound crazier still as the election comes closer. Never meant to win. How popular he still is - is a measure of how angry the people are, how many more people are aware of how rigged this system is and how much people see Hillary for the war mongerer she is.
I'm with you.

Nice analogy!
Nice analogy!
But everyone ought to be jumping on the SS cuts Hill spoke of to the big financial self-interests eager to steal that money from those (virtually all adult citizens not yet retired) paying into the program. Even if she is likely to blow up the world before anyone/everyone is likely to suffer from those.
Edit: got this reminder in my inbox:
There will be commonsense and intelligence in at least part of these debates - and Indies form the largest voting group in America.

Heh, Trump gets the NYT headline
then, still above the fold,
. So she can talk with Wall Street but did not tell them to "cut it out". More like, Go, go, go.

Wikileaks Podesta emails Summary Pt I
Well summarized by Jackpineradicals

The tl;dr version is here https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/press-release
“He may not have gotten the words out but the thoughts were great.”
I just completed a survey for ABC news
It was not about the Clinton leaks but about the Trump comment. I got to hear the recording ending with "pussy". Man-talk. The questions were would that make me less likely to vote FOR him? [no difference for me, never planned to] and Should he withdraw as the Republican nominee? [no, makes no difference to me]
Re-thinking the last answer, I should have said Yes. What a bigger mess could follow? Could they both withdraw? lol.
That quick quiz earned me $2.00, not bad for 60 sec of my life.

"Man-talk"? Not any men I would associate with.
And I'm a 50 plus year old man. Boy-talk, more like. In my life, this was something that 7th graders might say, and 8th graders would then set them to rights.
That's been the tactic all
That's been the tactic all along - the more people discover about Hillary and realize that she's not fit to be loose in society, never mind in charge of destroying life on the planet one way or another, the scarier Trump is shown to be in order to herd panicked voters to the Clinton's destructive corporate control plan. Without a complicit media, greatly enabled in forming virtual monopolies by Bill Clinton, this would never work; this global hostile corporate take-over has been in the works for a very long time.
Hillary has nothing to offer but the pretense of being a 'lesser' evil en route to Armageddon by any of several routes now very apparent to those not dependent on the above-mentioned corporate media for information - and the internet is in the process of being privatized without the immediate mass protest and withdrawal from such as Face-book and Youtube necessary to forestall corporate internet censorship and control in its infancy. We just go with the flow and right over the falls...
Edited because I evidently don't press hard enough on all of the keys and missed a letter...

Slightly O/T
Responding to both the mention of ABC news and the recording of Donald's foul mouth, twitter brings us this: Unreleased ABC footage of Bill Clinton trying to grope a woman when he thought the camera was off.

I'll bet both campaigns have been waiting for October, telling themselves that they have the most devastating recording that will just crush the other campaign.
“He may not have gotten the words out but the thoughts were great.”
Once again the Clintons win!
Trump only has words while the Clintons have actions!! That's how to get things done, doncha know?

Lol, so Trumps says that he
Lol, so Trumps says that he does this to women just as footage is released showing a Bill Clinton sexual assault on camera?
Anyone still think that Trump isn't playing the 'Greater Evil' part to stampede panicked voters to Hillary's slaughterhouse at the bottom of the Mutual Assured Destruction/global hostile corporate take-over cliff?

typical of Clinton campaign...*they* had the Oct. surprise!
released in time for enough people to hear about it before the 2nd debate.
I've got to hand it to the Clintons. They know how to get the knife in. I'm sure they (Bill and Hill) would get along with the Borgias.
This is an example of someone who is "wicked smart"?
you know...you know...you know.
I love the name dropping, quite the student of history is our girl. Seward, Lincoln's SoS is the guy who arranged for the purchase of Alaska--indigenous inhabitants weren't asked about such matters in the 19thC--AKA "Seward's Folly" and also, I think "Seward's Icebox".
Notice how she manages NOT to mention that Teddy Roosevelt was responsible for beginning the national park system and, I think, had something to do with setting aside public lands for public use.
Mary Bennett
TR started the National Forest Service & put Gifford Pinchot
in charge. This was a positive accomplishment according to most.
There were already national parks - Yellowstone in 1872 for example - and the Antiquities Act of 1906 allowed a president to designate a national monument from federally owned lands.
The National Park Service was voted into existence in 1916.
"The justness of individual land right is not justifiable to those to whom the land by right of first claim collectively belonged"
Railroad owners got after TR.
They had built this incredible infrastructure (a lot of it on the backs of Chinese immigrants) and they wanted a good return on their investment. Their idea was that more national parks would be inexpensive destinations where a family that was not rich could take a vacation, getting there, of course, by railroad. So, national parks were a boon to both railroad owners, people "working on the railroad who need jobs, like engineers, cooks, porters, etc. and average people, especially those in cities, for whom a week in the country was a blessing, a rare win win win. And, during the Depression, FDR put people to work refurbishing national parks, another win.
What's really funny in response to this
is all the paid Hillary trolls jumping all over the newspaper comment boards and forums desperately insisting that this is no big deal, that it was all just taken out of context and Hillary really didn't mean all those insults she was hurling at Bernie and his supporters, she didn't really mean what she was saying about pushing US wages down to 3rd world slave levels, she's not really a friend of the bankers and so such. Just really comical that they actually believe people aren't aware of all their bullshit.
It's all in step with Hillary's rallies which have pathetic attendance. Nobody really likes her, certainly not liberals and not even very longtime Democrats, so she and her staff have to pay "supporters" to pretend to back her. What a sad election, we have an orange haired epic asshole running against a corrupt, murderous and war-mongering autocrat leading the two major parties. Not what the founders had in mind w/ our democracy.
Well today the old war whore's camp is saying she didn't
say it.
Go figure.
Who you gonna believe, the leaks or the woman who sold cluster munitions to the Saudi's?
I'm tired of this back-slapping "Isn't humanity neat?" bullshit. We're a virus with shoes, okay? That's all we are. - Bill Hicks
