"No money Mike" Mike Connolly wins primary
BY HIS OWN admission, “No Money” Mike Connolly has made hundreds of people laugh by telling them he is running for state representative but not accepting any campaign donations.
But Connolly, a Boston College Law School graduate, is not joking.

Sounds like good work /nt
Beware the bullshit factories.
Paradoxical isn't it?
The state which produced Rmoney, now offers "No money" Connolly.
It's also the state that produced Weld, as in Johnson-Weld
And Mayor Honey Fitz Fitzgerald and his grandbabies, the remarkable Kennedy "kids." Joe, Jack, Bobby, Teddy, Eunice, et al. Also the nation's first recognition of equal marriage, the nation's first African American Senator and many other groundbreaking, liberal things.
Deval Patrick (also a groundbreaker) aside, Massachusetts has a long tradition of WASP governors, including following Abraham Lincoln, when Republicans were the liberal party. It also has a state legislature that has been over 90% Democratic for quite some time. Therefore, a Republican Governor is not as consequential as it might seem to the rest of the country. For example, when Romney was Governor, the legislature overrode an average of well over 300 gubernatorial vetoes a year.
Romney he did pass Romneycare, which was a clone of Billarycare and therefore, at that time, may have seemed Democratic to those not familiar with the Heritage Foundation and Jackson Hole history of Billarycare. Ted Kennedy was a strong advocate for it. Romney also appointed a Democrat to the state supreme court.
Besides, Romney was a chameleon, much like so many of our politicians, who will say anything they think will help them get elected. When Romany ran against Kennedy for the Senate in the 1 994, he actually tried to run to Kennedy's left, including being pro-choice. Romney did not overtly swing right until Idiot Bush got reelected.
This is very encouraging. Thank you.
