Did Hillary Clinton's State Department help suppress the minimum wage in Haiti?
Memos from 2008 and 2009 obtained by Wikileaks strongly suggest, but don’t prove without a doubt, that the State Department helped block the proposed minimum wage increase. The memos show that U.S. Embassy officials in Haiti clearly opposed the wage hike and met multiple times with factory owners who directly lobbied against it to the Haitian president.
The Clinton campaign refuted the claim, and the State Department didn't comment.

Worse than I had seen and
I remember reading about the Carocol project before in The Nation or somewhere, but this is much worse when you can see the damage our "aid" did with your eyes. It's nothing more than old fashioned imperialism and greed with a USA sticker on it. Reminds me of a better organized Belgian Congo from the turn of the 19th century. Absurdist farce mixed with human tragedy.

How the Clinton foundation along with Hillary's state department has screwed the people in Haiti and has enriched the foundation.
Anyone that wanted in on the reconstruction had to go through the Clinton foundation first.
Plus I have provided links to what the state department did to make sure that the minimum wage wasn't raised from $.31 to $.64 per hour.
Hillary and Bill has done the same things in Honduras since 2001.
The Clintons, their foundation and the people they enrich are pure evil.
All one needs to do is search for Clinton foundation Haiti scandals and there are a ton of hits.
Look at the Clinton foundation website and see if you can figure out exactly how their foundation helps anyone anywhere.
But all we here is how they helped the people in Africa with AIDS drugs and that is not without more scandals.

I watched the 12-minute Clinton Cash one, even if it is from
the Faux network. The Clintons are shameless. Making deals for themselves and friends when Haiti desperately needs every dollar that can possibly be raised.

they have to buy water? Note no discussion for 14 min of Bush/Clintons heading US relief. I know I sent $$, too late to figure out which NGO I donated to, looks like a total abandonment of Haiti, except in undamaged areas. Probably a hotbed of infectious disease, like new-Zika.

Doctors Without Borders was already working in Haiti
and is very trustworthy. They were very annoyed that one of their planes with medical supplies wasn't allowed to land because Hillary was flying in for a viewing. They had to land on the other side of the island and find trucks to haul their supplies over the mountains to Haiti.
As for Obama, he sent the military, which was so afraid of the thirsty and battered victims that they unloaded their food and water some distance outside the city, AND GUARDED IT from the bloody, hungry, and thirsty people for several days before they let anyone have any.
The Red Cross has apparently been a scandal for some time, focusing on their "brand," forgetting the work they're supposedly collecting money for.

I've heard reports from World War II, and even World War I, of the Red Cross selling stuff to the soldiers that other organizations were just giving away.
There is no justice. There can be no peace.
One article I read about the military in Haiti
was that the military used the funds that were for the relief effort and it was one third of the budget. I read this a few weeks after the earthquake.
What the Clintons have done to the people of Haiti is the biggest reason why I want to see them taken down.
And of course congress hasn't bothered to ask why so many Haitians are still living in tents 6 years after the earthquake or what the Clintons have done with the money.
The sweatshops that were built, were built on over 100 acres of prime farm land and they haven't provided as many jobs as they promised.
But the hotels and the playgrounds for the rich were back up and running as soon as possible, of course!
