Welcome To Police State Amerika!!

I ran across this site called PINAC that collects stories about police abuse. It doesn't matter if you're white or black or any color in between, some police officers and police departments have declared war on the citizens they're supposed to protect and serve.

A large part of the reason they can get away with bad behavior is that review boards and grand juries almost never find the officers at fault. If you're not willing to lie on the ground with your mouth shut while police pummel, kick, choke and tase you, it's all your fault and the police will be exonerated.

Here's one example from last November.

Harnett County sheriff’s deputies banged on John Livingston’s door last November, searching for an assault suspect who was not at the home. Livingston demanded to see a search warrant, but the deputies had none, so Livingston shut the door in their face.

That prompted deputies to kick in the door where they dragged him out on his porch, placed him facedown, and began beating, tasering and pepper spraying him. At one point during the torture, Livingston grabbed on to a deputy’s taser, which was when Harnett County sheriff’s deputy Nicholas Kehagias pulled out his gun and shot him three times.

But an 18-member grand jury, which met in secret Monday, apparently was led to believe that the act of grabbing a taser to keep from being tased was a threat to the deputy, which was why they decided to not indict him.

There are other stories on the site, many just as disgusting, such as "LAPD Video Shows Six Cops Choking Man to Death, Then Laughing About It" and "New York Deputies Beat Woman Unconscious, then Photograph her Naked Body" and "Drunk Texas Cop Shoots Up Church, Blames Black People, Not Charged".

People, we need a change in this country, and there's no way Hillary "Superpredator" Clinton is going to be the type of change agent we need.

to protect and to serve. It includes protecting us citizens from monsters in the ranks of the police force itself. If any officer turns his head away from violent and disgusting behavior, that officer is failing his job. That officer has reneged his oath. That officer becomes a malevolent force to society and consequently, an enemy to the American people.
Not a passport to eternal life.

Neither Russia nor China is our enemy.
Neither Iran nor Venezuela are threatening America.
Cuba is a dead horse, stop beating it.

Tasers were originally sold as a non-lethal alternative to firearms for self-defense, but it seems that police now routinely use them as torture devices.

illegal extrajudicial punishment.

Tasers were marketed as an alternative to night sticks which allowed smaller officers to maintain a safer distance from the suspect then a billy club did. For that purpose, they work. The failure of management; supervision; and the officers themselves is horrible. There's room to denounce DA's and judges too.

infant and their dog. Police mistakenly entered the home since the dispatcher was in error. They shot the man in the leg and when the family dog barked to raise the alarm (which is why people have dogs) it was shot dead even though no one was bitten. A police officer was also shot in the chaos. Medical aide was rendered to the officer, but not the resident.

The wife was terrified that robbers had killed her husband and dog and were coming for her and her baby next. After the incident they were so traumatized, they couldn't remain in the home and had to move.

Police have never apologized for what they did. BTW, the family is white.

"Our society is run by insane people for insane objectives. I think we're being run by maniacs for maniacal ends and I think I'm liable to be put away as insane for expressing that. That's what's insane about it."
