Here's a Juicy Piece on Clinton Emails
Washington Examiner 8/17/16
Six batches of Clinton-related documents we're still waiting to see
Fair use only allows me to import so much, but there's a LOT of material over there:
Hillary Clinton has struggled to explain why her husband's speaking engagements shot up in frequency and price during her time in office. Bill Clinton personally pocketed $48 million from the speaking circuit in those four years alone. The State Department has so far given the Associated Press roughly one-third of Hillary Clinton's calendars through a contentious legal battle over a 2013 records request.
The former president's office circulated dozens of speech schedules among Hillary Clinton's staff between 2009 and 2013, creating more than 1,000 pages of details about who wrote Bill Clinton checks and why.
In its FOIA lawsuit, the Associated Press demanded all of Hillary Clinton's planning material after a review of the schedules initially provided to the news outlet found dozens of donor meetings that were omitted from her official calendar.
Many of the special interest groups, foreign governments or corporations that invited the former president to speak were lobbying his wife's agency at the same time.

Emails < Government Documents
See this is where wording/framing gets involved.
If this had been one of us peasants, they wouldn't be saying "emails" - which makes most Americans think of worthless spam. But Security Documents/Government Documents... well, that's another matter.
My husband's job requires him to have a kill switch on his work laptop for when he travels due to security issues. I can't imagine that he has more secure info than the fucking Secretary of State.

Now you see why Intel and a few at State are complaining? Is anyone at State complaining?

State appears to be defending rather than complaining.
very confusing.

Good. Now no one can complain that this is another right-wing hit job by Judicial Watch.
Maybe something will actually come of this ... though I'm not holding my breath.
There actually has been lots of normal media which has FOIA'd
...many of them years ago at this point. Judicial Watch has just been most prolific and they've gotten the most back, I think.

If they are government documents, you can reproduce them.
They were created on our dime by our employees, so they belong to us.
If they are not government documents, but truly personal emails that Hillary wrote, Hillary, as author, owns the copyright in each one. I don't seen her suing anyone who is not making money from them, though.

These are permissible requests
Mrs. Clinton would not "own" "copyright" on emails doing government business.
This is what AP has requested:
I guess we can read between the lines about the requests.
LOL, or lol. Could be either or none.

A jumping off the Clinton train!?
Either they've had an attack of conscience due to their lax and biased reporting--or they are smelling the Clinton wall about to come tumbling down.
I wish it were standard to say/write
"unsecured private server" with an optional "used for State Department business".
Instead they write in the article we are referencing, as in most publications, "private email server".
Surely there are more than emails if this was the only server Hillary was using. It's clear she was NOT using State Department hardware.
The idea that they won't release the TPP 'documents' until after
the election should tell everyone what's up. And it might even end up like the Abu Ghraib torture photos. The courts says release them but they won't. They were told to years ago and we still haven't seen what the CIA and the military did in our name.
