Thing is, all involved countries are essentially being sold off in private agreements with hostile self-interests by public officials - in each instance holding public office intended to serve the public and in no case owning the countries or people involved so as to be able to dispose of them, their democracies and right of domestic law for the public good, or to essentially declare that the people, their countries and their resources exist only to maximize the anticipated profits of corporate/billionaire self-interests and must all be sacrificed to these.

These are traitorous acts and any such unconstitutional agreements cannot be held as binding on any people, even if corrupt judges in majority-corrupted courts may again betray their oaths and Constitutions to become traitors themselves.

Democracy is entailed forever for those to come and no official is entitled to be elected or otherwise take public office in a democracy to then agree with hostile outside interests that the people shall be dispossessed to be made disposable corporate serfs and their countries corporate assets to be used and abused for maximized anticipated corporate profits at all costs to the people and life on the planet to be destroyed in this betrayal.

The package containing the 'trade agreement' Dooms-Day mechanism may be stamped 'legal and binding' with the intent to con the people into passively accepting slavery and unlimited industrial poisoning with no protections whatsoever for anything but corporate profiteering - but this is not and cannot be either one, because nobody has ever had any right to do this to a free country and people.

The people of all countries must act against this, and not vote for evil or accept outright slavery via a hostile corporate take-over of industrialized countries - using their resources also for with a military take-over for those countries refusing to be economically subjugated - all to be freely poisoned and drained with nobody's life mattering at all to the few psychopaths at the top, determined to die with the most toys, having taken it all for themselves, despite having destroyed it all in the process in their blind, mindless and insatiable greed.

I suspect that the unlimited industrial pollution and complete lack of safety regulation regarding food, air, water, products, workplaces, etc., with the universal forced sale of/general exposure to all manner of toxic additives and products already occurring/in process, along with having to 'compete' with wage rates with Malaysian and other slave labour, will be more than sufficient to take down our numbers at a very rapid rate without releasing killer 'bugs', although, yeah, likely deadly viruses as well, if only to drain the few still having money for no-doubt highly priced inoculations.

After all, under this, we, the people and countries of the world, are obliged to provide those profiting from thousands of involved corporations with whatever they've decided their profits should be, whether we're sued into oblivion for attempting to protect ourselves, our animals or our environment in any manner which has the potential to reduce their anticipated future profits, (as with limits on industrial pollution or any safety regulations or refusal to surrender public programs and property for their enrichment,) or just supinely resigned to being financially drained and freely poisoned, for these goals to be accomplished.

Or Americans could forestall this global hostile corporate takeover in the country of origin by making it clear that their Constitution holds and that they will not accept any such betrayal - and vote against evil, not for their own destruction and that of all others, demanding that any cheated-in 'leader', rejected by the people, not be accepted by the rest of the world, something for which apparently an international mechanism exists.

One country pulling out of the corporate coup TPP apparently stops the whole process - I would think because then it would be too difficult to try to con other people in other countries into thinking that this bizarre claim of ownership and right of disposal could somehow be considered an optional choice for anyone temporarily holding public office existing to serve and protect the public interest. Any country remaining free could aid those conned into acceptance, to then realize the definition of a traitor and to deal with these traitors in an actual legal and binding fashion.
