Or does it not matter how this is framed? I realize there are other voting systems; this is merely about the words used.

Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.

A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.

This isn't about that. I'm wondering how we can even start a national discussion about the voting system, and perhaps how this is framed is important.
