Just to let everyone know, everyone with the DNC fraud suit filed in FL tracking Shawn Lucas's regretful passing. We have not spoken about it until we are sure what exactly happened. We will comment later as to how correlated his involvement with the case may or may not have been once we gather more information.

To his family, we send our deepest condolences. Our thoughts are with you.

Shawn Lucas, the activist that served the lawsuit papers to the DNC and DWS, is dead.

UPDATE: Update on the SHAWN LUCAS DEATH. The Washington DC police have given out a death report and we are waiting for copy of it to be sent to us. SHAWN LUCAS WHO SERVED LAWSUIT ON THE DNC AND DWS IS DEAD! His girlfriend found him, and may be too upset, yet to let us know much. We will wait for the PDF of the police report. Yesterday, we learned that Victor Thorn an anti-Clinton researcher is dead...."suicide?". When there is a Clinton connection, we must ask questions! Shawn's FB page cannot be accessed. Possibly he had it set that way. We just know very little, yet.

I just wonder in whose names are on it, though? If Lucas is a named principal, does the suit have to be re-filed?

but thanks for the suggestion. I was just kidding about having second thoughts. I'm not really afraid that someone will actually come and off me. But I am creeped out. I do however want to do everything to register my opposition and lend my support to rid this country of corruption, starting with the Clintons and the DNC. I will send in my paperwork.

Lots of stuff on social media now, but all originating from same sources. I think variations of "found dead while sleeping" got tacked on post-source via Twitter?

I guess we'll find out more eventually.

Then I started reading the comments. There’s a very disturbing comment about something that allegedly happened to Bernie at the DNC sometime between his speech on Monday night and the following day.

After reading that comment (and not wanting to believe it) I did a https://www.google.com/#q=bernie+sanders+gash+on+cheek

Multiple postings (although nothing from the mainstream media) and a video on youtube.

Surely to God this can’t be true.

I’m starting to doubt my own sanity these days. I don’t really know what to think any more.

This changes everything

After seeing that gash on Bernie's cheekbone, it changes everything for me. It is very obvious that gash came from contact with a blunt object since there was bruising around it. If Bernie was threatened and roughed up, then that would explain why he suddenly did an about face. And I tend to believe the Clintons were behind it too. The Clintons are the most amoral people on this earth. They are the Mafia of politics. Right now, I just want to throw up.

Agree Clintons behind it - or a nudge, nudge, wink, wink - they are despicable! Also wouldn't be suprised if Jane and their kids were "warned" to behave.

I cry much,much more often than I used to. Feels like there is no way out of this. Had such visions, hopes, really good hopes, for Bernie and Jane Sanders. The crowds, the communication, the response of such a diverse group of people, the money raised.

plus this tidbit about Sanders allegedly being beaten--changes everything for me as well. Frightening that so many in government are going along with this. What the hell is going on, that there is so much desperation? This can't just be about "money" and "power" (OK, maybe it can, but still....)

There are two references on Lucas

one on the DK subreddit for Bernie, the other one on one of the many DNC feeds:

the DNC moved to quash the lawsuit on the grounds that service was inadequate

This was a "rumor" that supposedly the person "read", but the only place online that I see it is in their own posts.

The logic is if the serving was "inadequate", and one of the principal filers was unable to refile, it might kill the suit.

Anyone want to take a guess at this? I don't know if it's rumormongering/water-muddying, but it would be good to know how Lucas' death will affect that suit...

It's not related to the lack of proper service motion

The motion to disqualify the attorneys, if I recall correctly, was based on the reasonable expectation they might be called as witnesses in the case.

A high profile law firm is now caught up in the DNC WikiLeaks mess. A group of Bernie Sanders supporters filed a class action lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee, and the now-former chairwoman, Debbie Wasserman-Shultz. In a letter sent Monday, they are demanding that attorneys from Perkins Coie LLP be removed from the case due to a conflict of interest. New emails discovered through the WikiLeaks dump show that attorneys from the law firm have given strategy advice to hurt Sanders, well before he dropped out. To add fuel to their claim, they’ve now discovered that attorneys from Perkins Coie are representing both the Democratic National Committee and Clinton’s campaign.

The lawsuit, which was actually filed before the leaks, claims that the DNC “actively concealed its bias” from its donors and supporters backing Bernie Sanders. The plaintiffs say the recent emails only give them more evidence that the Democratic National Committee was on board with Hillary Clinton from the start.

The motion to disqualify the law firm representing the DNC is based on a rule of Professional Conduct, which would bar the firm from representing the DNC at trial if any of its members could be called as a "fact witness" regarding the claims made in the complaint, or possibly added as an additional defendant.

The DNC's motion to dismiss the suit for lack of proper service is based on the claim the service of the class action complaint for fraud and accompanying papers (called the "service of process") was made on a person working for the DNC who was not qualified to receive service of process (which begins the lawsuit). It is a stalling tactic by the DNC because the complaint etc. can always be served again on the proper person who is qualified to accept service so long as the statute of limitations has not passed, which is clearly the case here. It's sort of a dickish move by the DNC. Normally, unless there is the possibility that the statute of limitations will come into play, lawyers agree to accept service on behalf of their client.

The lawsuit was filed in Florida's federal court because Debbie Wasserman Schultz, one of the defendants lives in Florida (obviously, since she is a congressional rep from there).
