Remember all the Democrats complaining that Bernie was asking too much, not getting with the program, not working in the system, not this that and the other thing, and all the Bernie people were pie-in-the-sky dreamers with their hands out for free stuff? I think they just got a lesson in what goes around, etc., etc.

If they want to have courage, and they want to honor demands, then where is the action on jobs, economy, trade deals, and…the list goes on.
These 'leaders' are so full of what they're trying to feed the American commoners.
So much fail in John Lewis talk like this. Where has his leadership been? ...and the leadership of all of them?
They're all bought and they're all only concerned about the next election.

They made Speaker Paul Ryan look foolish for a few minutes, but of course he'll never allow a vote on gun safety proposals any more than John Boehner would let the Senate-passed immigration reform bill come to a vote.
I predict that if and when the Dems regain control of the House they will ignore gun safety, or else pass some fake legislation that doesn't really do anything.
