The following video by TYT Politics, "UNCOUNTED: The True Story of the California Primary" is by far the most damning evidence that the California primary was rigged to favor Clinton over Sanders. It's 40 minutes long, but well worth watching. Unless, that is, you are easily prone to nausea or severe abdominal pain while witnessing evidence of a crime.

I don't know what to say. I thought the New York primary was the most rigged this year, but now I must confess that California takes that cake.

I'm no lawyer but it sure seems like they have plenty to work with. Of course I guess it is legal to reduce Puerto Rico's polling places from 1500 to 400? ..but it sure ain't ethical. None the less I hope Puerto Rico is part of the fraud suit.

this is the most revolting
example of deliberate incompetence within a state bureaucracy that I've ever seen, and I thought the Florida state bureaucracy was historically the kingpin of organized crime in the elections department. Looks like that record has shifted for the moment to California. Disturbing is an understatement. It is no longer the Republicans involved in the calculated planning of fraud, this video clearly shows the corruption is equally as entrenched or perhaps more rooted within the DNC.
How is Bernie going to save face and keep his dignity if he doesn't call out the systemic electoral corruption that is evident here? Especially as it was directed against his campaign? As for Hillary, the mystery isn't why the dog barked, but why the dog didn't bark. How can something so blatant be ignored from the Sanders campaign?
The video also mentioned the racketeering lawsuit, I realize now from the video what exactly was being exposed, how enormous is the official corruption in California and why the suit needs to be filed, the one being spearheaded by attorneys Bob Fitrakis and Cliff Arneback.
It was uplifting in the end, to know that the people will not give up in the struggle against the planned obsolescence of democracy.
And this is why they drop million-dollar missiles and bombs on villages in Afghanistan. To preserve a absolutely corrupted system here at home. Whatever they are trying to protect, it isn't democracy.

OMG, that was heart-breaking...
It is so easy to run a free, transparent and fair election. Without much detail it works like this:
First you need an Election Ministry which is completely non-partisan and separate from elected office. In Bolivia it is a fourth branch of government. Then you make voting a requirement by law. Everyone is automatically registered and/or registered by going to the local school where there is an election worker. Everyone is registered without party. You register and vote, receive your registration card and that card, stamped after voting, is necessary to do certain transactions for 30 days after the election. Everyone is given the exact same paper ballot for whatever party he or she wants or none of the above. People can vote for one party only or none of the above (blank). Each party or candidate has election monitors at each polling place.
The votes are counted by hand in public in the school rooms and noted on a chalk board. The numbers are checked and double checked in public and entered in a form publicly with a copy posted for each precinct publicly, the number sheet form and sealed ballot box sent to central counting locations where each precinct count is posted online publically.
I probably left out a couple things, but the drift is there.

I cried while watching it
All the previous allegations were from third parties, but to hear the poll workers tell it was just shocking. The fix on the ballots came from the top, but there were other very disturbing aspects about it that some people may have missed. Even if the fix was not from the top, the fact that the machines were delivered to individuals' homes the night before is terrifying. That alone made the system insecure because there was ample time for the machines to be tampered with outside the elections offices themselves.
I am absolutely heartbroken that workers were instructed that they could not tell NPP voters which ballot they had to ask for if they wanted to vote in the Democratic primary. This is malpractice at best. If a NPP or independent voters asks for a Democratic ballot in an open primary, why are they given a provisional ballot simply because they did not use the words "cross over"?
Our system is no longer a democracy. There is and was nothing "democratic" about far too many of the Democratic primaries. As far as I am concerned, Hillary Clinton is an illegitimate nominee if the Democrats insist upon giving her the nomination. When Clinton resorts to cheating, Clinton has not won. Clinton has stolen something that rightfully belonged to the people and that is their votes.

HRC is absolutely an illegitimate candidate that CHEATED the citizenry out of our votes! It makes my want to cry, or scream, or screamcry! The worst part for me is everyday people just continue on like there's no fucking thing wrong with any of it! It's just the future of our country at stake. But if someone was caught cheating in the Super Bowl, there would be no end to the outrage.
If machines had flipped ANY votes from $hillary to Bernie, her cult members would be out for blood. That's one way we know it was deliberate, and orchestrated by Clinton.
I left TOP long ago, but before I did, I didn't hear a single one of her backers question any of the voting irregularities. I am still waiting for anyone on the Shillary train to call for honest and transparent vote counts!

Bill Clinton going to 4 pro Bernie voting places and not only disrupting people from being able to vote, but also campaigning for Hillary.
Her supporters swear that he was outside the area where it would be illegal, but others have said that he was inside.
How many people weren't able to vote because of his shenanigans and the secret service being in the way of people getting inside.
Plus people said that so much of the parking area was roped off for his security, there was nowhere for them to park.
And for years, democrat voters have had to wait in long lines because there aren't enough machines, yet the democrats never bother to fix that.

Those Tally Sheet Totals of 0 for "crossover" ballot sums;
and the alternate Tally Sheet Totals for NPP ballots, with no Presidential counts,
are the key evidence for proving Election Fraud,
it seems to me. [29:30 in the Video]
Someone designed those specific Ballots,
and someone programmed them to be [dis-]Counted in this non-affirmation way,
to the serious disadvantage of Independents and GOP cross-over Voters.

Machines were set to record Democratic Party Crossover ballots as No Party Preference.
two videos: the first shows a guy trying to register a vote using a Dem Crossover ballot with ONLY bernie sanders and it is registered as 'blank'
The second from the printout showing that the crossover ballots were being counted BY THE MACHINES as NPP so they are unable to count the presidential candidate.
A guy with a Democratic Party crossover ballot with ONLY bernie sanders can't vote because the machine records it as a blank ballot:

That was a hard watch. Especially salient was the crossover audit. The good news is an army of new progressive poll workers may have been born.
Does anyone feel like encouraging the people disenfranchised during the primary to sit it out in November? I know, I know, that's not the way to give the establishment the proper comeuppance, I'm supposed to work within the system to support candidates blah blah blah. I already subscribe to the school that says if you don't value the opinions of Independents, you shouldn't count on their votes, so in the case where the Democrats willfully obstructed the franchise for hundreds of thousands of voters, not only shouldn't they not count on their votes but they should expect not to get them.
