Hello!
I hope that we maintain a progressive community over the next decade and not become a DNC mouthpiece like DailyKos has. That is all! Many more diaries to come.
As a Michigander, it's no surprise to me that Sanders won the primary last night. The talk at all of the colleges was about turnout to support him and they did.
What pisses me off, is when so-called "Experts" try to make his win as insignificant as possible.
Tonight I will be doing another live blog since I had so much fun doing last nights MI Election one!
I will start probably 30 minutes or so (appx 8:30 EST) before the commencement of the debate and hope to see a bunch of you there!
Keep feeling the BERN and catch you guys and gals in a few hours!
Have an Amazing day and remember to:
I wrote this comment before Michigan:
I want a win in Michigan really really bad. Would be great to
See the Muslim community come out in groves and Vote Bernie to victory.
But, know this- We are winning every moment we are in this race.
I must have been on the super duper nice list because Santa brought me my present early:
Surgeons at Cleveland Clinic transplanted a uterus into a woman identified only as Lindsey in late February. The clinic plans to perform ten such transplants in a clinical trial. Recipients at this time will be women who can't get pregnant because their uterus is damaged or missing.
But transgender women are watching.
I hope it becomes a reality. I absolutely would be willing to do it.
Ever since I was old enough to understand the concept of parenting, I wanted to be a mother. I didn’t know how that would ever happen, but that’s what I wanted.

Bowick began her transition when she was 19.
This evening's music features blues singer and piano player Charles Brown. Enjoy!

For those of us who have been dismayed by our poll-obsessed political discourse, the elevation of 538 into Oz-like prestige has been...let's say irritating. But now the curtain has been rather rudely pulled aside. The live blog thread from 538 made for very interesting reading last night (and into the a.m.).
