Zoe Lofgren: chasing bigotry from the record
Submitted by Robyn on Fri, 05/27/2016 - 2:33pmGail Heriot is a law professor at the University of San Diego. When George W. Bush stacked the US Commission on Civil Rights with conservative members in 2007, Professor Heriot was involved. Now calling herself an Independent, she was an alternate delegate to the Republican Convention in 2000.
Heriot testified before a House Judiciary Committee about federal regulations this past week.
Heriot testified that the guidance issued by the Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights was an example of the executive branch overreaching what the legislative branch intended.
Zoe Lofgren (D-San Jose, CA) took issue with a written statement submitted by Heriot.
"Bernie Birthers": The Rise of the Pundit Class Demanding Bernie Drop Out. (Update: HUFFPO now one of them)
Submitted by bikingforkarma on Fri, 05/27/2016 - 2:16pmRight now, as of 1:30 PM CST, Huffington Post's big frontpage clickbait headline is :

Now I claim that to be clickbait for a few reasons: the use of (Drudge-like) visual pre-attentive attributes in the font and text of the headline, the use of the word 'stunner' even though no discrete event is described, and the bolding of the text font.

About Emails In Corporations and Universities
Submitted by LaFeminista on Fri, 05/27/2016 - 12:51pmEvery corporation that I have worked for either as an employee or contractor has the same rules, indeed I have to supply our security protocols to their IT departments.
Rule 1
Company emails are for business use only, it is forbidden to use company email for personal use.
Rule 2
It is strictly forbidden to conduct any company business via private email accounts.
Breaking of these rules is grounds for dismissal
