Credibility: Sanders' e-mail to delegates is tone deaf

In a follow-up email, Sanders begged delegates to resist the urge to protest, warning that “our credibility as a movement will be damaged” if delegates walk out, turn their backs or boo.

I'll take him at his word that he believes this. Is he viewing credibility with respect to who in the Democratic Party finds "the movement" credible? That's one conclusion to draw from the statement.

Bernie is making me more angry than ever before.

It's one thing for Bernie to endorse Hillary, but it is unconscionable that he's working with the Clinton campaign as we speak to shut his supporters up.

He's got "ambassadors" on the coronation floor now trying to make sure his delegates don't boo when Hillary's name is mentioned.

He's jumped the shark. He wanted his delegates to come to Philly to vote for him (at great cost on their own ), but now he's trying to shut them up.

IMO this is a seminal moment in modern American politics

Bernie Sanders has unloosed the liberal genie from the Democratic bottle it had been confined in and it's refusing to be recorked.

Protest Song Delegates Should Sing As Hillary Is Nominated: One More Charade(Parody Of One More Parade Anti-War Anthem By Phil Ochs)

Phil Ochs was a socialist, anti-war marcher, civil rights activist, and protest singer. He killed himself in his mid 30s due to a psychotic break brought on by, justified, paranoia that the FBI was tracking him.

Talk me down. I should wait to #DemExit until after FL primary

Florida's primary is August 30. I had planned to wait to #DemExit until after I voted for Alan Grayson, a great progressive running for US Senate. Also there is an important solar initiative on the ballot.

But I find that I can't wait to cast off the Democratic Party chains and the waiting is making me a nervous wreck. I need to move ahead.

Talk me down.
